Haus Hohe Kiefern（高松屋）是位于德国勃兰登堡州 Teupitzer See 湖畔的一座独特的度假别墅，由柏林设计工作室 Tinnappelmetz 的 Paul Tinnappel 和 Benjamin Metz 负责修复和改造。该别墅建于 1900 年代初，坐落于风景如画的自然保护区内，靠近柏林，位置便利，成为许多城市居民理想的周末度假地。

Haus Hohe Kiefern is a unique holiday home on the shores of Lake Teupitzer See in Brandenburg, Germany, restored and transformed by Paul Tinnappel and Benjamin Metz of Berlin-based design studio Tinnappelmetz. Built in the early 1900s, the villa is conveniently located in a picturesque nature reserve close to Berlin, making it an ideal weekend retreat for many city dwellers.

The owner, a single tech guy in his early 30s, had a decisive and quick decision-making style that made the project go smoothly. The designers kept the houses original wood structure, painted the exterior only dark brown, and the structure of the interior Spaces was largely unchanged, except for storage niches cut into the walls and minor repairs to the old floor to preserve its original appearance.

设计灵感源自英国和比利时的乡村别墅风格，室内装潢以宁静的中性色调为主，通过不同质地的天然材料和精挑细选的复古家具来丰富空间。Tinnappelmetz 从各地采购了众多独特的家具和灯饰作品，如比利时 De Coene 的 1970 年代野兽派木吧台、Franco Albini 的漆钢落地灯，以及 B.B.P.R.设计的 Clipper 椅子。

P.10 整个设计中没有采用过于醒目的色彩，设计师们更注重饰面的搭配和材料的多样性，甚至为选定房屋内部的油漆颜色测试了近 50 种色调，最终选择了法国 Ressource 的灰白色调 Athos。

Instead of using too bold colors, the designers paid more attention to the combination of finishes and the diversity of materials, and even tested nearly 50 shades of paint color for the interior of the selected house, finally choosing Athos, a gray tone from Ressource in France.

To maintain a sense of personality and comfort, Tinnappelmetz designed several custom furniture and decorative items, including an ash bench in the master bedroom and a walnut tray table in the living room.
