Located in Potts Point, Sydney’s most exclusive boutique residential address, La Strada is a classically modern new low-rise apartment that will comprise four premium residences that we have designed the interiors for. It features three full floor dwellings plus a two-level penthouse, all offering exceptional harbour and city views. In addition, we have designed front-of-house spaces including the entrance lobby, plus an exclusive rooftop pool and entertainment terrace.

Responding to the Art Deco streetscape, a sense of opulence will resonate within via magnificent multi-stone panelled walls, hand-crafted benches and travertine floors. Alchemic metals and exquisite fabric selections will add touchpoints that play to the splendour of the stone and abundance of natural light filtering throughout the building.

The building façade fronting Macleay Street is articulated carefully with generous setbacks above the podium that resolve the differences in the street alignment of adjacent neighbouring buildings. It is differentiated from the commercial spaces with a marbled cladded stepped wall in a contemporary art-deco style. The door is recessed from the building boundary, with an additional skylight to provide natural lighting to the lobby. The building’s materiality provides visual interest for both residents and the public whilst positively contributing to the surrounding contextual character. A roof top communal garden allows lush planting and visual separation within a high quality communal landscaped gathering space.
