A Proposed 4-Storey Maritime Training & Medical Center Institutional Building

As the Philippine Seafaring Industry helps soar the country’s economy through its remittance, the demand for more qualified officers continues to be a problem. Being known as the country with the greatest number of ratings, the potential of being a seedbed of management-level in the seafaring industry is one of the country’s marine prospects through proper and standard maritime training for more qualified seafarers.

Through vigorous research and architectural application, I have proposed a facility wherein it answers the given problems seafarers face during their vacation time on our country. The facility consists of a training center, medical center, transients, and other services they need for them to comply with the requirements of their company they are working to.Here are some of my rendered perspectives from my thesis output.
