Caddick Construction sought to establish a new headquarters in Wakefield, marking a significant phase in the company’s growth. The goal was to create an innovative, functional, and vibrant workspace that reflects Caddick Construction’s diverse service offerings and professional ethos.

Design Tonic worked meticulously with Caddick Construction and DLA Architecture from the initial design brief to ensure every element required for the new space was captured in this Design and Build. By incorporating key lighting features, biophilic elements, and bespoke joinery, we added personality and a touch of fun to the professional and corporate ambiance. The integration of these design elements has elevated the space, making it both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. 

The new headquarters not only meets but exceeds Caddick Construction’s needs, providing a dynamic and inspiring environment for their team. The 15,000 sqft office was completed within an impressive 10-week timeframe, showcasing our commitment to efficiency and quality.
