The project is located at a position adjacent to the tourist axis along the coastline off Son Tra peninsula.

The planned road is important for the tourium development of Da Nang, in the form of existing buildings interspersed with coastal ecological forest landscapes. Located on a postion adjacent to the coastline and coastal.

Landscape, the design aims at the interference and development of the landscape axis in height. Natural wood materials, natural stone, bare concrete and items from wickerwork, create a rustic feeling, close to the natural color from the green area linked to the views in the form of roofs from ants.

Native bamboo facing the sea. The linguistic division on the vertical plane of the building division on the vertical plane of the building creates different new views towards the sea through each room in height.

The experience will be different each time under the changing form of trees and architectural perspective.

The Leaf Boutique Hotel is a project that combines a hotel and resort model. The plan has created a modern structure using basic cubic lines to exploit light and ventilation from the sea into the building.

Architectural features, materials, and colors aim for rusticity and sustainability over time in a modern city that is constantly innovating.

The accommodation space reveals the rawness and intimacy through the colors of natural materials - The locality is exploited through the hand- made furniture products and the external views through vertical architectural layout.
