城市的快节奏需要“诗与远方”的调节，跳脱出城市的浮躁，回归到乡村的静谧。芸薹问稻·园里餐厅作为这份情感的物化，新乡村的田园牧歌式体验让人心生向往。

The fast pace of the city requires the adjustment of "poetry and distance", Break free from the hustle and bustle of the city and return to the tranquility of the countryside. As a materialization of this emotion, the restaurant in the garden, where Chinese cabbage and rice are grown, Let us yearn for the pastoral scenery of the new countryside.

芸薹问稻园野餐厅座落在青瓦白墙的屋宅群里，邻里全是村里的原著民。屋后竹林蔽日、清风徐来，屋前百亩稻田和油菜花海四季轮替。

Located in a group of houses with green tiles and white walls, the neighbors are all indigenous people in the village. The bamboo forest behind the house covers the sun, and a gentle breeze blows gently. In front of the house, a hundred acres of rice paddies and a sea of rapeseed flowers alternate in seasons.

餐厅名“芸薹问稻”由阿林哥提议。“芸薹”是油菜花的雅称，“问稻”致敬“世界杂交水稻之父”、中国工程院院士袁隆平先生，“我有一个梦，梦见我们的超高产杂交稻，植株长得比高粱要高，穗子有扫帚那么长……”

The name of the restaurant, “Brassica rice”, was suggested by Allín.’Brassica’ is the elegant name for rapeseed flowers. "Ask about rice" pays tribute to Mr. Yuan Longping, "the father of hybrid rice in the world" and academician of the CAE Member. ”I have a dream about our super high-yield hybrid rice, the plant grows taller than sorghum, and the ears are as long as brooms.......“

芸薹问稻·园里餐厅项目是对一个乡村农宅的改造，设计通过对建筑主体的保留与更新，提取川西坡屋和竹编元素，用现代主义的方式对建筑重新整合。就地取材的运用，自然入景和光影氛围的营造，旨在打造一种新乡村的静谧体验空间。

The project is a renovation of a rural farmhouse, and the design reintegrates the building in a modernist way by retaining and updating the main body of the building, extracting the elements of western Sichuan slope houses and bamboo weaving. The use of local materials, natural scenery and the creation of light and shadow atmosphere aim to create a quiet experience space in the new countryside.

△ 项目分析

尚能使用的老屋主体保留并进行加固，老屋西耳房在原空间基础上加盖空间，与老屋主体形成四跨间阵列，让老屋建筑更为整体性；

The main body of the old house that can still be used is retained and reinforced, and the west ear room of the old house is added on the basis of the original space, forming a four span array with the main body of the old house, making the building more cohesive;

老瓦房推倒重修，与老屋主体进行焊接，新旧建筑主体融合一体，统一采用外墙元素和主材进行装饰，新的体量与新空间的更迭完成。

The old tiled house was demolished and rebuilt, welded with the main body of the old house, the main body of the new and old buildings was integrated, and the exterior wall elements and main materials were used for decoration, and the new volume and new space were replaced.

△ 场地原貌

农宅主体为三跨院两层平房，西侧带一耳房。边上一间饱经沧桑瓦房，屋后一片闲置空地。农宅南侧小道为村里的车行主通道，东侧小道为村里人行分支干道。

The main body of the farmhouse is a three-cross-courtyard two-story bungalow with one ear room on the west side. On the edge of a weathered tile-roofed house, a vacant space behind the house. The small path on the south side of the farmhouse serves as the main thoroughfare for the village’s vehicles, while the small path on the east side serves as a branch road for the village’s pedestrians.

屋前无遮挡、无边界，路人皆可对其一览无余。最大的优势是周边百亩农田带来的地表景观。

There is no buffer landscape in front of the house, and passersby can have a clear view of it. This issue needs to be considered and resolved in design.

改造后，餐厅公共区域共有前后两个入口。屋前入口为停车场入口，建筑与车行道中间增加两道曲面绿化景观缓冲带，客人由东侧面曲面小径步入餐厅。屋后入口为步道入口，穿过曲径通幽的竹林步入，屋后专门预留出一片求婚用的草坪区域，由圆形磨盘围成的一个圈，暗藏着对新人生活圆满祝福。

After the renovation, there are two entrances in the public area of the restaurant, front and back. The entrance in front of the house is the parking lot entrance, and two curved green landscape buffer zones are added between the building and the roadway. Guests enter the restaurant through the curved path on the east side. The entrance behind the house is a pedestrian entrance, which leads through the winding bamboo forest to enter. A circular grinding disc is reserved behind the house to form a circle of lawn area, which can be used for walking, proposing, admiring bamboo, or daydreaming.

站在高处，向远眺望，天地为背，时光为笔，不论是晨光曦微、还是落日余晖，都仿佛是大自然的诗意在流淌。

Standing at a high place, gazing into the distance, with heaven and earth as the back and time as the pen, whether it’s the faint morning light or the lingering sunset glow, it’s as if the poetry of nature is flowing.

伴随着泥土混合着农作物呼吸的气息，一呼一息间，仿佛时间都变得缓慢，宁静且致远...

Accompanied by the soil mixed with the breath of crops, with each breath, it seemed as if time had slowed down, tranquil and far-reaching...

竹影浮沉躲荫凉。喝喝茶，看看书，扯几篇闲篇，打几圈麻将，时光是闲适且可贵的。

Bamboo shadows float and sink, hiding from the shade. Drinking tea, reading books, reading a few idle articles, playing a few rounds of mahjong, time is leisurely and precious.

谁不想要慢下节奏，不陷于奔忙，不陷于压力，把生活过回最舒适的样子呢？

Who doesn’t want to slow down, not get caught up in busyness, not get caught up in stress, and live life back to its most comfortable state?

悬空楼梯与三个新搭坡屋顶同框，其不对称性、阶梯设计形式的多层次与建筑主体的极简现代形成反差，和谐而多变。

The suspended staircase is framed with three new sloped roofs, and its asymmetry and multi-layered stepped design form contrast with the minimalist modernity of the main building, harmonious and changeable.

坡屋主材取自于本地竹子，天然的材料与斑驳的墙面肌理，自然而温润。入口雨棚上方种植的绿植与竹蔑条坡屋虚实相生，遮雨的同时又增观赏性。悬空楼梯顶部和底部提取坡屋形式，户外麻绳编织成竹编纹路替代瓦面。

The main material of the slope house is taken from local bamboo, which is natural and warm with natural materials and mottled wall texture. The green plants planted above the canopy at the entrance are in harmony with the bamboo squirt sloping houses, which provide shade from the rain and increase the ornamentality. The top and bottom of the suspended staircase are extracted from the form of a sloping house, and the outdoor hemp rope is woven into a bamboo weaving pattern to replace the tile surface.

青神竹编历史可追溯到 5000 多年前的新石器时代，当地先民已开始用竹编生活用品。接待台背后的竹编屏风及过道上的彩色竹编均由当地艺人制作，展示竹编的丰富纹理。水泥镂空构件砖像窗格一样贯穿建筑内外，形成连贯的设计元素。

The history of Qingshen bamboo weaving can be traced back to the Neolithic Age more than 5,000 years ago, and the local ancestors have begun to use bamboo to weave daily necessities. The bamboo-woven screen behind the reception desk and the colourful bamboo-woven aisles are made by local artists to showcase the rich texture of bamboo. Cement cut-out bricks run through the interior and exterior of the building like panes, forming a coherent design element.

甲方希望 VIP 包间既有良好观景体验又具舒适性。然而，包间处于十字路口，隐私性不足。为此，我们采用新院坝包间形式解决这一问题。将 1F 地面整体抬高，使道路与包间视线错位，并利用植物与矮墙围合，外部行人只能看到包间的上半部分。

Party A hopes that the VIP private room will have a good viewing experience and comfort. However, the private rooms are at a crossroads and lack privacy. To this end, we have adopted the form of a new dam private room to solve this problem. The ground on the 1st floor is raised as a whole so that the road and the private room are dislocated, and the plants are used to enclose it with a low wall, so that only the upper part of the private room can be seen by pedestrians from outside.

包间适用于公司团建、小型聚会及商务宴请。地面使用仿编织纹理砖，竹色纹理墙布在不同光线下仿佛一簇簇的竹叶。

The private room is suitable for group building, small parties and business banquets. The ground uses the imitation weave texture brick, and the bamboo color texture wall cloth looks like clusters of bamboo leaves under the different light.

2F 原有三间房间保留作 VIP10 人包间使用。为了让客人推开窗就能看到满地的春耕秋收，感受最自然的气息，我们用折叠窗替换掉了常规窗。靠窗处加了“美人靠”式悬空沙发，只为提高客人远眺观景时的舒适性。

The original three rooms on the 2nd floor are reserved for VIP 10 people. In order to allow guests to open the window to see the spring ploughing and autumn harvest all over the ground, and feel the most natural atmosphere, we replaced the regular windows with folding windows. A ’beauty lean’ type suspended sofa is added to the window to improve the comfort of guests when looking at the scenery from afar.

农业景观提供了更新的景观体验，农民在田间耕作是现场表演艺术的一部分。2F 观景卡座区为游客提供了俯瞰周边稻田的最佳视角。

The agricultural landscape offers an updated landscape experience, with farmers plowing the fields as part of the live performing arts. The 2F observation deck area provides visitors with the best view of the surrounding rice fields.

田园之上，坐望浮云，品人间烟火。清风之中，对竹听雨，行人间风雅。

On the countryside, sit and watch the floating clouds and taste the fireworks in the world. In the breeze, listen to the rain on the bamboo, and the pedestrians are elegant.
