Located about 90 kilometers from Sydney’s city center, this 40-hectare resort offers a tranquil setting with majestic natural scenery and pristine surroundings, ideal for those seeking a close connection with nature.

Bilpin, a charming town in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, is renowned across Australia for its apples and apple juice, earning it the nickname “Land of Mountain Apples.” Located along the historic Bells Line of Road highway, Bilpin is a popular destination for apple picking, with roadside stalls offering homemade goods, particularly in the summer. The resort itself is situated at the end of Mount Tootie Road, surrounded by the Wollemi National Park, providing an exceptionally private and serene atmosphere.

DESIGN CONCEPT

设计理念追求一种无界的居住体验，旨在营造出一种“自然即居所，居所即自然”的独特氛围，通过空间与自然的深度融合，让每位居住者在舒适中感受生命的律动与宁静的和谐。

The design concept pursues a boundless residential experience, aiming to create a unique atmosphere of 'nature as home, home as nature', by deeply integrating space with nature, allowing each resident to feel the rhythm of life and the tranquility of harmony in comfort.

建筑设计

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN

度假屋的设计充分利用了山体缓坡的天然地形，沿着横向山脊线布置，建筑物的总长度约为70米。整个建筑由两个约为170平方米的独立度假屋围合一个近300平方米的中庭空间和景观水池组成，可容纳8到12人居住，并可以成为一个为数十人提供瑜伽、健康培训活动、小型婚礼、公司聚会和微型音乐会等活动的场所。

The resort’s design leverages the natural contours of the mountain, with villas arranged along  a ridgeline approximately 70 meters in length. The structure comprises two independent villa units of around 170 square meters each, which together enclose a 300-square-meter central courtyard. This space, complete with a water feature, accommodates 8 to 12 guests and serves as a venue for yoga, wellness sessions, intimate weddings, corporate events, and small music gatherings.

室内设计

INTERIOR DESIGN

室内装饰简约而优雅，东方风格的设计旨在与自然和谐共处。宽敞的客厅配有大面积落地窗，使自然光线充盈整个房间，同时让住客时刻欣赏到窗外的美景。室内的家具材质与自然色调的完美融合，散发着温暖和谐的氛围。起居室、卧室和榻榻米空间均采用了白色和炭黑色棉麻布料的装饰，在厨房、餐台和卫浴空间则选择了纯亚白色的石材。建筑的户外墙面的材料均选用了深灰黑色Monument色，使建筑尽可能地融于环境，而每个榻榻米的外墙都选用了锈钢板来包裹，让三个榻榻米的体量在整个建筑色系中跳脱出来。度假屋装配有现代化设备，如空调、地暖、名牌炉灶、烤箱、冰箱和洗碗机，让住客们轻松准备和享用美味的家常餐，同时，就餐区的窗外景色将为住客们的用餐时光增添一抹美丽的背景。

The resort’s interior exudes a refined yet simple elegance with an Eastern influence that harmonizes with the surrounding nature. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the spacious living room with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the landscape. Furnishings feature natural materials and earthy tones, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Living areas, bedrooms, and tatami spaces are adorned with white and charcoal linens, while the kitchen, dining areas, and bathrooms are finished with pure white stone. The exterior walls are clad in a deep, grey-black Monument color to blend with the natural setting, while stainless steel panels on each tatami room create a stylish contrast. Modern amenities, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, branded appliances, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, enhance comfort and convenience. The dining area, with its scenic views, adds a touch of elegance to every meal.

两个度假屋均采用了全景落地窗的开窗方式，将室外的无限制景色引入到了每一个生活空间。每个度假屋均有一个可观赏山景的户外浴缸，在浴缸里看着远山的日落美景，呷着冒着气泡的香槟，那将是多么完美的一天的结束。

Each villa features floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing the beauty of the outdoors into every living space. Outdoor bathtubs with mountain views offer a perfect way to unwind, letting guests enjoy the sunset over the hills with a glass of champagne.
