公寓位于迪拜Bluewaters区，总面积为133平方米。这套公寓的主要优势当然是其优越的地理位置和窗外迷人的景色。这套公寓是为一对年轻夫妇设计的，体现了简洁、极简的美学风格，融入了木材和石材等天然材料。

The apartment is located in the Bluewaters district and has a total area of 133 square meters. The main advantage of this apartment is, of course, the location and the stunning view from the windows. Designed for a young couple, the apartment embodies a clean, minimalist aesthetic, incorporating natural materials such as wood and stone.

为了避免空间过于拥挤，BALCON Studio尽量减少了家具的摆放。最引人注目的是 Ditre 沙发，它的头枕装置可以调节。 用餐区的餐桌同样来自 Ditre，采用了精美细致的木饰面图案。

BALCON Studio kept the furniture minimal to avoid overcrowding the space. Highlight is the Ditre sofa, notable for its adjustable headrest mechanism.  The dining area, also from Ditre, features a table with a beautifully detailed wood veneer pattern.

设计的主要理念与客户的要求不谋而合：简洁、大气的室内装饰，沉稳的木材和石材色调。最重要的是，它反映了客户的内心世界，同时也融入了附近的氛围。设计现代、时尚，居住舒适。

The main concept aligns with the clients' brief: a clean, airy interior with calm shades of wood and stone. Most importantly, it reflects the inner world of the clients while also embracing the neighborhood’s vibe. The design is contemporary, stylish and comfortable for living.

主色调选择了暖灰色，然后工作室选择了与之相匹配的木饰面、石材和纺织品。最终效果与渲染图完美匹配。成功的关键因素是设计师与客户之间的无缝沟通。这是一次理想的合作。

The primary color was chosen as a warm gray, and from there, the studio selected matching wood veneer, stone, and textiles. Final result matched the renders perfectly. A key factor in the success was the seamless communication between the designer and the clients. It was an ideal match.
