首开桃园金茂府丨美国纽约丨PJD,璞业嘉阁,SRD,赛瑞迪普

金陵是一种意象吗，或是一种不可捉摸的气韵？是秦淮河的繁华风雅，明城墙的旧迹斑斑，还是旧街老巷里的松弛与闲散、秋风里梧桐树被吹落的片片金黄......带着对这片土地荣光与记忆的追问，SRD 与 PJD 展开了本案的探索。

Is Jinling an image or an elusive charm? It is the prosperity and elegance of the Qinhuai River, the ruins of the Ming City Wall, the relaxation and idleness in the old streets and lanes, and the golden wutong trees blown off in the autumn wind. With a questioning of the glory and memory of this land, SRD and PJD embarked on the exploration of this case.

根植于城市记忆与传统文化，桃园金茂府的整体规划，以南京老城街巷的构成与演变关系为灵感，来延展不同功能空间之间串联、流转的动线排布，并以此连通了具有临展性质的售楼处空间，与架空层设置的泛会所区域。

Rooted in urban memory and traditional culture, the overall planning of Jinmao Prefecture in Taoyuan is inspired by the composition and evolution of streets and alleys in the old city of Nanjing, to extend the flow of connecting and circulating different functional spaces, and thus connect the sales office space with temporary exhibition properties and the pan club area set up on elevated floors.

在金属与石材营造的硬质表达之外，大面积米色皮革壁布的使用，将舒展、柔和的细腻感受带入了空间的营造之中。跳跃的姜黄与绿调，在品质生活的边界之中调和出松弛而明朗的游览心境。

In addition to the hard expression created by metal and stone, the use of large areas of beige leather wall coverings brings a smooth and delicate feeling into the creation of the space. The bouncing turmeric and green tones blend in the boundary of quality life to create a relaxed and clear tourist mood.

项目本身所涵盖的宽泛体量，形成了内部多个以连通为主的灰空间。在这里，设计从南京老城街巷中提取了巷子的构成与演变关系，在本案的多个通道及空间入口的处理上都采用了屏转形式，来形成连通不同功能空间的仪式过廊。

The broad scope of the project itself has formed multiple interconnected grey spaces within. Here, the design extracts the composition and evolution relationship of alleys from the streets and alleys of the old city of Nanjing. In the treatment of multiple passages and spatial entrances in this case, screen turning forms are used to form ceremonial corridors that connect different functional spaces.

在这里，洽谈区以复古的花纹地面配合浅调的沙发组合，围合了一个视觉上下沉的私享洽谈空间。一面无界的透明窗，将室外园林水、石、树的自然诗意带入了空间内部。

Here, the negotiation area is surrounded by a visually sunken private negotiation space, with retro patterned flooring and shallow sofa combinations. A transparent window without boundaries brings the natural poetry of outdoor garden water, stones, and trees into the interior of the space.

光洁而冷冽的天然深色大理石，辅以深色木饰面的温和，在线性的隐藏式灯光的映衬中，形成了水吧区深邃隐奢的质感，与洽谈区浅色饰面的简洁雅致形成了空间对照关系。

The smooth and cool natural dark marble, complemented by the gentle dark wood veneer, creates a deep and luxurious texture in the water bar area, contrasted with the simple and elegant light colored veneer in the negotiation area, set against the linear hidden lighting.

入户大堂延续南京文化与自然之意，将自然植被融入空间之中，对称式的布局引至金属蚀刻的秦淮水纹装饰画，分流不同的空间动线。The entrance hall continues the meaning of Nanjing culture and nature, integrating natural vegetation into the space. The symmetrical layout leads to metal etched Qinhuai water pattern decorative paintings, dividing different spatial flow lines.

空间体块构建出如同游园般的行进路径，串联起深度洽谈区与 VIP 室，尽头的茶室以相似的色调和材质延续前序空间。

The spatial block constructs a walking path like a garden, connecting the deep negotiation area and VIP room, and the tea room at the end continues the previous space with similar colors and materials.
