因贸易而生的琶洲，作为广州乃至全省数字经济版图中的 C 位区域，其总部经济发展趋势稳健。由 Aedas 院士、全球设计董事韦业启带领团队设计的，集商业、办公于一体的 172 米超高层——广州海灏国际大厦，以其独特的企业展示模式，成为该板块中重要的总部名片。

Pazhou is a fundamental economic development zone in Guangzhou. Ken Wai, the AedasGlobal Design Principal, has designed the Haihao International Building, a 172-meter mixed-use skyscraper that will serve as an exemplary commercial live/work development in the city.

项目坐落于琶洲西区板块核心，毗邻城市绿轴与主干道，多轨道交通将人群引入，大疏大密之间为地块注入源源不断的活力。设计巧妙地将地下、地上多层通道连接，路网通达便捷的同时，满足严格的城规准则限制，打造智慧城市中的可持续商务区。

The project is in western Pazhou, adjacent to the district’s green axis and main roads. It has good access to the metro and public transport facilities. The area is governed by stringent urban planning design guidelines that ensure multi-level access connected to the basement and above ground via link bridges.

花城沃土，绿岭琶洲。团队将在地自然特色与中国山水画元素融合，提取“峰、岭、瀑、径“四大自然意象，并将其完美融入到裙楼的公共楼梯、人行天桥和裙楼花园屋顶的设计之中，为该区域打造出了一个可供娱乐、教育的“城市客厅”。这一巧思不仅凸显了海大集团的企业社会责任感，还将建筑与其文化根源串联起来，赋予建筑文化属性。

The design of the Haihao International Building is a celebration of Chinese landscape painting, with elements that emphasize "mountains, ridges, waterfalls, and paths." This concept is beautifully reflected in the public stairs on the podium, linking a public footbridge and the roof of the podium garden to create a new public space for the city. This gesture not only highlights the corporate social responsibility of HAID, the building owner, but also connects the building to its cultural roots. This public space will be used for recreational and educational purposes, further enriching the building’s cultural significance.

矩形的建筑形态极具平面效率，团队在模块的每一侧都保留了可打开的通风口，确保室内拥有自然通风的舒适环境。塔楼采用内外交替拼接的折形幕墙，犹如锯齿状的轮廓，在兼顾功能作用的同时，形成了独特的立面细节。建筑优越的可持续功能，荣获三重绿色建筑认证，绿建三星、LEED 和 WELL，让塔楼在城市建筑群中脱颖而出。

The rectangular building was designed with a high floor plan efficiency. The jagged outline of the facade defines its architectural character. Openable vents are integrated on each side of the curtain wall facade module to provide natural ventilation. This innovative design ensures a comfortable indoor environment and gives the tower a distinctive presence in the city, leaving a lasting impression on all who see it. The sustainable functionality of the building has won triple green building certifications, three-star green building, LEED and WELL.

锯齿状建筑立面 Jagged building facade 从塔楼到裙楼，立面自上而下向巨型弧面玻璃结构过渡，在光影的变换下幕墙波光流动，曲变得映射出周围的城市景观，富有动感的形象让人不禁联想到飞流而下的“瀑布”。

The facade transitions into a mega-curved glass structure at the bottom of the building, where the entrance lobby and headquarters offices are situated. This design evokes the appearance of "falling water," reflecting light and creating a distorted view of the surrounding cityscape.

活力现代的落客区 Drop-offarea

项目集多元业态于一体，裙楼中设有零售和总部空间，塔楼设有办公空间和特色商业。设计打造了多个入口，在动线的规划上让各业态相对独立，确保去往不同目的地的人群可以便捷通达。并设有专属入口，可直达塔楼中部的豪华私人花园和空中会所大堂，部分区域配有私人电梯，可通过空中大堂直达各个单元。

The building includes retail and headquarters offices in the podium and offices and special commercial in the tower. People have separate entry points at the ground level and can enjoy a luxury private garden and clubhouse lobby halfway up the tower. Most units are served by private lifts, with direct entry to individual units through a sky lobby.

Our goal is to craft a work of urban art that mirrors a vibrant photo collage of the city, providing enjoyment for the public.’ Ken says.
