Residence for a de facto couple

This home renovation was the final project for a course. We were asked to design the renovation for different clients, and I was assigned to a couple of yoga teachers.

They wanted an indoor space for classes, an open kitchen/living area, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a small guest bathroom, and an enclosed space for laundry.

They also informed us that one of them preferred to spend most of the day in the living area.
