李益中空间设计与万科携手，兼顾市场洞察与当下住宅消费者的心理诉求，回应市场期待。

Li Yizhong Space Design has teamed up with Vanke to devote their efforts to the 185 and 150 units of the Kunshan Pusi Qingyang project. With strategic thinking, they have taken into account market insights and the psychological demands of current residential consumers, responding to market expectations.

从灵活多变的功能区到高效利用的储物设计，都展示了在有限的空间内创造更高品质的生活体验。

From flexible and versatile functional areas to efficient storage design, from open social spaces to private resting bedrooms, all showcase the creation of higher quality living experiences within limited spaces.

对于改善型住宅，人们的需求是多元化的，更需要增设不同的活动空间以适应人们的其他需求。

For improved housing, peoples needs are diversified, and residents are no longer satisfied with the expansion of necessary living functional areas. They need to add different activity spaces to meet other peoples needs.

在普通住宅中，如何在家里妥善安置一架钢琴且不挤占其他活动空间，既确保了钢琴的摆放位置合理，还兼顾了空间的流畅性与功能性。

In ordinary residential buildings, how to properly place a piano at home without occupying other activity spaces is often a tricky problem. And through the designers creativity, the piano is cleverly integrated into the overall layout. It not only ensures the reasonable placement of the piano, but also takes into account the smoothness and functionality of the space.

将多功能房设置于靠近客厅处，与客厅生活进行联动，能演绎出练琴、演奏、陪读、下午茶、亲子活动等各种生活场景。

Set up the multifunctional room near the living room and integrate it with the living room lifestyle. The balcony space is also incorporated into the scene creation of the living room and interest space. The large-scale activity space forms a migratory flow, which can interpret various life scenes such as practicing the piano, playing, accompanying reading, afternoon tea, and parent-child activities.

一日三餐是联络家人情感的重要活动。再搭配花艺、装饰吊灯，增加空间的品质感。

Three meals a day are important activities to connect with family members emotionally. The combination of rock dining tables and leather dining chairs reflects the quality of the space, while floral arrangements and decorative chandeliers enhance the quality of the space.

主卧套房内设衣帽间、梳妆台和主卫，各功能区呈递进式布局。结合窗边的迷你吧窗台柜和另一侧窗台的软包座椅，可以实现二人世界的休闲乐趣。

The dual window sill configuration can accommodate some hobbies and interests, combined with the mini bar window sill cabinet by the window and the soft pack seat on the other side of the window sill, it can achieve the leisure fun of a two person world.

185 户型，室内设计从空间革新、场景升级的维度剖析项目，让空间承载更多的情感与温度。

185 units, interior design analyzes the project from the dimensions of space innovation and scene upgrading, achieving maximum functional and aesthetic effects, and allowing the space to carry more emotions and temperature.

在色调上没有浓墨重彩的组合，是以最经典的色系调和，以沉稳的中性色，来演绎一种低调的奢华品质。

In terms of color tone, there is no combination of heavy ink and heavy colors. Instead, the most classic color scheme is used to harmonize various elements such as metal, leather, and stone, presenting a low-key luxury quality with a stable neutral color.

客餐厅区域面宽约 5.3 米，进深 9.4 米，如此宽裕的尺度使客厅布局更为灵活，具有一定灵活性的组合空间令客厅能满足更多的社交情境。

The dining area has a width of about 5.3 meters and a depth of 9.4 meters, making the living room layout more flexible and the choice of furniture styles more free. A combination space with certain flexibility allows the living room to meet more social situations.

社交餐厨逐渐成为城市家庭的一种主流风尚，餐厨空间的比重明显提升。中西双厨成为大户型的标配。

Social dining has gradually become a mainstream trend in urban households, with a significant increase in the proportion of dining space. The combination of Chinese and Western kitchens has become a standard feature for large apartments.

主卧套间 270°的采光，超大卫浴、双衣帽区、梳妆间，精致选材塑造空间层次与氛围。

The master bedroom suite boasts 270 ° natural lighting, an oversized bathroom, a double dressing area, and a dressing room, showcasing a luxurious lifestyle. The background wall is designed with a grille shape, which is unique and tasteful. Exquisite materials are used to create spatial hierarchy and atmosphere.

房间的色彩以米灰、棕色等温馨柔和的色调为主。墙壁上挂的艺术品，具有岁月的记忆和情感的沉淀。

The colors of the room are mainly warm and soft tones such as beige and brown, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The artworks hanging on the walls have memories of time and emotional sedimentation.
