Number of Floors: 13 & 10

The hotels stand tall nearby the sea, catching wind from almost every direction. The vertical gap between the two buildings allows continuous ventilation from the sea to other end. The surrounding contexts including Sihanoukville port, Koh Pous bridge and Phe street roundabout are great visual complements to the buildings' user experience. Those balconies enable people to experience panoramic views up from their rooms. On the third floor, a generous-size platform connects the two buildings and creates a gathering space for various activities.
