Falstaff discovered its new headquarters in the historic Creditanstalt-Bankverein building, now known as “Haus am Schottentor,” during the search for a unified location in Vienna. Constructed between 1909 and 1912 by architects Ernst Gotthilf and Alexander Neumann, the building originally served as the headquarters of Wiener Bankverein and later housed Creditanstalt until 2002. In 2017, plans were developed to repurpose the vacant space for modern use.

Located on the second floor, the company headquarters occupy the full length of the Schottenring wing and two-thirds of the Heßgasse wing, accommodating around 100 employees. The architectural concept focuses on creating a clear, linear axis that harmoniously unites the various areas. The layout is organized into distinct zones, aligned along the building's main axes.

While the work areas are intentionally understated, the "points of interest" feature bold, accentuated designs. The reception area, tasting room, meeting space, library, and restrooms are among the highlights. The soft, rounded forms of these special areas provide a striking contrast to the otherwise linear layout, resulting in a visually dynamic and thoughtfully orchestrated sequence of rooms.

These focal points emphasize the publishing house's identity and create inspiring spaces for both employees and visitors to immerse themselves in the key themes of the company: culinary, travel, and design. Central design elements include white furniture with perforated patterns, echoing the acoustic ceiling tiles in the corridors. Rose-colored mirrors, glass partitions with bordeaux-red frames, and a custom-designed carpet that aligns with the color scheme help create a welcoming and cohesive atmosphere.

An 8.5-meter-long, 2-meter-high video wall vividly showcases the Falstaff world of enjoyment. The screen connects the two wings and symbolizes the publishing house’s ongoing transformation into the digital age. Artwork by Billie Thanner and Eva Schlegel adds sophisticated and deliberate accents throughout key areas, including the reception, tasting room, and meeting space, enhancing the headquarters' seamless blend of tradition and modernity.
