项目概况
Overall
丁香花在青海被称为“轮柏”,是青海各族人民最喜爱的花卉之一,因而也被誉为“高原花魁”,象征了吉祥富贵与旺盛的生命力和顽强乐观的精神。故而西宁的市花也是丁香花。2023年底这个承载着高原人民希望的大学如期建成,仿佛一簇美丽的丁香花绽放在青海高原之上。
The lilac flower, known as “Cypress” in Qinghai, is one of the favorite flowers of the people of Qinghai, and thus is also known as the “Flower of the Plateau”, which symbolizes good fortune and wealth, as well as exuberant vitality and tenacious optimism.The city flower of Xining is also the lilac, and by the end of 2023, the university will be completed on schedule, carrying the hopes of the people of the plateau, as if a cluster of beautiful lilacs had bloomed on the Qinghai Plateau.

Qinghai institute of Technology (formerly known as Xining University) is a new measure to accelerate the modernization of education, enhance the level of higher education in the western region, serve the national strategy and regional development strategy, help the economic and social development of the region,it is a major strategic plan and an important project of people’s livelihood in Qinghai Province, which has been highly concerned and supported by all parties.The provincial government of Qinghai especially puts forward the requirements of high starting point planning, high level construction, precise disciplines and specialties, innovation in school running system, highlighting the characteristics of the west, showing the characteristics of the times, and creating a “famous university in the west and a hundred years of university”.

学校位于青海省西宁市城北区,校园占地总面积1641.48亩,规划近期容纳1万人,远期1.7万人,拟建约70万平米的校舍建筑。一期主要包括核心教学区的核心建筑智慧学术中心(图书馆综合体)、五组院系综合楼、行政办公楼;学生生活区的大学生活动中心、本科及研究生学生宿舍、教工宿舍、餐饮服务综合楼;以及体育运动区的2座400米跑道标准体育场及看台、3000座体育馆。一期建筑完成后形成了教学科研、公共交往、行政管理、生活服务、运动休闲等功能完备、空间完整的校园结构。项目在各方大力支持下已于2023年9月竣工并于12月底通过综合验收。学校已于今年录取第一批新生并于2024年9月顺利开学。
The university is located in Chengbei District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, with a total campus area of 1,641.48 acres, planning to accommodate 10,000 people in the near future and 17,000 people in the long term, and proposing to build about 700,000 square meters of school buildings.The first phase mainly includes the core academic center (library complex), five groups of faculty and departmental complexes, and administrative office buildings in the core teaching area; the college student activity center, undergraduate and postgraduate student dormitories, faculty dormitories, and food service complexes in the student living area; and two 400-meter runway standard stadiums and grandstands, and 3,000-seat gymnasiums in the physical education and sports area.After the completion of the first phase of construction, the campus structure has formed a fully functional and spatially complete structure for teaching and research, public interaction, administration, living services, sports and leisure.The project was completed in September 2023 and passed the comprehensive inspection at the end of December with strong support from all parties.The first batch of new students was admitted this year and the school opened in September 2024 successfully.

设计难点
Design Difficulties
项目用地位于西宁市城北区海湖大道西侧山坡地。用地路东侧为青海师范大学城北校区,以西为酉山山区。用地地形复杂,自东向西地势逐步抬升,最大高差约70米。用地内有“三纵一横”四条已建成规划道路,将用地划分为七个台地,地块间是高达6~10米的陡坎,场地及道路需在此次规划中优化整合以利打造完整顺畅的大学校园。同时,本项目另一个设计难点是建设场地为四级重度湿陷性黄土,用地存在不良地质作用的不稳定边坡、落水洞及雨水冲沟等。
The project site is located on the west side of Haihu Avenue, Chengbei District, Xining City, on the hillside.On the east side of the road is the north campus of Qinghai Normal University, and on the west side is the mountainous area of Youshan.The topography of the site is complex, with the terrain gradually rising from east to west, with a maximum height difference of about 70 meters.There are “three vertical and one horizontal” four completed planning roads in the site, dividing the site into seven terraces, and between the plots are steep cans as high as 6~10 meters, the site and the roads need to be optimized and integrated in this planning in order to facilitate the creation of a complete and smooth university campus.Meanwhile, another design difficulty of this project is that the construction site is Grade 4 heavy wetted loess, and there are unstable slopes, drop holes and rainwater gullies on the site with adverse geological effects.

为此,设计采用了环境敏感型开发策略,以适地适候、因地制宜的方针的回应校园的地质与生态基底,通过采用规模适中的组团式建筑,避免过于分散的建筑体量与坡地的矛盾,以“梯度建设”的策略,保证中轴广场及空间序列的平整并通过建筑内院高差处理及坡道台阶等向两侧延伸,通过建筑体量及入口层叠级布置、景观绿坡连接场地、体育看台顺坡设置、室外多标高广场等方式,将大型陡坎消解为缓坡地与多个小型退台融入校园建筑及景观绿地之中,避免了断裂式的高差对校园环境的割裂,还控制并减小了校园建设的土方工程量。其中,利用原地形冲沟的区域和特点,设计了名为“石溪花谷”的旱溪生态景观链,以链状的雨水花园构成由西北至东南贯通整个校园的生态景观绿带,提升了校园的生态品质,呼应了原始地形的生态基底,取得了十分良好的效果。
For this reason, the design adopts an environmentally sensitive development strategy, responding to the geological and ecological substrate of the campus with the policy of appropriate land and climate, adapting to the local conditions, avoiding the contradiction between the overly dispersed building volumes and the slopes by adopting moderately-scaled group-type buildings, and guaranteeing the leveling of the central plaza and the spatial sequences through the strategy of “gradient construction”.The height difference between the inner courtyard of the building is handled and the ramps and steps are extended to both sides, and through the cascading arrangement of the building volume and the entrance layer, the landscape green slope connecting the site, the sports stands set up along the slope, and the outdoor plaza with multiple elevations, etc., the large-scale steep cans are dissolved into the gently sloping land and multiple small-scale retired platforms are integrated into the campus buildings and the landscape green space, which avoids the fracture of the campus environment by the fracture type of the height difference, and also controls and reduces the amount of the earthworks of the campus construction.It also controls and reduces the amount of earthwork for campus construction.In particular, the area and characteristics of the original topographic gullies were utilized to design an ecological landscape chain of dry streams called “Shixi Hua Gu”, which forms an ecological landscape green belt from northwest to southeast through the entire campus with chain-like rain gardens, enhancing the ecological quality of the campus and echoing the ecological base of the original topography, and achieving very good results.

同时,建筑单体通过采取“防风组团”模式、自遮阳墙体以及向阳门厅、共享露台、耐候连廊、光导管采光、光伏遮阳等建筑措施,通过减少夏季过强紫外线暴晒,屏蔽冬季西北风吹袭,改善高原日照与寒冷天气及冬季积雪对校园环境的影响。青海理工的设计正是通过深度研究地形、地质及气候的特征,挖掘其独特的自然禀赋,同时结合河湟文化的地域特征设计构建出高原山地大学校园的独特气质。
At the same time, by adopting the “wind-proof group” model, self-shading walls, sun-facing foyers, shared terraces, weather-resistant connecting corridors, light tubes, photovoltaic shading and other architectural measures, the building units can improve the impact of highland sunshine, cold weather and winter snow on the campus environment, by reducing the excessive ultraviolet radiation in the summer and shielding the campus from the northwesterly winds in the winter.The design of Qinghai Polytechnic is precisely the result of the in-depth study of the impact of sunlight on the campus environment.Qinghai science and technology design is through in-depth study of topography, geology and climate characteristics, mining its unique natural endowments, while combining the Huangshui culture of the regional characteristics of the design of the construction of the unique temperament of the plateau mountain university campus.

“学术圈层 + 绿十字结构” 的学术型校园空间
Academic Campus Space of “Academic Circle + Green Cross Structure”
方案传承中国经典的杏坛讲学、明堂辟雍的学术礼仪空间,以中央布局智慧学术中心(图书馆及扩展功能)形成的空间序列,体现出对知识的尊重,突出校园作为教化空间的象征性和仪式感,凸显进入知识殿堂的学术氛围并且方便师生的使用。设计形成以智慧学术中心为核心,环绕布置公共教学及院系教学实验组团,外围布置学生生活、体育运动及文化活动用房的大圈层结构,减少了交通距离,方便师生的共享使用。
The program inherits the classic Chinese academic ritual space of apricot altar lecturing and Mingtang Biyong, and the space sequence formed by the central layout of the Smart Academic Center (library and extended functions) reflects the respect for knowledge, highlights the symbolic and ceremonial nature of the campus as a space for education, highlights the academic atmosphere of the Temple of Knowledge, and facilitates the use of teachers and students.The design forms a large circle structure with the Intelligent Academic Center as the core, surrounded by public teaching and faculty teaching and experimental groups, and surrounded by student living, sports and cultural activities, which reduces the traffic distance and facilitates the sharing of students and faculty.

校前区智慧学术中心、学院组群形成的品字形布局,构成纵向的广场学术轴,依次布置主校门、明德广场、明理广场、智慧学术中心、绿坡、学生活动中心等节点,凸显进入知识殿堂的学术氛围;横向的林荫文化轴依次布置酉山广场、读书广场、台阶花坡、石溪广场,林荫晨读、体育馆等公共活动空间,体现学校的生态文化。双轴交叉打造了经典的“绿十字”校园空间结构。

在大圈层结构之中,利用了现状用地的冲沟设计了“石溪花谷”生态景观“链”,将链状的绿地景观带贯穿校园主要公共空间,呼应了青海高原的原始地形的生态基底,将校区两端的体育休闲空间和学术交流空间连成整体,成为本校园独具魅力的特色空间。

方案以提出“创新型学习校园”为设计目标,以“学院+书院+共享学术空间”为基本要素的构成模式,通过智慧学术中心、跨专业学院组团、博雅书院以及室内外共享交流空间等核心建筑及景观要素,共同打造激发创新、鼓励交流、学科融合、开放共享的新型教育及研究的平台。

“适地适候、生态智慧”的可持续发展校园
Sustainable Campus of Appropriate Land, Appropriate Weather, Ecological Wisdom
建设用地为坡地,自西向东逐级下降,总高差70米。场地由湿陷性黄土组成,存在较多冲沟、落水洞等不利因素。为此,设计采用了环境敏感型开发策略回应校园的生态基底。针对大型冲沟填方区,采取利用与退让结合的措施:在校园东南角布置操场运动区,并结合布置地下车库,节约了土方,保证了结构的安全,设计利用中部较小的雨水冲沟,设计了“石溪花谷”的生态景观“链”。以“梯度建设”的策略,顺应地势坡度布置体育看台、大教室阶梯座席、下沉广场等,通过建筑叠级、绿地退台等方式,将高陡坎消解为多个退台和绿坡,避免了断裂式的高差对校园空间的割裂,保证了中央礼仪广场和核心学术区的平整。
The construction site is a sloping land, descending step by step from west to east, with a total height difference of 70 meters.The site consists of wet-set loess, and there are more unfavorable factors such as washouts and drop holes.For this reason, the design adopts an environmentally sensitive development strategy in response to the ecological substrate of the campus.For the large gully filling area, a combination of utilization and setback measures is taken: the playground sports area is arranged in the southeast corner of the campus, and combined with the underground garage, saving earthworks and ensuring the safety of the structure, and the design utilizes the smaller rainwater gully in the middle, designing the ecological landscape “chain” of the “Shixixi Valley”.Chain”.With the strategy of “gradient construction”, the sports stands, large classroom ladder seats and sunken plaza are arranged in accordance with the slope of the terrain, and the high and steep cans are dissolved into a number of retreats and green slopes by means of architectural stacking and green space retreats, which avoids the severance of campus space caused by the fractured elevation difference and ensures the leveling of the central ceremonial plaza and the core academic area.

校园生态设计还利用风环境模拟、场地热辐射模拟技术辅助进行微气候设计,使校园成为具有自然修复能力的天然生态系统,并充分利太阳能等资源,在新建大学设计中实践碳中和的设计理念,保护校园生态基底,将环境意识和学生的生活相结合,探索高等教育的生态新模式。设计还综合运用智慧校园技术,通过感知与互动反馈,智能化控制、智能化管理、数据智能分析和可视化等手段,实现校园资源和服务共享的数字化校园环境

设计遵循“高原山水、现代风尚、河湟风韵”的设计定位,通过敦厚质朴的建筑形象,中庭合院的空间结构,富有时代特征的建筑技术,充分体现出一所立足于西部的理工大学所具备的美学意境。

设计借鉴的庄廓院是河湟地区代表性的传统村落民居形式。庄廓是由高大的土筑围墙、平实屋顶,开敞内院组成的四合院,有着深远的历史性和很强的实用性。河湟地区指青海东部、甘肃西部的黄河上游、湟水流域、大通河流域。这一地区自古以来多民族繁衍生息,先民耕牧于其间,创造了辉煌灿烂的河湟文化。独具特色的河湟文化是以中原文明为主干,不断吸收融合游牧文明、西域文明形成的包容并举、多元一体的文化形态,是黄河文明的重要分支和中华文明的重要组成部分。其中齐家文化是河湟文化的源头及组成部分。齐家文化的礼器玉琮质量精美具有很高的文化艺术价值。智慧学术中心设计即采用了庄廓的方正轮廓,与玉琮的方圆结合的造型,体现了中华文化方圆结合、兼收并蓄的文化观与天圆地方的宇宙观。
The design draws on the Zhuangkuoyuan, a representative traditional village dwelling form in Hehuang. Zhuangkuo is a courtyard consisting of a tall earthen wall, a flat roof and an open inner courtyard, which has a profound history and strong practicality.Hehuang region refers to the east of Qinghai, Gansu west of the upper reaches of the Yellow River, Huangshui basin, Datong River basin.This area since ancient times, multi-ethnic people live and prosper, the first people farming and herding in its midst, creating a brilliant Hehuang culture.The unique rive rHehuang culture is to the central civilization as the main stem, constantly absorbing and fusing nomadic civilization, western civilization formed by the tolerance and, diversified one cultural form, is the yellow river civilization and the important branch of the important part of Chinese civilization.Among them, Qijia culture is the source of Hehuang culture and component.The Qijia culture ritual jade cong exquisite quality has a high cultural and artistic value.The design of the Wisdom Academic Center adopts the square outline of Zhuangkuo, combined with the square and round shape of the jade cong, reflecting the Chinese culture of combining the square and round, the eclectic cultural outlook and the cosmology of the heavenly circle and the earthly sphere.
