在杭州飞速发展的进程中，稀缺的教育资源已成为城市发展的一大命题。本案位于杭州市上城区采荷街道单元内，紧邻钱江新城，交通便利。这片区域周边居住区密布，近年来人口快速增长，适龄儿童数量逐年攀升，学位紧缺，名校资源匮乏，对教育资源需求日益高涨。本案设计的重点在于，如何突破传统中小学效率至上的刻板印象，创造出一种面向未来的自由、开放、流动的校园空间。

In the process of Hangzhou’s rapid development, scarce educational resources have become a significant issue for urban growth. This project is located within the Caihe Street Unit in the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, close to Qianjiang New City, with convenient transportation access. The area is surrounded by densely populated residential neighborhoods, and in recent years, the population has grown rapidly, with the number of school-age children increasing year by year. There is a severe shortage of school places and a lack of renowned school resources, leading to a growing demand for educational resources. The focus of this design case is on how to break through the stereotype of traditional primary and secondary schools that prioritize efficiency, and create a campus space that is free, open, and fluid, looking towards the future.

垂直集约，打造未来社区小学

Vertical Intensity: Crafting a Future Community Primary School

项目用地面积为 21233 平方米，基地呈狭窄且不规则。为满足学位和办学质量的要求，面对如此极限的约束条件，设计团队选择向垂直方向发展，克服规划、消防、结构等重重约束困难，创造了一座独具采荷特色的、高度复合集约的未来社区小学。

The project site covers an area of 21,233 square meters, with a narrow and irregular shape. To meet the demands for school places and educational quality, the design team faced the extreme constraints and opted for a vertical development approach. Overcoming numerous challenges in planning, fire safety, and structural design, they have created a future community primary school with unique Caihe characteristics, achieving a highly integrated and intensive use of space.

旨在打造未来教育新形式，将多种功能集聚，打破传统教室的孤立界限，创造组团式学习场所，改变教育产业资源分散的现状，实现个人、家庭、社会之间的良好沟通和双向互动，让教育成为连接个体的纽带。

Aiming to create a new form of future education, the project gathers a variety of functions, breaks the isolated boundaries of traditional classrooms, creates cluster-style learning spaces, changes the current state of scattered educational industry resources, and achieves good communication and two-way interaction between individuals, families, and society, making education a bond that connects individuals.

建筑共五层，一层至四层为普通教学和综合教学区。除布置普通教室外，还将音乐、美术、舞蹈、科学等多种功能房间混合布置，形成丰富的共享空间，为学生提供探索、互动的场所。五层单独布置教师办公及教师宿舍，与教学区相互独立，却又紧密相连，构成了一个和谐的教育生态系统。

The building has a total of five floors, with the first to fourth floors designated for general and comprehensive teaching areas. In addition to regular classrooms, a mix of music, art, dance, science, and other multifunctional rooms are arranged to form a rich shared space, providing students with places to explore and interact. The fifth floor is exclusively arranged for teacher offices and dormitories, which are independent yet closely connected to the teaching area, constituting a harmonious educational ecosystem.

立面构思，创意与活力并蓄

Facade Concept, Embracing Creativity and Vitality

设计团队摒弃了传统的校园形象，以大胆而富有创意的手法，赋予了建筑形体以丰富的变化。大气简洁的界面使建筑和人的关系更亲密，为孩子们打造了一个既宁静又充满活力的学习环境。

The design team has abandoned the traditional campus image and endowed the building form with rich variations through bold and creative methods. The atmospheric and simple interface makes the relationship between the building and people more intimate, creating a learning environment for children that is both peaceful and full of vitality.

建筑体量虚实结合，与自然环境形成了恰到好处的对话与融合。充分利用了材料的肌理和光影效果，以及建筑的形体来塑造出独特的建筑个性。色彩上，选用了素雅白色的立面构件，既体现了现代建筑的简约之美，又彰显了智慧与活力并存的未来之感。

The building volume combines solid and void elements, forming a just-right dialogue and integration with the natural environment. It makes full use of the texture of materials and the effects of light and shadow, as well as the building form to create a unique architectural personality. In terms of color, elegant white facade components are chosen, which not only reflects the simplicity and beauty of modern architecture but also highlights a sense of the future where wisdom and vitality coexist.

融合共享，围合式创新布局

Integrated Sharing, Enclosed Innovative Layout

校园，不只是一个单向的学习地点，更是一个充满各种可能性、互动性、创造性、挑战性的复合聚落。为了最小化对基地周边社区的侵扰，项目以合院围合的综合体形式有效地避免了外界干扰，设计团队还在中庭、下沉庭院、立面等多层次立体化打造景观布置。

The campus is not just a one-way learning place but a complex settlement full of various possibilities, interactivity, creativity, and challenges. To minimize the disturbance to the surrounding community, the project effectively avoids external interference in the form of a compound enclosed by a courtyard. The design team also creates landscape arrangements on multiple levels such as atriums, sunken courts, and facades.

中庭和下层庭院为景观核心区，打造成独具特色的景观庭院，让学校的文化气息与自然的生命力相互融合，彰显未来学校的特色，获得空间归属感。屋顶天圆地方的布局与主要使用功能相得益彰，底层架空形成连续的地面空间，将绿化、光线和新鲜空气源源不断地引入各个使用空间，以回应杭城的亚热带季风气候。

The atrium and the lower courtyard are the core areas of the landscape, designed into distinctive landscape courtyards, integrating the cultural atmosphere of the school with the vitality of nature, highlighting the characteristics of future schools, and obtaining a sense of spatial belonging. The roof layout, with its round sky and square ground, complements the main functional use. The bottom layer is elevated to form a continuous ground space, introducing greenery, light, and fresh air into various spaces, responding to Hangzhou’s subtropical monsoon climate.

在满足遮阳、通风、避雨需求的同时，形成架空层檐下空间和屋顶活动平台。虽然有限的城市空间在不断扩张，但高效的空间不一定是压迫和程式化的，也可以是丰富有趣的，甚至意料之外的。

While meeting the needs for sunshade, ventilation, and rain avoidance, it forms the space under the overhanging eaves of the suspended layer and the activity platform on the roof. Although the limited urban space is continuously expanding, efficient space does not have to be oppressive and formulaic; it can also be rich and interesting, even unexpected.

校园是一本最好的教材，设计团队始终希望能够在校园中营造出属于这座校园的记忆场所，让有限的空间发挥最大的价值，从而创造出适应于未来教育，行为和场所相融合的学习场所。

Campus is the best textbook. The design team has always hoped to create memory places in the campus that belong to this campus, allowing limited space to maximize its value, thereby creating a learning place that adapts to future education, where behavior and place are integrated.
