赛尔吉蓬图瓦兹市文化中心，法国 / Jean-Pierre Lott

赛尔吉-蓬图瓦兹市希望重修文化中心，以彰显原建筑的建造年代的特征，而非否认其历史。这座典型的后现代风格建筑理应得到精心整理。这就是我们所做的工作，尤其体现在三个具体主题上：砖块的使用、瞭望塔的改造和开窗的简化。

The city of Cergy-Pontoise wanted to restructure the Cultural Centre, marking the period in which the original building was built, avoiding to deny its history. The post-modern, very mannered building deserved to be refined. This is the work we have done, and in particular on three specific topics : the use of brick, the transformation of the observatory tower and the simplification of the openings.

全新的 “Le 12”是一座多功能建筑，巨大的展厅用满整个建筑的高度，容纳了一个开放式舞台和一个酒吧。

The new building ‘Le 12’ is a multifunctional building with a large exhibition hall that extends over the entire height of the building, including an open stage and a bar.

新的文化中心有两个分别可容纳1500人和400人的演出大厅、一个带录音棚的音乐学院、一个大型和声合唱室、音乐练习室、一个舞蹈学院，以及一个社交中心。

The new Cultural Centre has two performance halls with 1500 seats and 400 seats, a music conservatory with recording studio, a large harmony and choir room, music practice rooms, a dance conservatory and a social centre.
