望京阜园景观改造提升设计丨中国北京丨埊木设计（CAFA·A城市艺术创新中心）

阜，字怀山丘之意。其丰厚、富有、旺盛等引申释义传达了美好寓意。建成后的公园植物繁盛，花团锦簇，又紧邻主干路阜通东大街，得名“阜园”。

“Fu” means rich, prosperous, and vigorous, which conveys a beautiful meaning. Due to the profusion of plants and the clusters of flowers in the park, and its close proximity to the main road, Futong East Street, it is named “FuYuan”.

缘起

Origin

阜园位于北京市朝阳区阜荣街中心位置，连通望京小街与新世界百货两大商圈，同时紧邻首个落户中国的非盈利性政府间国际组织——国际竹藤组织，是望京东部特色片区的中心腹地，总面积近 1 万平米。园区改造前为围墙环绕的闲置绿地，开放性不足，可达性较弱，景观层次单一，特色不足。

FuYuan is located in the center of Furong Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, connecting the two major business districts of WangjingStreet and New World Department Store, and is close to the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization (INBAR). FuYuan covers a total area of around 10,000 square meters. The park was a vacant green space surrounded by walls before the renovation, with limited openness and accessibility, a single layer of landscape, and a lack of distinctive features.

为匹配望京地区国际人才社区定位，服务国际竹藤组织、周边商圈和社区，提高居民生活品质和城市建设品位，埊木设计（CAFA·A 城市艺术创新中心）以建设“行有花香、驻有小景，品有文化”的城市开放型口袋公园为目标，拆除原有边界围墙，以生态手法打造多层次林下空间，为公园进行整体人文艺术性设计，并提供了满足多种需求的绿地空间，让市民感受艺术与文化相交融的自然生态。

To match the international talent community positioning of Wangjing area, serve the INBAR, surrounding commercial circles and community, improve residents’ quality of life and urban construction taste, DIMU Design aims at building an open pocket park featuring “flowers, scenery and culture”. Multi-layered green space was created with ecological means. Overall humanistic and artistic design of the park was carried out, which provides green space for multiple needs to enjoy nature with a combination of art and culture for citizens.

可游、可驻、可赏的优美花园

Beautiful Garden: A place for sightseeing and enjoyment

阜园的设计基于景观、生态和文化层面的策略。一方面拆除边界围墙和围栏，综合考虑周边人群需要，打造开放宜人、市民友好的高品质街心公园；另一方面助力双碳理念，尽可能多利用环保材料和生态举措进行铺装及种植设计；同时选取“竹”、“藤”为主题元素，对公园内部设施、标识标牌、城市家具等进行整体人文艺术性设计。基于整体策略，园区实施“前厅后园，一林一廊”的空间布局，并打造不同特色的空间节点。

On the one hand, with the boundary walls and fences removed, an open and citizen-friendly high-quality street park is created; On the other hand, the park utilizes environmentally friendly materials and ecological measures as much as possible for paving and planting design; Simultaneously “bamboo” and “vine” are selected as theme elements to take the overall humanistic and artistic design of the park’s internal facilities, signage, and urban furniture.

竹·藤·诗的协奏

Concerto of Bamboo, Vine, and Poetry

项目团队在园内设置了六大诗意景点：“山阜水丰”“晴翠待雨”“青竹傲雪”“紫藤胜春”“丹心与共”“望舒孤影”，分别为山形水幕入口形象、阳光活力草坪、幽幽竹林、紫藤长廊、同心广场与生态雨水花园，使市民和游客在游览过程中驻足体会生活的意境和美好。

Six scenic spots are set up within the park: Mountain-shaped entrance with water curtain; Green and Luxuriant Lawn; Lush bamboo grove; Linear wisteria pergola; A heart-shaped flower bed symbolizing love and the Rainwater garden. These scenes enable citizens and tourists to stop and appreciate the poetic and beautiful aspects of life during their sightseeing trips.

01 “山阜水丰”——山形水幕入口形象｜Mountain-shaped Entrance with Water Curtain

阜园主入口将抽象线性雕塑与传统大门形象相互融合，起伏的线条通过形体提供通行与休息功能，并设置动态水幕装置。市民驻足拍照，孩子们在水帘落下的空隙间穿梭，流连忘返于“山水”之间。所谓山阜水丰，正是一派欣欣向荣的美好景象。

The main entrance of FuYuan is a mountain-shaped sculpture with waterfall. When citizens and tourists pass through the artistic gate, they usually stop to take photos. Children like playing under the water curtain and enjoying the scenery between “mountains and rivers”.

02 “晴翠待雨”——城市阳光客厅｜Luxuriant Lawn as the urban lounge

山形水幕背后的绿地空间充分留白，利用现状营造城市空间中轻松宜人的草坪景观，体现区域的国际化特征。圆形草坪南侧设置了马鞭草花海，考虑到该位置原为改造前周边建设项目的混凝土搅拌站，地下土壤贫瘠，故选择耐干旱、耐贫瘠的多年生马鞭草打造望京中心城区的微型花海。

The green space behind the water curtain has been reserved to build a relaxing and pleasant lawn in the city. A horsewhip flower sea has been set up on its south side, and because the location was previously a concrete mixing station, the underground soil was poor, so the drought and barren resistance verbena was chosen to create a miniature flower sea in the central city of Wangjing.

03“青竹傲雪”——幽幽竹林｜Lush Bamboo Grove

阜园强调竹藤主题公园的“竹”文化和意境，在竹藤大厦东侧打造出幽幽竹林的文化景观。竹林的作用被充分发挥，除了分隔园区东侧城市阳光客厅与西侧林下社区花园以外，借助自身独有的形态可形成清幽的小径通道。周围设置了休憩的节点，并散落呼应主题的草坪观赏灯。不管白天与黑夜，人们均可游历于竹林之下。

The theme of bamboo is highlighted in the design of FuYuan, and a quiet bamboo grove was planted in the middle of the park. The grove provides a quiet serpentine pathway with its unique form. Along the way, there are places for people to take a rest, no matter during the day or at night, people can take a stroll in the bamboo grove.

04 “紫藤胜春”——紫藤廊架｜The Linear Wisteria Corridor

“藤”元素的运用经过精心的构思：文化上通过紫藤花“爱与长寿”的寓意传达美好的愿景，呼应起伏山形的 86 米的紫藤长廊如同一件精美的艺术品，蜿蜒起伏于葱郁林间。紫藤廊架侧壁多处镶嵌诗句，打造可读、可赏的诗意长廊。

The use of the “vine” element has been carefully conceived: it conveys a beautiful vision through the symbolism of “love and longevity” in wisteria flowers culturally, echoing the undulating mountain shape of the 86-meter wisteria corridor like an artwork. The side walls of the wisteria pergola are adorned with poems, creating a readable and enjoyable poetic corridor.

05 “丹心与共”——同心广场｜The Square with A heart-shaped Flower Bed

依托紫藤长廊末端的形态，半包围的环境自然地形成了广场空间。心形花池安置于中部，呼应紫藤花爱的寓意。广场附近现状树木较多，设计充分利用原有种植打造林下休憩与散步空间，同时种植宿根类花卉，营造三季有花的花园场景。

The end of the wisteria corridor naturally forms a semi-enclosed space for a square. A heart-shaped flower bed echoes wisteria’s connotation of love. Since there are many existing plants near the square, the design fully utilizes the planting to create a space for forest rest and walking.

06“望舒孤影”——雨水花园｜The Rain Garden with a Preserved Stone

望舒，借指月亮。当皎洁孤月倒映于雨后的水面，便形成“望舒孤影”的意境。场地地势较低，打造为一处雨水花园，搭配耐涝的植物，既达到美观的效果，又可以达到快速渗透雨水的效果。栽植千屈菜、芦苇、狼尾草等湿地生态植物来净化水源，与保留下来的景观石相搭配，即使枯水期也是生态化自然景观。

The site has a relatively low terrain and is designed as a rain garden. Paired with flood resistant plants, it not only achieves a beautiful effect but also allows for rapid infiltration of rainwater. Wetland ecological plants such as lythrum, phragmites, and pennisetum are planted to purify water sources, and are paired with preserved landscape stones to create an ecological and natural landscape even during dry seasons.

阜园作为望京小街与新世界百货两大商业体的重要联接，其开放性、功能性和环境品质的全面提升增强了该商业商务地区的整体影响力和多元服务水平，为该地区增添了一处可游、可驻、可赏的优美花园。

As an important connection between Wangjing Xiaojie and New World Department Store, FuYuan’s comprehensive improvement in openness, functionality, and environmental quality has enhanced the overall influence and diversified service level of the commercial area. This has added a beautiful garden that can be visited, stayed in, and enjoyed in the area, further enhancing the business environment and serving the surrounding communities and multifunctional businesses.

阜园的建设进一步提升了营商环境，服务周边社区和多功能业态，实现商圈衔接、地铁联通、社区交往等综合价值。该项目获评 2023 年度北京最佳城市更新实践“优秀项目”，为北京市建设群众喜爱、环境友好的口袋公园作出了示范。

The construction of FuYuan has further improved the business environment, serving surrounding communities and multifunctional businesses, and achieving comprehensive value such as business district connectivity, subway connectivity, and community interaction. This project was awarded the “Excellent Project” for the Best Urban Renewal Practice in Beijing in 2023, demonstrating the construction of an environmentally friendly pocket park loved by citizens in Beijing.
