石煮时光

在繁华与宁静的交界，如壹函馆以石煮时光，于四层空间内演绎致雅、致韵、致悠、致静与致愉的东方美学，每一隅皆是生活与艺术的对话。

一层-致雅 Tastefulness（致知堂|煮石轩|久久屋|寻幽园）

焚香煮茶，闲谈古今。静玩山水，不言是非。行立坐卧，忘形适趣，冷淡家风，林泉清致。

Burn incense, cook tea, talk about ancient and modern. Quiet play landscape, do not speak right and wrong. Line sitting down, forget the interest, cold family style, Lin Quanqing.

二层-致韵 Lingering charm（晶云庭 | 一拂阁）

清音者，夫琴有雅、俗之不同，而其音莫齐一也。

The pure sound, the fu qin has the difference of elegance and vulgarity, and its sound moqi also.

三层-致悠 Leisurely and elegant（食朋宴| 逸轩）

引以为流觞曲水，列坐其次，虽无丝竹管弦之盛，一觞一咏，亦足以畅叙幽情。

Led to the song of water, the second, although there is no silk and bamboo orchestra, a cup of song, is enough to describe the quiet.

四层-致静 Silence（静绣居| 席间）

酣酣日脚紫烟浮，妍暖破轻裘。困人天色，醉人花气，午梦扶头。一梦浮生。The feet of the purple smoke floating, Yan warm break light fur. Drowsy sky, intoxicating flower gas, afternoon dream head. A dream is a floating life.

屋顶层-致愉 Pleasure（愉庭）

拾花，侯月，静待一场朦胧细雨。

Pick up flowers, Hou Yue, waiting for a hazy drizzle.

让平常的东西在一起彰显特别，而不是让特别的东西充满所有。

Let the ordinary be special together, instead of filling everything with the special.

以石煮茶，闲消半日。To boil tea with stone, idle half a day.

一盏酒，一房院。A glass of wine, a house.

佛手、光束、焚香 Buddha hand, light beam, incense burning

一窗可通幽光，一案可安心志，一草一木之间，皆是万物生息。

A window can be a quiet light, a case can be at ease, between the grass and trees, all things are living.

“如壹”取自于“中建壹品”“壹”，代表着以一流的开发水平，匠心筑造品质。同时，“如壹”同“如意”，象征着事事顺遂、心愿得偿。而“函馆”寓意为一个包容性强、文化丰富的地方。

Such as One comes from China Construction One Product and One, which represents the first-class development level and ingenuity to build quality. At the same time, such as one and Ruyi symbolize everything goes well and wishes are fulfilled. And Hakodate implies a place of inclusiveness and rich culture.

对建筑的重构不仅是空间的重新设计与规划，还包括开放与聚合的错落布局，以及功能的精细梳理。这样的重构能创造出更加灵活、交互且富有美感的建筑空间，既满足现代生活需求，又能给引景入室留出足够的空间。

The reconstruction of the building is not only the redesign and planning of the space, but also the scattered layout of the opening and aggregation, as well as the fine combing of the functions. This reconfiguration creates a more flexible, interactive and aesthetically pleasing architectural space that meets the needs of modern life while leaving enough space for views and entry.
