初始业主就明确这个家既要简约干净，又希望能有空间本身的温馨感，业主希望家的样子是简单的、温馨的，使空间富有生命力的。这套住宅将成为自己的庇护所，当你走进来，便能长呼一口气，进入放松状态。

At the beginning, the owner made it clear that the home should be simple and clean, and also hope to have the warmth of the space itself, and the owner hopes that the appearance of the home is simple and warm, so that the space is full of vitality. The home will be your own sanctuary, and when you walk in, you can take a long breath and go into a state of relaxation.

采光极佳的会客厅和开放式书房占据了横厅的核心区域，开放式书房可以休闲，客人来时也可以在此互动，平时一家人也可以一起阅读、听音乐。

The well-lit living room and open study occupy the core area of the horizontal hall, the open study room can be relaxed, guests can also interact here, and the family can also read and listen to music together.

进门向右望去的视野里，是厨房。向左是开放式餐厅，让空间视觉上更有延伸感，也更好的扩大空间的采光。

When I entered the door and looked to the right, I saw the kitchen. To the left is the open dining room, which makes the space visually more extensive, and also better expands the lighting of the space.

坐在餐厅也可以舒适的和厨房里的人进行交流互动，通透的格局似乎能一眼望尽，却又在细节中处处令人意犹未尽。

客厅沙发后的书房打开，使其功能设计具有灵活性与多功能性。

既可以作为学习空间与阅读空间，

也能作为一个共享的家庭娱乐中心。

The study behind the sofa in the living room opens up to give it flexibility and versatility in its functional design. It can be used as a study space and reading space, as well as a shared family entertainment center.

我们希望上下空间的属性最大化表现，因此楼梯衔接了居住者的上下生活，我们在楼梯的设计上面会更加的贴近自然，使用了大面积的绿色，通过玻璃扶手将二者融合，上下楼时也更有仪式感。

We hope to maximize the performance of the attributes of the upper and lower spaces, so the staircase connects the upper and lower lives of the residents, and we will be closer to nature in the design of the staircase, using a large area of green, and integrating the two through glass handrails, which will also have a more ceremonial sense when going up and down the stairs.

主卧空间的设计简单明了，满足功能性需求的同时也满足了空间上的美感。梳妆台在窗边用木饰面做了整体，绿色点缀让空间更加简练、纯粹，带给人最长久舒适的体验。

The design of the master bedroom space is simple and straightforward, meeting the functional needs and meeting the aesthetic of the space. The dresser is made of wood veneer by the window, and the green accents make the space more concise and pure, bringing people the most comfortable experience for a long time.
