in the town of Jarabacoa. (2017-2023)

Designs were customized between the 4 houses, responding to the varied topology of the location. We have been building these homes out of pocket to sell in between productions, the first one finished construction in Fall 2017. And the latest one we finished construction on Summer 2023.

Top Plans

Type A builds (drawings displayed) were constructed on flat terrain, these are 226m2 and we designed them with a 2nd floor going up.

Type B builds were constructed on a slope, we designed these are 273m2 with the second floor doing down to take advantage of the terrain.
