The client envisioned a neo-classical apartment that merges elegance with a modern touch. Their goal was to create a balanced environment with timeless elements while ensuring the space remains functional for everyday living. The layout needed to offer clear zoning between private, social, and workspaces, providing comfort and fluid circulation throughout the apartment.
The design focuses on maintaining harmony between classical detailing and contemporary aesthetics. Each area—living room, bedroom, and home office—is distinct yet connected by subtle transitions. Smooth circulation allows for a natural flow between social and private spaces, creating an airy and cohesive environment. The use of layered textures and muted tones ensures that each zone feels interconnected yet individually defined.
This project highlights the use of neutral palettes, with an emphasis on beige and brown tones. Rich wood panels and soft fabric upholstery blend with intricate wall moldings, adding depth to the design. Key materials include polished marble, textured stone, and subtle metallic accents that enhance the neo-classical theme. Custom furniture pieces, such as the circular coffee tables and the statement chandelier, serve as focal points. Close-up shots capture the play of light on surfaces, accentuating the refined detailing throughout the space.
