下浩里，藏匿于山城重庆的一隅，以其独特的地理特色和浓郁的人文气息，吸引了无数旅人的驻足和留恋。

Xiahaoli, hidden in a corner of the mountain city of Chongqing, with its unique geographical characteristics and strong cultural atmosphere, has attracted countless travelers to stop and nostalgia.

此项目坐落于重庆下浩里商业街。值得一提的是，这是秩合予美与米林爸爸团队的又一次深度携手，开启了双方的第二次深度合作之旅。在“这很重庆”，于新与旧的对话中，窥见老城缩影。

The project is located in Xiahaoli Scenic Spot, Nanan District, Chongqing, which is the core area of the main urban area of Chongqing, with a large flow of people.

下浩里曾被美国地理杂志称为“另一个世界”，这里地势起伏，街巷曲折，有着典型的山城特征：坡地上错落有致的楼房，山道小巷深邃蜿蜒。

下浩里老街在保留原汁原味的市井生活场景的同时，巧妙融入各类新兴业态，将传统与现代巧妙融合，打造出一条既保留老重庆韵味又不失时尚活力的特色街区。

While retaining the original market life scene, Xiahaoli Old Street skillfully integrates various emerging business forms, skillfully integrating tradition and modernity to create a characteristic block that not only retains the charm of old Chongqing but also loses fashionable vitality.

MILINBABA 空间设计层面上，秉持独特逻辑，强化设计输出、交流与创新。空间用到了大面积不锈钢作为空间材料基调，一是基于景区消防单位材料要求，二是及品牌基因的价值观、品牌理念等，从新定位出发。空间的呈现是 MILINBABA 品牌基因中的叛逆、年轻、前卫态度的克制诠释。

Adhering to this concept, Chehoo Space Design Office hopes to retain the original features of the old building while naturally integrating some modern things into it.

在项目设计阶段，品牌创始人、咖啡师、烘焙团队、平面设计师、结构工程师和制作施工团队与秩合予美团队密切协作，共同致力于打造一个兼具烘焙、咖啡、零售及活动功能的综合空间。

During the project design phase, the brand founder, barista, roasting team, graphic designer, structural engineer and production and construction team worked closely with the Zhihe Yumei team to create a comprehensive space with roasting, coffee, retail and event functions. The stainless steel shell is a major feature of the project.

一楼户外区域尽量保持着建筑原来的样子，喷漆改造的凳子和石块堆积而成的桌子巧妙呼应了现代和传统这两个主题。

The outdoor area on the first floor keeps the building as the same as possible, and the painted stools and tables made up with stones cleverly echo the two themes of modern and traditional.

这次是秩合予美和米林爸爸可颂品牌的第二次合作，设计单位和品牌方思维逻辑也发生了一些变化，设计主理人罗杨和米林爸爸可颂主理人罐头在商业逻辑的表达角度上达成一致再次出发。可颂专门店算是面包的一种小品类产品，但是覆盖面在消费市场来说受众群体蛮大。我们所做的事情仍然是一个非常传统的行业，只不过要用一个新的方式把它再次表达出来，设计可能就是中间最为重要的环境之一。

This is our second collaboration with the Milin Papa Croissant brand. The brand’s thinking logic has also changed. Luo Yang, the design manager of Zhihe Yumei, and Mr. Cantou, the manager of Milin Papa Croissant, reached an agreement from a business perspective to start again. Croissant specialty stores are considered a small category of bread products, but they cover a large audience in the consumer market. What we do is still a very traditional industry, but we have to express it again in a new way. Design may be one of the most important environments in the middle.

在项目设计的表达层面，主理人罗杨认为“年轻人对于时尚、潮流文化的理解和审美是一直都在变化的。我们在设计最基本的同时又最核心的逻辑就是：对于不同时代的背景下的人所喜欢的东西，多去研究和学习，在项目中去创新输出，秉持挖掘商业独特的设计语言。”

In terms of the expression of the project design, the principal Luo Yang believes that "young people’s understanding and aesthetics of fashion and trend culture are constantly changing. The most basic and core logic of our design is to study and learn more about what people in different eras like."

“克制”是此次设计过程当中提到最多的两个字。既要保留原有的建筑结构，又要在老建筑内进行一些现代化改造。

"Restraint" is the two most mentioned words in the design process. We should not only retain the original building structure, but also carry out some modernization in the old building.

所以在材料的选取上，采用了一些木质制品来进行调和。

So in the selection of materials, some wood products are used to reconcile.

设计师在设计中还融入了很多细节，地板上嵌的金属字体会成为你无意间发现的小惊喜。

The designer also incorporates a lot of details into the design, and the metal font on the floor will be a little surprise you find.

半户外空间延续了室内的逻辑，用了市面上基础的材料玻璃、压路隔栅板进行台面的材质组合，依旧表示了 MILINBABA 的品牌基因。在半户外空间点上一杯咖啡和招牌可颂，静静坐在这里，眺望远方的山水，一呼一吸间，城市的喧嚣似乎都被这些自然景观所消解。

The balcony of the first floor chooses glass island platform and silver metal stool collocation, order a cup of coffee and signboard can ode, sit quietly here, overlook the landscape in the distance, a breath a breath, the hustle and bustle of the city seems to be dissolved by these natural landscape.

二楼区域更像是一个客厅，蓝色地毯，投影仪，有设计感的桌椅、灯具，透过窗口欣赏窗外的景色，别有一番风味。

The second floor area is more like a living room, with blue carpet, projector, design sense of tables and chairs, lamps, and through the window to enjoy the scenery outside the window, it does not have a flavor.

在下浩里，传统与现代巧妙融合。在这个空间内，亦是如此。

In Xiahaoli, tradition and modernity are skillfully integrated. The same is true in this space.

在这里，每一处角落都是故事的开始，每一次驻足都是对过去的追溯。无论你是初次来到这里的游客，还是常驻在此的居民，希望你都能在这里找到属于自己的感动和共鸣。
