在时光的流转中，总有一些地方，宛如静谧的诗行，散发着独特的气质与魅力。“花伴里弄”城市俱乐部，便是这样一处充满雅韵的所在。它静立于城市的一角，似一位优雅的守望者，等待着人们去发现、去品味。

Amid the passage of time, some places remain like serene verses, radiating a unique charm. The "Abloom Courtyard" Urban Club is such a refined retreat, quietly standing in a corner of the city like an elegant sentinel, waiting for people to discover and appreciate its grace.

“花伴里弄”城市俱乐部坐落于深圳南山万科云城，被寄予成为云城界面上最为亮眼的一道风景线的厚望。这里，是艺术、人文与潮流交织的吸引流量现场，亦是社交能量蓬勃发声的预演未来剧场，而作为介绍项目的案场，它内外皆聚人气，成为客源吸纳之地。同时，还是时尚反复打卡的具备咖啡输出转场。

The "Abloom Courtyard" Urban Club, located in Vanke Cloud City, Nanshan, Shenzhen, is envisioned as a striking landmark in the Cloud City landscape. It is a space where art, culture, and fashion blend to draw in crowds, serving both as a social hub and a vibrant stage previewing the future. As the project’s introductory venue, it attracts attention inside and out, becoming a magnet for visitors and a hotspot for fashion enthusiasts.

Nature in, elegance indoors.

The exterior architectural design aims to skillfully integrate the aesthetic concepts of nature and modernity, with an open posture connecting the internal and external spaces, creating a unique community micro-corner that attracts passers-by to stop and stay.

The architectural design seamlessly merges nature and modern aesthetics, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces fluidly to create a unique community micro-haven that entices passersby to pause and engage.

建筑两侧的开放外摆区域置摆丰富的树木与花卉，自然之美以一种近乎无界的方式渗透进建筑的外立面设计中，让每一次驻足都成为一场与自然亲密对话的契机。阳光透过树梢洒落，光影斑驳，仿若置身丛林，宁静而神秘。

The open-air areas on both sides of the building are filled with lush trees and flowers, allowing nature’s beauty to subtly permeate the building’s exterior design. Every stop becomes an intimate conversation with nature. Sunlight filters through the branches, casting dappled shadows, evoking a sense of being in a serene, mysterious woodland.

折叠门以简约而不失格调的设计语言，成为连接室内外交流的桥梁。当门扇折叠收起，室外的绿树成荫、花香四溢便成为室内最自然的装饰，为来往者带来一场视觉与嗅觉的双重盛宴。

The folding doors, designed with minimalistic elegance, act as a bridge between indoor and outdoor spaces. When fully opened, the lush greenery and fragrant blooms outside become a natural extension of the interior, offering visitors a sensory feast of sight and smell.

木纹铝板雨棚、水磨石地、木质地板，融合自然肌理之美，人造石墙面辅以不锈钢装饰条或金色球体点缀，巧妙糅合自然与现代元素，勾勒每一处精致细节。

The combination of wood-grain aluminum canopies, terrazzo floors, and wooden surfaces brings the natural beauty of textures indoors. The walls, adorned with stainless steel accents and golden spheres, blend natural and modern elements, adding intricate details to every corner.

现代人更注重生活品质和未来社区的生活方式，主理人希望通过多元化空间的表达，精准传达其关于社区文化精心构建的愿景。咖啡吧、酒吧区、多功能展示区、灵活多变的洽谈区域、阶梯剧场等多元化场所输出，深度强化空间的情感联结与功能融合，呈现年轻的社群生活方式。

Modern lifestyles emphasize quality and future community living. The designer seeks to express a vision of carefully crafted community culture through diverse spaces, enhancing emotional connections and functional integration. With elements like a coffee bar, bar area, multifunctional display zone, flexible discussion areas, and tiered theater, the space embodies a youthful and dynamic community lifestyle.

Coffee fashion, trendy spot. 吧台区域作为门头区域的视觉焦点，精致的咖啡制作工具、忙碌而有序的咖啡师身影，以及诱人的咖啡香气，共同构成了吸引顾客的第一道风景线。

The bar area, the focal point of the entrance, showcases exquisite coffee-making tools, the busy yet orderly baristas, and the inviting aroma of coffee. Together, they create the first scene that captivates visitors.

咖啡独特的社交属性与文化特质在此充分彰显，不断与各类业态完美融合，迸发出璀璨火花，进而打造成为一个令人反复打卡的时尚胜地。

Coffee’s inherent social and cultural essence shines here, blending seamlessly with various business formats, creating a trendy spot for repeated visits.

厌倦了城市的喧嚣，当人们趋向于慢生活的节奏，“寻回附近”便成为未来社区的底色，而街区咖啡厅便是附近最好的去处。品尝一杯咖啡，不仅是提神解渴，更是为了撷取一段悠然的休憩时光，体悟美好生活的真谛。

As urban dwellers tire of the hustle and bustle, they seek a slower pace. "Rediscovering the nearby" becomes the foundation of future communities, with neighborhood cafés serving as the perfect escape. A cup of coffee is not just for refreshment but also a way to savor a moment of relaxation and appreciate the joys of life.

日咖夜酒，是当代都市年轻人最具代表的生活方式。咖啡晨光，唤醒一日之始的活力；夜幕低垂，酒香轻拂，缓释都市生活的重压。总能在一杯咖啡里，寻回独属自己的时光。

Coffee by day, wine by night — the hallmark of modern urban living. Morning coffee awakens the senses, while evening wine relieves the pressures of city life. In each cup, people find their personal moments.

一个充满活力的空间，宛如品牌交互的社交能量发声地，它如同一处温暖的磁场，汇聚着多元的思想、创意与情感。在这里，品牌不再只是一个孤立的存在，它与社区紧密互动，化身连接社区居民的纽带，激发着无尽的社交能量。

This lively space acts as a social magnet, drawing together diverse thoughts, creativity, and emotions. Brands here are no longer isolated; they actively engage with the community, serving as a bridge that connects residents and ignites endless social energy. Attractive display, powerful field.

进门左侧区域增设一处农产品展售点，既可作为空间装饰，又可对外贩售，同时还是一个适用于多种场景化的优质展示平台。

A farm produce display near the entrance serves as both a decorative element and a commercial platform, offering a premium space for showcasing products and attracting attention.

现代化的展示体验区，可灵活变更多样化主题内容，既是快速融入并展现社区文化的窗口，又是介绍项目的活力案场，里外聚人气，成为客源吸纳地。透过每一个细节，诉说着人与生活、工作的温暖故事。

The modern display area adapts to various themes, serving as both a window into community culture and an active site for project introductions. Every detail tells a warm story of life and work, drawing visitors in with its vibrant energy.

Traffic surges, charming show.

“花伴里弄”汇聚了咖啡生活、阅读学习、便利零售、社群活动、阳光户外等多元场景。洞察日常，多彩生活体验凝练成一系列鲜活场景，以“箱子设计”为载体，借其灵活多样性及模块化优势，形成弹性空间布局，用轻运营策略赋予社区新体验，重构住宅社区形态。

"Abloom Courtyard" combines elements of coffee culture, learning, convenient retail, community activities, and outdoor leisure. It distills everyday life into vivid scenes, using "box design" as a flexible and modular tool to create adaptable spaces that offer a new community experience, reshaping residential life.

阶梯剧场以明亮反射镜面为主，引导目光往外摆活动区延伸，把外景吸纳进天花的体系里，营造层次丰富的美学视觉和空间体验感。不同的功能区域巧妙融合，既可以是时尚的秀场，展示最新的潮流风尚，又可以是文化的交流地，汇聚各种思想的碰撞。这里，是吸引流量的焦点，是绽放魅力的舞台，更是开启美好生活的钥匙。

The tiered theater, with reflective mirrors guiding the eye toward the outdoor area, incorporates exterior views into the ceiling design, creating a rich aesthetic and spatial experience. Different functional zones are seamlessly integrated to serve as a fashion stage, showcasing the latest trends, or as a cultural exchange venue, sparking ideas. This is a focal point for attention, a stage for charm, and a key to a better life.

Preview future, social hub

The negotiation area symmetrical with the LED screen creates a sense of spatial sequence. The ceiling adopts a hierarchical cascade, distinguished by three different colors and materials: paint, black steel, and mirror steel. The furniture adopts a flexible and freely combinable form, just like a rehearsal of the gathering place of life, which can be used for various activity scenarios, such as real estate sales, exhibition and signing of works, small speeches, talk shows, etc., or to meet the daily work, study, and community activities needs of the residents.

The LED-centered discussion area creates a sense of spatial order, with layered ceilings and materials that include paint, black steel, and mirror-finished steel. Flexible, modular furniture allows the space to transform for various uses, such as real estate sales, exhibitions, talks, and community events.

这是一个预演社区生活松弛感的聚场，宛如一处隐匿于城市喧嚣中的宁静港湾。在这里，社区生活如同一幅温馨而生动的画卷徐徐展开。邻里之间的微笑与问候，孩子们在户外嬉戏玩耍的欢声笑语，老人们在阳光下悠闲漫步的身影，共同编织出生活最本真的模样。

This venue previews the relaxed vibe of future community life, like a hidden harbor in the urban bustle. Here, community life unfolds like a warm, lively painting: neighbors exchange smiles, children play outdoors, and elders stroll leisurely in the sunlight, weaving a portrait of life in its purest form.

松弛感在这个空间里肆意蔓延。从户内延伸至户外的外摆空间，仿佛是大自然与生活的完美融合。阳光倾洒，微风轻拂，绿树成荫，花卉绽放，营造出一片令人心旷神怡的美景。

Relaxation flows effortlessly through this space. The outdoor seating area feels like the perfect blend of nature and urban life, with sunlight streaming in, breezes gently blowing, and trees and flowers creating an idyllic scene.

人们可以尽情享受 “chill all day” 的惬意时光，清晨咖啡开启活力，午后躺椅阅读书籍，傍晚友聚小酌美酒。这里，不只是物理空间，更是心灵栖息地，让人在都市中寻得宁静放松，找回生活节奏与平衡，享受社区温暖松弛的美好。

Visitors can enjoy "chill all day" experiences: morning coffee to start the day, reading in lounge chairs in the afternoon, and gathering with friends for evening drinks. It’s more than a physical space—it’s a retreat for the soul, offering a balance of life and a sense of community warmth.

于生活出发，我们希望它是人们“每天都想前往”的地方，于设计创想上，它通过空间形态的重组，不断创造新的可能。不同生活主题的转化，如同一幅幅变幻的画卷，带来阶段焕新的惊喜。时而宁静优雅，时而活力四射，每一次的转变都让人眼前一亮。

Rooted in daily life, we envision this space as a place people "want to visit every day." Through reimagining spatial forms, it continuously creates new possibilities. Different themes of living transform like changing paintings, offering delightful surprises at every turn. Sometimes serene and elegant, sometimes vibrant and dynamic, each transformation is a fresh revelation.

Step scenes, glance delight.

选品作为空间的点缀，是人们视线的焦点，它们同样可以被灵活组合，可以被更新迭代。而视觉的迭代，让这里始终保持着新鲜感与吸引力，激发着人们持续探索的欲望，每一个物品也等待着人们去发现、去感受、去沉浸其中。

The displayed products serve as visual highlights and can be flexibly combined or updated. The evolving visual design keeps the space fresh and intriguing, inviting constant exploration and discovery.

环顾四周，顾盼之间，无论是角落的装饰小品、台面的艺术画，或植物造景、石头艺术品、氛围灯、编制椅等软装饰品，皆透露出一种微妙的精致感，耐人寻味，每一处细节都经得起推敲与玩味。

Looking around, whether it’s the decorative items in the corners, the art on the tables, or the plants, stone art, ambient lighting, and woven chairs, every detail exudes subtle sophistication, inviting deeper appreciation.

细腻的纹理、温润的质感，仿佛在诉说着生活的故事。高品质的软装元素引导着人们的情绪与行为，在享受视觉愉悦的同时，也能感受到身心的放松与舒适。在细节空间的雕琢上，每一处都彰显着用心与考究，给予人们对美好生活的期待。

Fine textures and warm finishes tell stories of life. High-quality furnishings guide emotions and behaviors, offering both visual pleasure and a sense of relaxation. Every carefully crafted detail reflects thoughtfulness, inspiring an anticipation for a better life.
