Moita Santa 住宅丨葡萄牙丨Bruno Dias Arquitectura

Moita Santa住宅位于葡萄牙莱里亚的圣地亚哥达瓜尔达，坐落在橡树林立、点缀着石块的场地之中。

Located in Santiago da Guarda, Leiria, Casa Moita Santa is built in a setting characterized by the presence of oak trees and the occasional presence of piles of stones on the site.

该住宅的设计理念不仅是为了回应地理位置，同时也是为了满足客户的需求：提供远离公路的私密性，并建设一个地下室。在这个意义上讲，设计的主要目标是要尽量将地下室从街道上隐藏起来。这样一来，一层被地下层所衬托，成为一个仅被四堵墙支撑的元素，似乎成为一个独特的单一物体，悬浮在地面之上。此外，楼板略微弯曲，贴合公共道路的走向。由于临近路网，房屋设计必须保证内部起居所需的私密性。通过这种方式，Moita Santa住宅在向西南方向保持必要开敞的同时，室内空间也大为开敞。

The concept of the house was born not only in response to the location, but also to the needs of the clients: to offer privacy from the public highway and the need to include a basement. In this sense, the main objective was to try to hide the basement from the street. In this way, the first floor benefits from the -1 floor, which functions as an element based on only four structural elements, capable of conveying the feeling of being a unique and singular piece that doesn’t touch the ground. In addition, the slabs are conceptually slightly curved, integrated by the alignment of the public road. Given the proximity of the road network, it was important to develop the house in such a way as to provide the necessary privacy for living inside. In this way, Casa Moita Santa opens up with generous openings to the interior of the property, while maintaining essential openings to the southwest.

按照方案规划，该项目分为两层。一层是住宅的生活核心，设有厨房、食品贮藏室、起居室和餐厅、卧室、浴室、办公室和套房等社交和私人空间。得益于朝向东北和内院的大开窗，整个住宅的房间都享有充足的自然光线。另一方面，地下层被设计用于设备区、储藏室、机房、管道、车库和洗衣房。Moita Santa住宅的特点在于室内外均采用了优雅的白色、引人注目的木材，以及一些零星的石材点缀。

From a programmatic point of view, the project has been developed on two levels: the ground floor and the first floor. The first floor serves as the living core of the house, housing the social and private spaces such as the kitchen, pantry, living and dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, office and suite. Throughout the house, the rooms enjoy natural light from large openings to the northeast and interior courtyards. On the other hand, the -1 floor, or basement, was designed to accommodate the technical areas, storage, engine room, plumbing, garage and laundry. Casa Moita Santa is characterized by the elegance of the white color throughout the interior and exterior, the striking use of wood and the occasional stone detail.
