写在前面：随着精装房业主的不断增多，千篇一律的装修已无法满足追求高品质家居环境的业主。一套老客户推荐的精装改造项目，常住人口是母女二人，妈妈 30 多岁，女儿 5 岁。屋主比较喜爱极简的风格，接受度较高，愿意尝试新事物，设计在需求之上展开。自在的布局，高级的材质，为屋主打造独一无二的家，进门那刻足以让人沦陷。

With the increasing number of hardcover homeowners, cookie-cutter remodeling can no longer satisfy homeowners seeking a high-quality home environment. A set of old customers recommended the hardcover remodeling project, the permanent residents are mother and daughter, the mother is in her 30s and the daughter is 5 years old. The homeowner prefers a minimalist style, with a high degree of acceptance and willingness to try new things, and the design unfolds on top of the demand.

Self-contained layout and premium materials create a one-of-a-kind home for the homeowner, and the moment you walk in the door is enough to make you fall in love.

平面布局亮点

#原始户型图

原始格局为三室两卫，还有一间储藏室，储藏室对业主而言利用率并不高。其次餐厅区域过于局促，难以满足西厨为主的生活方式，根据实际问题对布局进行合理化调整。

户型改造亮点：

拆除储藏室，扩大餐厅，餐岛一体的设计更适合西厨为主的生活方式。

基于原始层高较高；拆改后暴露较多梁结构；业主对于家居环境要求很高的多种情况下，设计师与业主一拍即合，在顶部切割出高低不同，角度各异的软膜天花吊顶。

开放式中厨与干区形成呼应，加强区域之间的联动性。

调整主卫格局，走廊加宽，床尾柜满足业主大量的储物需求。与卧室相邻的墙体设计磨砂玻璃，引入光线。

进次卧墙体改为玻璃界面加双开门的形式，不仅提升采光，空间也拥有更多可能性。

01餐厅/Dining Room

通过玄关进入内部空间，映入眼帘的是餐厅，女主人使用西厨岛台频率较高，做面包、泡茶、冲咖啡都需要在此空间完成，因此设计 3.6m 长岛台，岛台功能包括嵌入式电磁炉，水槽，烤箱等~

Entering the interior space through the entrance hall, the dining room comes into view. The hostess uses the western kitchen island counter more frequently, making bread, making tea, and brewing coffee need to be done in this space, so the design of the 3.6m long island counter. The function of the island counter includes embedded induction cooker, sink, oven, and so on.

储藏室拆除后，餐厅借南面次卧的光线与东面厨房的光线，空间更明亮。餐岛台后方为整排收纳柜，可存放西厨小家电。

With the pantry removed, the dining room borrows light from the second bedroom to the south and the kitchen to the east, making the space brighter. Behind the dining island counter is a full row of storage cabinets for small western kitchen appliances.

餐厅区域充满极简的趣味，浅色木饰面融合深色木饰面，加入红洞石的点缀，理性又克制，与做行政工作的女主人十分契合。

The dining area is full of minimalist interest, with light wood finishes blending with dark wood finishes, adding touches of red travertine for a rational and restrained look that suits the hostess, who works in administration.

餐桌设计为两人位，如偶尔客人来访，中部长桌便化身待客桌。

The dining table is designed to seat two people, so if occasional guests visit, the center long table can be transformed into a hospitality table.

顶面设计高低错落的软膜天花吊顶，加以局部轨道灯分隔，亮度色温也可自由调节，颇有柯布西耶现代纯粹的设计意味，构造感在空间交织。

The top surface of the design of high-low staggered soft film ceiling, and local track lighting separation, brightness and color temperature can also be freely adjusted, quite a Corbusier modern pure design, construction sense of interweaving in space.

红洞石岛台与安装工艺细节满满，黑色水槽龙头也让空间更有气质。

The red travertine island counter with installation process is full of details and the black sink faucet adds to the space.

02客厅/Living room

关于客厅，屋主表示无需常规沙发、茶几、电视背景墙，以新的布局方式展开，书桌组合、一把休闲椅便已足够。

Regarding the living room, the homeowner said that there is no need for a regular sofa, coffee table, and TV backdrop, and that a new layout unfolding with a desk set and a lounge chair would suffice.

极高的居家办公需求将客厅打造为功能化场所，背景墙整面书柜实用又美观。

The extremely high demand for a home office creates the living room as a functional place, with a whole bookcase on the back wall that is practical and beautiful.

原始开发商交付的窗户隔音差，分割碎，因此更换为一块完整的系统窗，视线更通透。望向窗外，奥体景观尽收眼底。

The windows delivered by the original developer were poorly insulated and split into pieces, so they were replaced with a full piece of system windows for a more permeable view. Looking out the window, the view is breathtaking.

原始飘窗整体降低后，采用不锈钢窗套包裹，卡座的形式作为客厅的补充功能使用。

The original floating window was lowered in its entirety and wrapped in a stainless steel window cover, with the form of a card holder serving as a complementary feature to the living room.

由客厅看餐厅，墙顶地多种结构贯穿延伸，深浅材质对比，又甜又酷。

Looking at the dining room from the living room, the wall-ceiling-floor structure extends through and through, and the contrast between dark and light materials is both sweet and cool.

非常规的吊顶，纯粹的材质与界面处理让空间充满和谐统一美感，1：1 的落地效果还屋主绝美的家居环境。

03主卧/Master bedroom

主卧将理性克制的氛围延续，整排床尾柜满足大量的收纳需求，黑色高靠背床体突显现代极简美。

The master bedroom continues the atmosphere of rational restraint, with a full row of end-of-bed cabinets to meet the need for plenty of storage, and a black high-backed bed that highlights the beauty of modern simplicity.

不锈钢饰面板包裹主卧局部墙面，磨砂玻璃将光引入主卫，高级感十足。

Stainless steel veneer panels wrap the partial walls of the master bedroom, and frosted glass brings light into the master bath for a premium feel. 04 次卧/Second bedroom

次卧背景墙以深色饰面打造，凹进去的区域放置床体，由于女儿还小暂时与屋主居住于主卧，次卧目前作为休闲室使用。

The background wall of the second bedroom is created with dark color finishes, and the recessed area is placed for the bed. As the daughter is still small and temporarily lives with the owner in the master bedroom, the second bedroom is currently used as a relaxation room.

05干区/Washbasin

干区背后为中厨空间，由于业主使用中厨的概率很低，因此干区位置保留一条缝隙，成为局部亮点~

Behind the dry area is a Chinese kitchen. Since the probability of the homeowner using the Chinese kitchen is very low, the dry area retains a gap as a local highlight.
