REMAKE LIFE - "自然,情趣,四季"

Talk about the story of this project, in August 2022, the owner found us through a friend's recommendation, the first time to meet the female owner is in the middle of pregnancy, until the second appointment in June of the following year, is the hostess just finished the month, the two sides simply communicated about the general ideas and ideas, very fit, opened the reshaping journey; (Later I learned that during this period, they found a company that had paid the design fee and had reached the stage of deepening the design. The owner described the other designer as a draftsman who needed to think and determine everything by themselves before taking the next step. Basically, the couple argued every day because of the design issue, so they resolutely shouldered the cost of trial and error and found us again;)The situation at the housing site is far more than we expected: 1. The housing infrastructure of the old community is not very good, plus the last tenant used the space for office, and it was not properly maintained, resulting in serious water leakage problems; 2. On the first floor of bungalows, the original unit structure leads to poor indoor lighting and ventilation conditions; 3. Originally, there were only three rooms, which did not meet the living needs of two children with three generations in the same room and the demand for study space; 4. Garden space is excessive, indoor space is compact and bedrooms are scattered, which is not convenient for children's attention and companionship in the process of growth;

Therefore, the idea of design development is to first solve the rigid problem left over from the original architectural history, and then sort out the space, without defining the style and not being limited in space; Break down the wall barriers, making the whole space more convenient and extensible;

Returning to design, design is empathy, which requires understanding and discovering the present and potential needs and emotions of the other person; Of course, empathy alone is not enough, designers also need a broad vision and a unique aesthetic perspective, as well as the ability to respond to challenges in order to bring the ideas in our heads to life;

      Unlike the delicate lair, this house is more like a day divided into 24 hours, imagining what we will have to do with it in the space during the day, and how the scene of three generations of each other will be built; One morning and one afternoon, the warm winter sunshine and the summer breeze became the backdrop for our design structure.

Rethinking heat preservation, insulation, energy consumption, ventilation, lighting, materials, convenience, and thinking about the future of long-term living from the perspective of comfort makes the space truly three-dimensional.     

In terms of style, the owner and I quickly reached a consensus: we desire this space to reflect our current mood, in the busy urban life, we seek inner comfort, and the magic of nature, every day and the alternation of every season can bring spiritual comfort.

The sediment of the house and the master who resides within should complement each other. The idea of transforming a dilapidated old house into one that withstands the nourishment of time is the origin of our design concept.

说说和这套房子的故事吧。2022年8月，屋主经朋友推介找到我们，第一次见面女主人正在孕中期，直到次年6月第二次约见，是女主人刚做完月子，双方简单沟通了一下大致想法和思路，非常契合，就开启了重塑之旅；

初到房子有几个比较严重的问题：

-

1.老小区的房屋基础结构差，加上上一个租户用该空间办公，未妥善维养，导致房屋漏水问题严重；

2.原结构室内采光通风条件差；

3.房子原本三个房间，不满足二胎家庭、三代同堂的生活需求，和独立书房的空间需求；

4.园林空间过剩，室内空间紧凑且卧室分散，不便于小朋友在成长过程中的关注和陪伴。

回到设计，设计就是同理心，需要理解和发现对方当下及潜在的需求和情感；当然光有同理心是不够的，设计师还需要宽阔的视野和独特的美学视角，以及应对挑战的能力，以便把我们脑子里的想法落地现实。

與精緻的巢穴不同，這座房子更像是分割成24小時的一天，想象白天我們與它在空間中會有什麼關係，对方所需三代同堂的场景如何建树；一個早晨和一個下午，冬日溫暖的陽光和夏日的微風都成爲我們設計構思的背景。

从舒适度角度重新思考保温，隔热，能耗，通风，采光，材质，便利度，以及对未来长久居住的思考让空间变得真正立体起来。

在風格方面，我和業主很快達成了共識;我們渴望這個空間能反映我們當下的心境，在繁杂忙碌的都市生活中，我們尋求内心的惬意，而大自然有神奇的魔力，每一天每一个季节的交替都能带来心灵的慰藉。

所以設計展開思路就是先解決原本建築歷史遺留的剛性問題，再把空間梳理，風格上不做定義，空間上不被局限；打破墻體壁壘，讓整個空間動線更具便利性及趣味延展性；

豪不夸张的说，空间的实用性取决于动线规划，而无障碍洄游动线的设计手法让刻板的空间变得趣味灵动起来；

加上巧妙结合大面积玻璃及移门的运用，通风、采光问题迎刃而解；

玄关是有意设置的多功能区，为当下和未来的所有不确定性时刻准备着；可以是亲子空间、茶空间、健身空间及休闲娱乐空间，丰富了家的体验；加之动线及玻璃的结合，可以在敲代码的同时做个好爸爸；

拥有院子的快乐是有目共睹的。有人说：““在人的身上，能够持久的东西是从少年时期得来的”，就意味着童年于一生都有着至关重要的意义；而大自然包罗万象，是探索和发现的最好课堂；

除了有意为之的多功能区域，还有让空间更有趣、更生动、有层次的框景借景等设计处理手法；房屋内可谓是处处都藏着设计师的“小心机”；

原本甲方在其他地方已交设计费后回头再选择的我们；小区内有位专业的设计院大咖天天去工地现场看我们如何实施，说该改造是整个小区最合理最舒适的；期间多个他说无法落地的事项设计师都完美解决；你对这套作品最满意的地方在哪里，为什么？

原本143㎡的产权装完后室内实际使用面积达到了186㎡；

整个空间得到最大程度的使用，客户的需求得以完美解决，公共空间的多样性、动线的流通性、收纳空间的多元化、及采光和通风都得以最大限度的释放；

对平面布局做了哪些优化改动，为什么？

结合采光及综合分析，可改造墙体改为玻璃结合移门的使用，解决了采光和通风的问题；将空间区域重组，园林过剩空间纳入室内，挤了个书房空间；单独的主卧改成带衣帽间的套间；原本的采光井部分空间纳入室内并作为多功能区域，原本拥挤的老人房使用更舒适；洄游动线的设计让整个空间更灵动、便捷；巧妙运用框景、借景等设计处理手法让整个室内生态更生动、有灵气；多功能空间让所有空间即互为一体又各自独立；

回头再看这套房子，设计当中有什么遗憾的吗？

依然是；“别人家的房子真好看”“整个小区最漂亮的房子”“整个小区布局最合理的房子”，无憾；

在整个装修设计期间遇到最大的挑战是什么？

原始结构基础条件差，导致现场很多情况需要设计师到现场一点点去告诉师傅如何实施；
