一方居所，是休憩的港湾，是生活的期许，是关于家的诉说。面对男女主人不同的休闲方式与生活习惯，如何在同一空间实现多功能的用途和多元审美的融合，成为本案的重要课题。

One's abode is a haven for rest and relaxation, an aspiration for life, and a narrative about home. In this case, the challenge was to achieve the integration of multiple functional uses and diverse aesthetics in the same space, given the different leisure activities and living habits of the male and female owners.

简繁有度，通过细节铺陈关于生活的美好想象，兼具美与实用性的双重需求，为居者造出一种远离喧嚣，尽显放松的生活氛围。设计师柯沅伽以人为原点，将重点放在亲密的陪伴与归真的生活中，呈现出高级与精致感，以开放式布局和灵活游走的动线，让私宅以其独有的韵味给予人最静好的陪伴。

Keep it simple yet sophisticated, by detailing the beautiful imaginations of life, the design meets the dual needs of beauty and practicality, creating a relaxing living atmosphere for the occupants. Designer Ke Yuanjia takes people as the starting point and focuses on intimate companionship and the return to simplicity in life. She emphasizes the unification of function and aesthetics, presenting a sense of elegance and refinement, and using open layouts and flexible circulation routes to allow the private residence to provide the best companionship in a quiet and serene atmosphere.

秩序」

私宅首要考虑到居所的隐私性，原始户型入户后没有任何遮挡，缺乏明确的层次感与秩序感，设计师重新梳理空间动线与布局，将入户设悬挑鞋柜构建成装置艺术般的玄关，与客厅空间隔而不断，将功能区整理为完整且有效的独立空间。

The privacy of the residence is the primary consideration for private homes. After entering the original layout, there is no obstruction, lacking a clear sense of hierarchy and order. The designer reorganized the spatial flow and layout, and built a suspended shoe cabinet into an installation art like foyer that is separated from the living room space, organizing the functional area into a complete and effective independent space.

层次感的叠加有序，围绕间而有序的基调缓缓展开。

The layering is orderly and gradually unfolds around a simple and orderly tone.

为满足工作、社交、独处等不同场景下的使用需求，设计师巧妙地大面积使用温暖的浅色木纹，为整个空间注入了宁静与深邃感，而蓝色的点缀则进一步丰富了整体氛围。层次感的叠加有序，围绕间而有序的基调缓缓展开。

To meet the needs of different scenarios such as work, socializing, and solitude, the designer cleverly uses warm light wood grain on a large area, injecting a sense of tranquility and depth into the entire space, while the blue accents further enrich the overall atmosphere.

通过两组不同形式的沙发组合，创造出一个功能多样、富有秩序和互动感的客厅。地面、柜体、沙发组合等软分隔将空间自然区分开，既避免了空间的单一性，又提高了使用效率。

By combining two different forms of sofas, create a living room with diverse functions, orderliness, and interactivity. Soft partitions such as floors, cabinets, and sofas naturally separate the space, avoiding singularity and improving efficiency.

在走廊的尽头，以抽象画作为视觉中心，在灯光的烘托下更显格调。

At the end of the corridor, abstract paintings serve as the visual center, highlighting the style with the lighting.

采用洄游动线的理念，设计师通过柔和曲线和环形流线串联起客厅、餐厅、厨房空间。使得人们在空间中可以自然流动，不受限于固定的动线设计。

Adopting the concept of migratory flow, the designer connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces through soft curves and circular flow lines. Allowing people to flow naturally in space without being limited by fixed flow design.

看阳光透过纱窗，在微风中轻轻飘动，悠闲地坐在沙发上喝上一杯香浓的咖啡，静静地品味这份宁静与美好。

Watching the sunlight filtering through the screen window, gently swaying in the breeze, leisurely sitting on the sofa drinking a cup of fragrant coffee, quietly savoring this tranquility and beauty.

生活中的行为都将在这里发生关联，它是场景交替的互动，是人与人的链接，视线、空气、行为、生活的趣味都在其间自由流动、穿梭、上演。

All behaviors in life will be interconnected here, it is an interaction of scene alternation, a connection between people, where sight, air, behavior, and the fun of life freely flow, shuttle, and unfold.

「治愈」

以墙面和柜体为载体，将会客厅、餐厅、厨房等多个功能区进行整合，利用深木色与白色的体块穿插交替，在空间中形成节奏感。饱和度浓郁的蓝色和橙色撞色，营造亦冷亦暖、亦动亦静且富有层次感的空间。

With the wall and cabinet as the carrier, the living room, dining room, kitchen and other functional areas are integrated, and the dark wood and white blocks are alternated to form a sense of rhythm in the space. The contrasting colors of saturated blue and orange create a space that is both warm and cold, dynamic and static, and rich in layers.

原始厨房是一个不规则的异形空间，将凸出去的空间设计成半封闭中式厨房和生活阳台，顺势拉通西厨和餐厅空间与会客厅互通，不仅是空间尺度的扩容，更是生活方式与情感的融汇与诠释。

The original kitchen is an irregular and irregular space. The protruding space is designed as a semi enclosed Chinese kitchen and living balcony, which seamlessly connects the Western kitchen and dining area with the living room. This not only expands the spatial scale, but also integrates and interprets lifestyle and emotions.

餐椅的橙色与西厨的石材搭配，打破常规且单调的设计，创造出视觉上的对比效果，使设计更具有独特性和视觉冲击力。

The orange color of the dining chair is paired with the stone of the Western Kitchen, breaking the conventional and monotonous design and creating a visual contrast effect, making the design more unique and visually impactful.

「自由」

为满足男女主人不同的收纳需求与审美偏好，设计师分别为男女主人设置独立衣帽间，并将男主人衣帽间设定为进入主卧空间的通道，更保证主卧隐私的同时，也让进入空间的仪式感拉满。

In order to meet the different storage needs and aesthetic preferences of male and female owners, designers have set up separate cloakrooms for each owner, and set the male owner's cloakroom as a passage into the master bedroom space, ensuring privacy while also satisfying the sense of ceremony when entering the space.

艺术品彰显出女主人的喜好，这既是空间的装饰，更是主人情感与故事的载体；以光为笔，柔化的光线给空间带来优雅灵动之感。

Artworks showcase the preferences of the female protagonist, which is not only a decoration of the space, but also a carrier of the protagonist's emotions and stories; Using light as a pen, the softened light brings an elegant and dynamic feeling to the space.

主卧背景墙用了胡桃木色实木贴皮木饰面+格栅，简约中透着奢华与时尚。多用于公区的蝴蝶灯，设计师本次也突破性地用于卧室空间，向上的光透过蝶片映射在墙上，斑驳的晃动像是舞动的蝴蝶，静谧的卧室空间也瞬间浪漫灵动起来。

The background wall of the master bedroom is decorated with walnut colored solid wood veneer and grille, which is simple yet luxurious and fashionable. The butterfly lamp, which is commonly used in public areas, has also been innovatively used in bedroom spaces by the designer. The upward light is reflected on the wall through the butterfly blade, and the mottled shaking resembles a dancing butterfly. The quiet bedroom space is instantly romantic and lively.

客房选择象征活力的绿色为主色调，软包结合坚硬的格栅板，波浪床头自带助眠气息。新鲜自然又复古摩登，明媚而充满生命力。

The guest room is designed with a vibrant green color scheme as the main color, combined with a soft bag and a hard grille panel. The wavy headboard comes with a sleeping aid. Fresh and natural, retro and modern, bright and full of vitality.

当空间的一切动线与物件都围绕人展开，那人便可以按照自由的样貌去生活，空间也便不再仅仅是容身的居所,更是承载精神与态度的场域。

When all the movements and objects of space revolve around a person, that person can live in a free state, and space is no longer just a dwelling place, but also a field that carries spirit and attitude.
