Design concept

“好的设计是精确建构某种特定关系，从而达到环境与人持续共振的能量”，凝聚环境与人的磁场合力，打破艺术与生活的边界，重塑空间形态，构筑设计语境与时间对话，捕捉美与空间共鸣。

“Good design is the precise construction of a specific relationship, so as to achieve the environment and People's energy of continuous resonance”, the cohesion of the environment and People's magnetic field combined force, break the boundaries of art and life, reshape the space shape, construct design context and dialogue of time, capture the resonance of beauty and space。

The status of the original home type

项目位于北京市朝阳区东四环繁华地段，房屋面积130平方，原本的户型为中段入户的常规大两居，然而其空间布局和功能配置无法满足业主对生活品质的追求。入户即见厅的设计，缺乏必要的私密性与空间的节奏感，传统的房间分配模式让整个居所显得局促乏味，视觉上缺乏呼吸感与延展性。封闭的格局不仅割裂了家庭成员之间的互动，也限制了空间内人与人、人与环境的情感联结。

The 130-square-foot building is located in the prosperous east fourth ring road of Chaoyang District, Beijing, however, its spatial layout and functional configuration can not meet the owner's pursuit of quality of life. The design of the door-to-door room lacks the necessary privacy and rhythm of the space. The traditional room allocation mode makes the whole residence appear awkward and boring, and lacks the sense of breathing and extension visually. The closed pattern not only separates the interaction between family members, but also limits the emotional connection between people and environment in the space.

Spatial remodelling

空间整体布局以功能性，实用性 ，流动性 ，交互性 ，与美学展开，通过平面的重新规划，将原本占据较大面积的客卫压缩，增加玄关的收纳系统，并巧妙地引入屏风元素，划分出新的区域与边界。屏风不仅形成视觉上的阻隔，更保证了入户的私密性，为整个空间增添了隐秘而有序的仪式感。

The overall layout of the space with functional, practical, fluid, interactive, and aesthetic development, through the plane of the re-planning, will occupy a larger area of the passenger service compression, increase the entrance of the reception system, and cleverly introduces the screen element, divides the new area and the boundary. The screen not only forms a visual barrier, but also ensures the privacy of entering the home and adds a private and orderly sense of ceremony to the whole space.

对原本竖向冗长的卧室空间进行了拆分与重组，打破了传统的单一格局，将动线设计得如行云流水般灵动，让居住者能够随心所欲地洄游其中。重新定义的空间布局中，主卧、衣帽间、主卫及独立的外置盥洗区彼此独立又相互连接，不同功能区的设置使得生活场景更为丰富，也让每一处空间都被赋予了独特的意义。

The original vertical long bedroom space was split and reorganized, breaking the traditional single pattern, will be designed like flowing clouds and water, so that residents can be free to migrate among them. In the redefined space layout, the master bedroom, the cloakroom, the master bathroom and the independent external toilet area are independent and connected with each other. The different function areas make the life scene richer, it also gives each space its own unique meaning.

厨房与餐厅、起居室之间的界限被巧妙地模糊，通过开放式设计，三个空间自然而然地融为一体，形成了一种开放而温馨的居住氛围。考虑到业主的厨房使用频率较低，设计师大胆采用了一系列平移联动折叠侧插门，将厨房操作区完美隐藏在立面之中，使空间更加简洁、利落。大量的生活日常用品被巧妙地安置于隐藏柜体中，储物功能与美学设计完美契合，空间重塑后，整个空间最终呈现出南北三进、东西三进的丰富层次感。空间的进深与递进关系被有序地建立起来，每个区域在视觉与功能上都达到了平衡与和谐，仿佛在空间的旅途中，居住者可以不断发现生活的美好与惊喜。

The boundary between kitchen and dining room, living room is cleverly blurry, through open type design, three spaces melt into a body naturally, formed a kind of open and warm living atmosphere. In view of the owner's low frequency of use of the kitchen, the designer boldly used a series of translational linkage folding side door, the kitchen operation area is perfectly hidden in the facade, making the space more concise and clean. A large number of daily necessities are cleverly placed in the hidden cabinet, storage function and aesthetic design perfect fit, space remodeling, the whole space finally presents a rich sense of north-south, east-west three-entry level. The relationship between depth and progression of space is established in an orderly way, each area achieves visual and functional balance and harmony, as if in the journey of space, residents can constantly discover the beauty and surprises of life.

Materials and details

在材质的选择上，设计师追求自然与艺术的完美融合。橡木的温润、玉石的细腻、洞石的厚重与肤感饰面的柔和，巧妙地交织在一起，营造出一个温暖而雅致的氛围。墙面的留白与秩序感的线条相互呯应，黑与白相互依存，浑然构成一个和谐的整体。亚麻的质朴、皮革的细腻、原木的温暖与石材的沉稳，赋予了空间一种自然的力量与静谧的美感。

In the choice of materials, designers pursue the perfect integration of nature and art. The warmth of oak, the delicacy of jade, the thickness of cave stone and the softness of skin-feeling finish are cleverly interwoven together to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. Wall space and the sense of order of the lines ping each other should be, black and white interdependence, constitute a harmonious whole. The simplicity of linen, the delicacy of leather, the warmth of logs and the steadiness of stone endow space with a natural power and quiet beauty.

家具设计内敛、线条简洁，比例精妙，既呈现出现代的时尚感，又保留法式的优雅。软装搭配上并不拘泥于单一风格，从中古店精挑细选的单椅，到定制艺术家的挂画，再到业主精心收藏的屏风、陶器、器具与烛台，每一件摆设都蕴藏着主人对生活与艺术的热爱。

The furniture design is restrained, the line is concise, the proportion is exquisite, both presents the modern fashion feeling, and retains the French style elegance. There is no single style in the matching of soft clothing, from the carefully selected single chairs in the medieval shop to the paintings by the custom-made artists, to the owners' carefully collected screens, pottery, utensils and candlesticks, every decoration contains the master's love of life and art.
