域道设计：自然，是最高级的奢侈。自然赐给我们以好的记忆，使一切事物经历的时间，比实际存在的时间还要长久。

WEDO Landscape: Nature is the highest level of luxury, “Il tempo ci dona bei ricordi, rendendo le esperienze più lunghe della loro reale esistenza.”

前言：漫步杨浦滨江，当年的鎏金岁月在脑海中浮现，这里曾是上海老工业基地，也是我出生成长的地方，设计者与曾经场地使用者重叠的身份为后来的设计灌注了更深刻的理解。

Preface: Strolling along the riverside of Yangpu, memories of the golden years come to mind. This place was once an old industrial base in Shanghai and also the place where I was born and raised. The overlapping identities of the designer and the former users of the site have infused a deeper understanding into the subsequent design.

本次，设计师将以一个原著民的身份为大家揭开这座红砖花园的面纱。

This time, the designer will unveil the veil of this red-brick garden from the perspective of an original inhabitant.

01 勃艮第之城 CITY BOURGOGNE

从容与松弛的生活态度

A calm and relaxed attitude towards life

入园伊始，建筑的“红砖”所蕴藏的历史记忆与文化传承，让我想起了遥远法国北部的勃艮第的红酒，所以我们给这座别墅起了一个有趣的名称：“CITY BOURGOGNE”可译为“勃艮第之城”。故景观在设计时着意呈现历史建筑与“自然花园”（Quite Luxury）之间更细腻的联系，以不经意的姿态呈现出一种“从容，松弛”的场地感受与生活态度。

At the entrance of the garden, the historical memories and cultural heritage embodied in the building’s “red bricks” remind me of the distant Burgundy wines from northern France. Thus, we named this villa “CITY BOURGOGNE,” which can be translated as “City Burgundy.” Therefore, the landscape design intentionally highlights the delicate connection between the historical architecture and the “natural garden” (Quite Luxury), presenting a sense of space and lifestyle that embodies a feeling of “composure and relaxation” in an effortless manner.

新的创想，在花园中诞生。莫奈在位于法国北部的吉维尼小镇设计了自己的花园，赫赫有名的{睡莲}和{日本桥}系列作品就此诞生。

——Northern French style

New ideas are born in the garden. Monet designed his own garden in the small town of Giverny in northern France, The famous series of Water Lilies and Nihonbashi were born.

花园的景观设计以法国北部的吉维尼小镇花园为灵感，创造一种松弛治愈的景观空间。自然的花园空间不仅能够满足当下人们内需最迫切需要的松弛与治愈的需求，而且能够与历史积淀下的风貌建筑协调共生，形成了一种自然（静奢花园）与人文（历史风貌）相结合的文化叙事，为客户提供一场出乎意料的看房体验之旅。

The landscape design of the garden is inspired by the gardens of the town of Giverny in northern France, creating a relaxed and healing landscape space. The natural garden space not only meets the most urgent needs of relaxation and healing for people today, but also coordinates and coexists with the historical architectural style, forming a cultural narrative that combines nature (quiet luxury garden) and humanities (historical style), providing customers with an unexpected viewing experience.

02 空间叙事 SPACE NARRATIVE

景观与建筑室内外流线高度融合，交织成一个整体。

The landscape is highly integrated with the indoor and outdoor flow lines of the building, interweaving into a whole.

场地由四个主题空间所组成：“Oasis 绿洲”“Stream 溪涧”“Homie 时光客厅”“Garden 疗愈花园”。在不同场景下切换，营造出法国北部花园、溪涧、家的自然氛围沉浸感，与之本身红砖风貌建筑风格相呼应，创造出优雅宁静、舒适的静奢空间。

The venue consists of four themed spaces: “Oasis”, “Stream “, “Homie “, and ” Healing Garden”, which switch between different scenes to create an immersive natural atmosphere of gardens, streams, and homes in northern France, echoing its own red brick architectural style and creating an elegant, peaceful, and comfortable luxury space.

Oasis：进入园区第一时间前来接待的就是一棵呈现恭候姿态的早乙女青枫，时刻迎接着访客的到来。与之搭配的是一道自然肌理的景墙，来自法国北部的进口石材 Moonlight（月光米黄），以其自然细腻的石材肌理叙说着北法风情。

Oasis: The first person who comes to receive visitors upon entering the park is a young maple tree that presents a welcoming posture, always ready to welcome visitors. Paired with it is a natural textured landscape wall, imported stone Moonlight from northern France, which tells the story of northern French style with its natural and delicate stone texture.

Stream 溪涧：转角处的羽毛枫青龙作为提示与引导，着人们沿着一条蜿蜒小径向内转入。两侧生长着芬芳的香草、薄荷和开着白紫色花卉的灌木丛，与微微倾斜的薄水面共同营造出自然松弛的景观感受。经过特殊处理的水景拟态化呈现出大自然中溪流潺潺流淌的效果。将大自然的氛围带入到日常的生活中来！

Stream: The feathered maple green dragon at the corner serves as a reminder and guide for people to turn inward along a winding path. Fragrant herbs, mint, and shrubs blooming with white purple flowers grow on both sides, creating a natural and relaxed landscape feeling with the slightly sloping thin water surface. The specially treated water landscape is rendered in a lifelike manner, presenting the effect of streams flowing in nature. Bring the atmosphere of nature into daily life!

空间有境，心象无尽。历史的老宅与新生的花园并置，场地在这里重获新生，仿佛在告诉世界——我们正热烈的生活。

Space has boundaries, but the mind is endless. The old mansion of history is juxtaposed with the newly created garden, and the venue is reborn here, as if telling the world that we are living passionately.

HOMIE 时光客厅：室内外无界连续的景观花园作为室内客厅的补充，成为项目的又一大亮点。院子以上仰天，下履地的状态去构筑未来生活，试图创造一个大自然中的客厅。呼吸间，有光的轻盈，徘徊处，是家的温馨。

HOMIE Time Living Room: The borderless landscape garden, which complements the indoor living room, has become another highlight of the project. The courtyard is built in a state of facing the sky above and stepping on the ground below, attempting to create a living room in nature for the future. Breathing, the lightness of light, wandering, is the warmth of home.

北法疗愈花园：一条蜿蜒小径连通前后两栋建筑，两侧生长着花卉的灌木丛。风车茉莉与建筑自然协调地融合共生，映衬出风貌建筑特有的历史感与自然美感。羽绒狼尾草与细叶羽毛草丛生，带来柔和的意境，其他大小不同、高度不一的单株灌木，如黄杨、亮晶女贞、百里香、迷迭香和山茶等，则随意栽种其间，使整个花园旖旎且富有层次，营造出法国北部放松、松弛的场景氛围。

Nanfa Healing Garden: A winding path connects the front and rear buildings, with shrubs growing flowers on both sides. The integration and symbiosis of windmill jasmine and natural harmony in architecture reflect the unique historical and natural beauty of the architecture. Down wolfgrass and fine leaved feather grass are clustered together, creating a soft atmosphere. Other individual shrubs of different sizes and heights, such as boxwood, shiny crystal privet, thyme, rosemary, and camellia, are planted freely among them, making the entire garden beautiful and layered, creating a relaxed atmosphere in northern France.

03 不止于花园 NOT JUST THE GARDEN

自然与城市的诗意碰撞

The poetic collision of nature and city

居此一方，在历史的长河里，也在未来的未知中见自己，也“见天地”。Not just the garden On this side, in the long river of history, I also see myself in the unknown of the future and ‘see heaven and earth’.

结语：在一个过度精致化的时代，住宅被包装得如同玻璃橱窗中展示的礼物一般精致。这次，我们希望回归生活，回归住宅自然居住的状态。此花园如同一首小诗，讲述着我们对景观于居所自然从容的态度。毕竟，从容与松弛才是奢侈品的正确打开方式。

In an era of excessive refinement, homes are packaged as exquisite as gifts displayed in glass windows. This time, we hope to return to life and the natural state of residential living. This garden is like a small poem that tells our attitude towards the natural and composed landscape and dwelling. After all, composure and relaxation are the correct ways to open luxury goods.
