新旧产业更迭，全球版图重塑，工业遗产的重生之地正逐步蜕变为世界高品质生活领地，在探索前行的道路上，每一步都蕴含着曙光。

The transition of old and new industries, the reshaping of the global landscape, and the rebirth of industrial heritage are gradually transforming into a high-quality living territory in the world. Every step on the path of exploration contains a glimmer of hope.

“高雅、精致、舒适、充满活力！”这是《The Ofiiicail Sloane Ranger Handbook》对于英伦风的描述。

1900 年至今，英国室内设计的发展是一段引人入胜的旅程。创迼一个现代的家，汲取伦敦历史文化遗产，并带着本地文化的思考，在这里，英伦风与海派文化一起成长。

This is a description of British style in The Ofiiicail Sloane Ranger Handbook. From 1900 to the present, the development of interior design in Britain has been a journey of innovation and success. Create a modern home, drawing on London’s cultural heritage and incorporating local cultural considerations. Here, the British style and maritime culture grow together.

「下叠样板间」

从门厅的庄重步入，经过方形餐厅的过渡，直至宽敞明亮的客厅，每一处空间都融洽衔接，构成一幅流动的生活画卷。

From the solemn entrance hall, through the transition of the square dining room, to the spacious and bright living room, every space is seamlessly connected, forming a flowing picture of life.

在餐厅，边柜以金属为材勾勒出绅士般的硬朗线条，与之搭配的是膏线的细腻与拼花木板的复古，它们被巧妙地转化为现代设计语言，内敛而不失锋芒，精炼中透着格调。

In the restaurant, the side cabinets are made of metal to outline gentlemanly and tough lines, complemented by the delicate texture of the cream thread and the retro style of the patchwork wooden board. They are cleverly transformed into modern design language, understated yet sharp, refined yet exuding style.

L 型区域，一个集休闲与私密于一体的角落，连接着一片梦幻般的泳池。泳池之下，是伦敦西区灵感的再现，三层地下空间，地上是生活舞台，地下则是专属秘境。

L-shaped area, a corner that combines leisure and privacy, connected to a dreamy swimming pool. Under the swimming pool, there is a representation of inspiration from the West End of London, with three levels of underground space. Above ground is a living stage, while below ground is an exclusive secret realm.

家具与艺术品，宛如英伦梦境中的超现实使者，呈现古典与未来的对话。单椅雕塑般坐落在空间一隅，线条流畅而不失力量感，仿佛是从维多利亚时代的画卷中走出，又添了几分未来主义的遐想。

Furniture and art, like surreal messengers in a British dream, present a dialogue between classical and future. A single chair sculpture sits in a corner of the space, with smooth yet powerful lines, as if stepping out of a Victorian era painting and adding a touch of futuristic imagination.

卧室空间被一抹蓝绿轻抚，一场跨越时空的文化对话悄然上演。中式屏风以其古朴之姿，与现代装饰艺术融合，仿佛历史与现代的握手言和。床背设计，则是对风格边界的大胆探索，强有力地宣告着个性主张。

The bedroom space is gently touched by a touch of blue-green, and a cultural dialogue that transcends time and space quietly unfolds. Chinese style screens, with their antique appearance, blend with modern decorative art, as if shaking hands and reconciling history and modernity. The design of the bed back is a bold exploration of the boundaries of style, strongly proclaiming individual claims.

地平拼花与主卧背景墙的黑色碳钢元素，是对海派建筑墙面装饰艺术的再演绎，它们以独特的比例与韵律，讲述关于时间与空间的故事。最终，光与影、古典与未来、东方海派与英伦风尚华丽邂逅。

The flat mosaic and black carbon steel elements on the background wall of the master bedroom are a reinterpretation of the decorative art of Shanghai style architectural walls. They tell stories about time and space with unique proportions and rhythms. In the end, light and shadow, classical and future, Oriental style and British fashion met brilliantly.

A modern poem

「上叠样板间」

与下叠的文化语境不同，上叠更强调开放。

“我们希望运用流线型的语言表达苏州河，讲述苏州河汇入黄浦江，再汇入国际潮流，它是一个纽带，文化纽带以及未来的纽带。”林宏俊说。

Unlike the cultural context of the lower stack, the upper stack emphasizes more openness. We hope to use streamlined language to express Suzhou River, telling the story of Suzhou River flowing into Huangpu River and then into international trends. It is a link, a cultural link, and a link for the future, "said Lin Hongjun.

空间摒弃了传统的束缚，追求与城市脉动同频的流动感。大块面的水平纹理，如同苏州河面波光粼粼，既现代又不失温馨。色彩选择上，亦大胆采用明朗色调，让阳光洒满每一个角落，顶部与地面的设计简洁而不失精致，营造出一种令人心旷神怡的放松氛围。

Space abandons traditional constraints and pursues a sense of fluidity that is in sync with the pulse of the city. The horizontal texture of the large surface is like the sparkling waves of Suzhou River, both modern and warm. In terms of color selection, bold and bright tones are also used, allowing sunlight to shine in every corner. The design of the top and floor is simple yet exquisite, creating a relaxing atmosphere that is refreshing and relaxing.

流线造型的沙发、茶几和吊灯酷感十足，在家具设计中更融入阿斯顿马丁跑车品牌的精髓。尤其是其标志性的弧线造型，不仅是对速度与优雅的致敬，更是将汽车工业美学跨界应用于家居的艺术探索。

The streamlined sofa, coffee table, and pendant light are full of coolness, incorporating the essence of Aston Martin sports car brand into furniture design. Especially its iconic curved shape is not only a tribute to speed and elegance, but also an artistic exploration of cross-border application of automotive industry aesthetics to home furnishings.

步入二楼，一股清新脱俗的现代气息扑面而来，仿佛穿越了时空的隧道，瞬间置身于繁华都市的心脏地带。这里，设计师以独到的眼光，将苏州河深厚的文化底蕴与现代都市的活力节奏融合，创造出一种前所未有的空间体验。

Entering the second floor, a fresh and elegant modern atmosphere greets you, as if passing through a tunnel of time and space, instantly immersing you in the heart of the bustling city. Here, the designer combines the profound cultural heritage of Suzhou Creek with the vibrant rhythm of modern cities with a unique perspective, creating an unprecedented spatial experience.

在这种新旧设计方法的融合中，我们力求创造一种和谐。这是对上海能够在保留其根源的同时不断前进的能力的颂歌，是传统与现代交织的交响乐，深深触动着每一位体验者的心灵。

In the fusion of old and new design methods, we strive to create a harmony. This is a hymn to Shanghai’s ability to continuously move forward while preserving its roots, a symphony of tradition and modernity that deeply touches the hearts of every experiencer.
