日清景观：本项目位于合肥市滨湖新区，西侧靠近地铁 1 号线滨湖会展中心站，定位长三角四大中心城市——合肥，蕴含无限潜力与想象。我们在合肥“雄厚儒雅”独特性基础上，以玺系高度化的定制，开创“温润隽永”的风貌，浓郁的空间感温柔环绕，秩序与游园的理念在此得到了创造性的崭新呈现。

Lacime Architects：Positioned as one of the four central cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Hefei contains unlimited potential and imagination. On the basis of the unique characteristics of “strong elegance” in Hefei, we have created a “warm and elegant” style with highly customized seal series. The rich sense of space is gently surrounded, and the concept of order and park enjoyment is creatively presented here.

01 序幕 迎宾界面 Part One Prelude Welcome Interface

线隙严律-严谨模数下的空间秩序性

Strict law of line gap – spatial orderliness under rigorous modulus

我们一直在审视城市与住宅的空间转换关系，场地内外约 4 米的高差，我们利用空间嵌套的手法，将落客大厅、门卫室、地库坡道三个空间盒子收束在 9 米挑高门厅盒子下方，将多层交通流线关系整合于一个完整的前厅内部，在严谨的模数体系下创造了一个稳定的秩序性空间，并衍生出来不同尺度的空间戏剧性。

We have been examining the spatial transformation relationship between the city and residential areas. With a height difference of about 4 meters between the inside and outside of the site, we use the technique of spatial nesting to bundle the three spatial boxes of the drop off hall, guard room, and basement ramp under the 9-meter high entrance hall box. We integrate the multi-level traffic flow relationship into a complete front hall, creating a stable and orderly space under a rigorous modular system, and deriving dramatic spatial expressions of different scales.

地面铺装使用仿古面滨州青，在 3、6、9 严谨模数下对缝和嵌槽对应统一，以不计代价的对缝关系展现细节上的精准韵律，门卫室的开窗也在这个体系下做了构成上的回应。

The ground pavement uses antique style Binzhou Qing, with precise stitching and groove matching under strict modulus of 3, 6, and 9, showcasing precise rhythm in details through seamless relationships at any cost. The windows in the security room also respond to this system in terms of composition.

繁华织韵-符号化的城市界面

Prosperous Weaving Rhyme – Symbolized Urban Interface

山茶花，被寄予超越时间的审美，成为招商玺家族化的符号，更作为艺术化的设计语言，赋予空间以情感。在城市的第一界面，上万朵不同角度的山茶花交织成锦，昼夜绽放，古典的符号在现代参数化手法的演绎下熠熠生辉，金属幕帘+石材的双层立面体系，绘制玺系独有的豪宅标签。

Camellia,imbued with an aesthetic that transcends time,has become a symbol of the professionalization of the CMB family and an artistic design language that imbues space with emotions.On the first interface of the city,tens of thousands of camellia flowers from different angles interweave into a brocade, blooming day and night.Classical symbols shine brightly under the interpretation of modern parametric techniques.The double-layer facade system of metal curtains and stone creates a unique luxury home label for the Xi series.

每一朵金属山茶花，通过参数化设计不同的折弯角度，模拟风的痕迹，实现不同视角下的丰富的光影变化，如同被永恒定格的层层涟漪，无声却有力量。

Each metal camellia flower, through parameterized design of different bending angles, simulates the traces of wind, achieving rich light and shadow changes from different perspectives, like layers of ripples that are forever frozen, silent but powerful.

我们对选材和工艺的执着，贯穿着金属幕帘定制的每个阶段。从十余种不同颜色和面层的金属中选样打样，筛选晴天阴天太阳不同照射角度下最合适的光泽感，模拟不同视点高度的金属质感变化，只为求得最佳视觉效果。

Our dedication to material selection and craftsmanship runs through every stage of customizing metal curtains. We select and make samples from over ten different colors and surface layers of metal, screen for the most suitable glossiness under different angles of sunlight on sunny and cloudy days, simulate the changes in metal texture at different viewing heights, and strive for the best visual effect.

不朽常青-镇宅古桩老树

Immortal Evergreen – Town House Ancient Pile Old Tree

四海跋涉，寻遍珍稀，翻山越岭只为求得能够抵御岁月洗礼的百龄老树。这颗历经 54750 个日升月落，150 道周密年轮的九干丛生铁冬青，穿越百年的风雨来到这里，被 9 米高的门厅华盖典藏其中。当车行至环岛落客区，院中有水，水中有树，逾越时间的生命力量在此相映相生，凝固为整个前厅大堂的精神内核。

Traveling across the four seas, searching for rare treasures, crossing mountains and valleys only to find a hundred year old tree that can withstand the baptism of time. This nine stem clustered iron holly tree, which has gone through 54750 days of sunrise and sunset, 150 meticulous annual rings, has traveled through a hundred years of wind and rain to arrive here and is housed in a 9-meter-high entrance hall canopy. When the car arrives at the drop off area around the island, there is water in the courtyard, trees in the water, and the life force that transcends time coexists here, solidifying into the spiritual core of the entire front hall.

非遗手工-手工锤纹紫铜照壁

Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft – Handmade Hammer patterned Purple Copper Screen Wall

豪宅需要至繁至简、历久弥新的永恒美学，空间的稳定和秩序需要强大的体量感去营造，因此我们在立面体系的营造上，选用温润如玉的月光米黄石材和锻打锤纹的紫铜做对比，彰显厚重典雅的视觉美感，突出温润高贵的挺拔气度。8 米高的手工紫铜照壁和立柱，强有力的撑起空间的体量感和秩序性，建立豪宅封闭的领域气场。

Luxury homes require an eternal aesthetic that is both complex and simple, and timeless. The stability and order of the space require a strong sense of volume to create. Therefore, in the construction of our facade system, we use warm and jade like moonlight beige stone and forged and hammered purple copper as a contrast, highlighting the heavy and elegant visual beauty, and highlighting the warm and noble upright temperament. The 8-meter-high handmade purple copper screen wall and columns strongly support the sense of volume and order in the space, establishing a closed domain atmosphere for the mansion.

立面体系在模数的推敲下呈现有条不紊的秩序感，传承的非遗工艺与现代技术的碰撞，在照壁上留下时间的气韵。紫铜锻打前需要提前进行淬火，再进行“手落为一锤，四锤成一纹”的千年锤纹锻打工艺，为了锻造自然的肌理，匠人需进行纯手工锻打，每敲打一次，就在屏风上留下一个杏仁大小的圆斑，每位工匠一天只能敲打出不到一平。近千万次的锻打中，屏风才呈现出龙鳞状的手工肌理。而后需 10 人同时安装，4500 次累计折边，历经 15 道复杂工序方可落地。

The facade system presents a sense of orderly order under the scrutiny of modulus, and the collision of inherited intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship and modern technology leaves a sense of time on the screen wall. Before forging purple copper, it needs to be quenched in advance, and then subjected to the millennium hammer pattern forging process of “one hammer by hand, four hammers into one pattern”. In order to forge a natural texture, craftsmen need to perform pure manual forging. Each strike leaves a circular spot the size of an almond on the screen, and each craftsman can only strike less than one level per day. After nearly ten million strikes, the screen finally presented a dragon scale handmade texture. Then, 10 people are required to install it simultaneously, with a total of 4500 folds and 15 complex processes before it can be landed.

内外交融-地下车库御光而行

Internal and External Integration – Underground Garage Walking in the Light

行车至地库出入口，伴着前行视线的变化，景观也在调整尺度回应不同的功能空间。车道做了 1.8 米的单侧采光，序列的墙体控制着前行的节奏，阳光车道的设计，让原本封闭室内化的地库坡道与自然建立真实的联系，天光树影相映在月光米黄的景墙上一帧帧播放，示意着室内外即将到来的空间转换。

Driving to the entrance and exit of the basement, accompanied by changes in the line of sight, the landscape is also adjusting its scale to respond to different functional spaces. The lane is equipped with 1.8-meter single-sided lighting, and the sequential walls control the rhythm of the journey. The design of the sunlit lane establishes a real connection between the originally enclosed indoor basement ramp and nature. The sky and tree shadows are played frame by frame on the moonlit beige landscape wall, indicating the upcoming spatial transition between indoors and outdoors.

02 大堂水院 Part Two Lobby Water Institute

“树宅相守，资藉家富”

Trees and houses are together, relying on the wealth of the family

招商玺是整体大区抬高 4 米的设计，在归家那一刻就建立私属的感受。经由前厅的紫铜照壁，走到背后便是直达大区地面层的电梯，电梯开门便可感受扑面而来的秘境。两侧礼序景墙界定着归家水院的尺度，六颗油橄榄层层递进，经年累月展示异域风华，树宅相守的传统居住文化再度相生，秩序与韵律则成为了空间的主旋律。

China Merchants Seal is a design that elevates the entire region by 4 meters, creating a sense of private ownership at the moment of returning home. Passing through the bronze screen wall in the front hall, walking to the back is the elevator that leads directly to the ground floor of the main area. Opening the elevator door, you can feel the secret realm that greets you. The ceremonial and scenic walls on both sides define the scale of the Returning Home Water Garden, with six oil olives arranged layer by layer, showcasing exotic charm over the years. The traditional residential culture of trees and houses coexisting once again, with order and rhythm becoming the main theme of the space.

水景局部以玻璃为底，水光疏影摇映在地下访客车位上，光与朦胧便穿越了地上地下的界限，自然展开了一场跨越空间的对话。

The water feature is partially based on glass, with scattered water and shadows reflecting on the underground visitor parking spaces. The light and haze cross the boundaries between the above and below ground, naturally initiating a dialogue that transcends space.

03 曲水庭院 Part Three Qushui Courtyard

在传统中创新，是招商玺给予我们的永恒课题。区别于下沉庭院景观建筑室内分割感强的传统布局，景观的介入主动打破设计的边界，让自然基底渗透进室内会所，空间被收纳成高低宽窄不一的功能盒体，漂浮在自然基底上，同时与室内空间形成进退变化的咬合关系。伴随着游走视线的变化，游园的丰富性与节奏性在此融合。

Innovation in tradition is an eternal challenge given to us by China Merchants. Different from the traditional layout of sunken courtyard landscape architecture with strong indoor segmentation, the intervention of landscape actively breaks the boundaries of design, allowing natural substrates to penetrate into the indoor clubhouse. The space is organized into functional boxes of varying heights and widths, floating on the natural substrate while forming an interlocking relationship with the indoor space. With the change of wandering vision, the richness and rhythm of the park blend together here.

室内的恒温泳池的水与庭院的水荡漾成一片，空间的边界在此模糊，仿佛在天然的林间水系里游泳，沉浸在自然的善意之中。

The water in the indoor constant temperature swimming pool blends with the water in the courtyard, blurring the boundaries of the space as if swimming in a natural forest water system, immersed in the kindness of nature.

无论是树种的选择或是冰裂纹园路的设计，我们都希望传达一种生长的力量，树木向上对自然生机的探求，游径向空间间隙中自由蔓延的浸入，这种探索生命本真的生长能量暗藏于自然基底之中，是我们对时光荏苒的另一种表达。

Whether it’s the choice of tree species or the design of the ice cracked garden path, we all hope to convey a power of growth. Trees explore the vitality of nature upwards, and freely spread and immerse themselves in the gaps of radial space. This exploration of the true growth energy of life is hidden in the natural foundation, which is another expression of our appreciation for the passage of time.

04 夜宴晚亭 Part FourEvening Banquet and Pavilion

作为整个礼序轴的端景，在空间手法上我们沿袭了大门的空间关系，通过压低视线的华盖和挑高的空间营造空间尺度变化的戏剧性。基座是巴西进口的奢石宇宙星云，深灰色的整石墙体在阳光照射下星光熠熠。园中有亭，亭下有水，水中有树，一棵老桩紫薇在此荫蔽宅院，最富力量的枝体在明年夏天，一定会送你一树繁花。

As the end scenery of the entire ritual axis, we have followed the spatial relationship of the gate in terms of spatial technique, creating a dramatic change in spatial scale through the lowered gaze canopy and elevated space. The base is a luxury stone cosmic nebula imported from Brazil, and the dark gray whole stone wall shines brightly under the sunlight. There is a pavilion in the garden, water under the pavilion, and trees in the water. An old wisteria tree shades the courtyard here, and the most powerful branch will surely send you a tree full of flowers next summer.

地面空间的解放，带来融会贯通的完整地上园林体系。建筑、景观与人的联系更加亲密，处处皆客厅的家庭化场景，“人在画中游”的中国古典居住文化，在此得到创造性的呈现。

The liberation of ground space brings about a complete and integrated above ground garden system. The connection between architecture, landscape, and people is even closer, with family like scenes of living rooms everywhere. The Chinese classical residential culture of “people swimming in paintings” is creatively presented here.

立面上山茶花织韵的符号化语言，在夜宴处又得到了延续，家族化的符号在定制设计中凝聚成传承的纽带。万般玲珑，展示工艺精湛的同时，细密编织了独特的审美象征。

The symbolic language of camellia weaving on the facade has been continued at the banquet, and the familial symbols have been condensed into a bond of inheritance in customized design. Exquisite and exquisite, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship while intricately weaving unique aesthetic symbols.

05 归家游园 Part Five Home Garden Tour

温润与厚重是景观的底色，我们选用土耳其安塔利亚的进口月光米黄石材，搭建了宅间花园的空间骨架，游走过程中通过书卷般展开的种植池，控制视线和竖向上的节奏，并尝试用艺术化的细节赋予场景独一无二的记忆点，在细微之处丈量审美的能见度。

Warm and thick is the background color of the landscape. We used imported moonlight beige stone from Antalya, Türkiye, to build the space skeleton of the garden between the houses. During walking, we controlled the vision and vertical rhythm through the rolling planting beds, and tried to endow the scene with unique memory points with artistic details to measure the aesthetic visibility in details.

浑然天成的自然肌理被雕琢成长久流传的艺术品，炮制虽繁必不敢省人工，品味虽贵必不敢减物力，不遗余力的细节打磨是我们对玺系作品定制化的执着。

The natural texture that is naturally formed has been carved into long-lasting works of art. Although the processing is complicated, we dare not save labor, and although the taste is expensive, we dare not reduce material resources. We spare no effort in polishing the details, which is our persistence in customizing seal series works.

标识设计上使用整石阴阳雕刻族徽的工艺，大块面干净细腻的石材和微末处精心雕琢的细节的有机组合，为空间注入了稳重安静的力量。

The logo design uses the technique of carving the family emblem with a whole stone yin-yang carving. The organic combination of clean and delicate large pieces of stone and carefully carved details in small areas injects a steady and quiet power into the space.

整石雕刻的户外家具，在黑白石材的体块构成中碰撞出厚重质感。

Outdoor furniture carved from whole stones creates a sense of thickness and weight through the collision of black and white stone blocks.

荒料切割的意大利灰网纹，每一块都在十道工序后，以内敛的弧度与韵律节奏，铸就场景的记忆点。

The Italian grey mesh pattern cut from raw materials, after ten processes, creates memory points for the scene with restrained curves and rhythmic rhythms.

自带月光宝石晶体的蓝翡翠奢石，白天与黑夜均呈现不同的观感，在流水潺潺中散发着低调神秘的蓝光，与温润隽永的月光米黄相得益彰。

The blue jadeite luxury stone with its own moonlight gemstone crystal presents different appearances during the day and night, emitting a low-key and mysterious blue light in the flowing water, complementing the warm and elegant moonlight beige color.

一块美玉会因为手工的雕琢产生几十倍的差价，月光米黄从设计加工到制图编号，共经历 24 道工序，上百种规格的排版定制，才能发车。比石材种类更多的是花在定制它们身上的时间。

A piece of beautiful jade can generate tens of times the price difference due to manual carving. Moonlight beige goes through 24 processes from design and processing to drawing and numbering, with over a hundred specifications of layout customization before it can be shipped. More time is spent customizing them than on different types of stone.

为下跃户型定制的归家花园，灌木草花在精心的搭配下松弛灵动，厚重石材与轻盈漂浮感的碰撞，让每一处转角都能感受内敛奢华的重量。

A customized home garden for the Xia Yue apartment, with carefully matched shrubs, grass and flowers that are relaxed and agile. The collision of heavy stone and light floating feeling allows every corner to feel the restrained and luxurious weight.

06 技艺匠心 Part Six Craftsmanship and Craftsmanship

选材也好、手工也好，定制这个词只有两个字，却是遍及每个细枝未节、一步步做到的。或许大家看到的只是一道弧线、或是一个冠形，却需要攻克很多技术关口。向世界选材，由手工打造，我们与招商玺一直保持对不可复制的敬重和向往。

Whether it’s material selection or craftsmanship, the word ‘customization’ is only two words, but it is achieved step by step in every detail. Perhaps what you see is just an arc or a crown, but it requires overcoming many technical barriers. We select materials from around the world and handcraft them, and we have always maintained a respect and longing for irreplicability with China Merchants Seal.

07 结语 Part Seven Conclusion

秩序与游园是贯穿我们设计的主线，其核心是对空间、材料，对生活方式和体验的重新思考，及对合肥这座城市「雄厚儒雅，大气谦和」独特气质的提炼。玉石为魂，树宅相守，传统的居住文化在此得到新生。

Order and amusement park are the main themes that run through our design, with the core being a rethinking of space, materials, lifestyle, and experience, as well as the refinement of the unique temperament of Hefei city, which is “strong and elegant, atmospheric and humble”. Jade is the soul, trees and houses stand together, and traditional residential culture is reborn here.
