项目基地位于居山靠海之地的深圳福田稀缺 CBD 绝佳位置，是一个备受梦想家青睐的灵感之邸。我们得出的结论是，“极致境韵，典藏宅邸”，我们希望打造的是一片纯粹且静谧的天地，以高阶社区的生活方式，将城市生活与品牌理念相结合，以穿插结构式景观，模糊建筑边界，将城市山海格局缩影渗透于景观之中，彰显出目标客群“隐于山海，显于世界”的尊贵身份，以及精雕细琢的匠心美学。

Our conclusion is that the "ultimate charm, the residence", we hope to create is a pure and quiet world, with the life style of advanced community, combining urban life and brand concept, interweaving the structural landscape, blurred the architectural boundary, and infiltrating the epitome of urban mountain and sea pattern into the landscape.

CHAPTER-1

< 启幕山海梦想 >

THE CHARACTERISTIC PATTERN SHAPE IS FURTHER SIMPLIFIED AND REFINED. CLEVERLY INTEGRATED INTO THE PROJECT, CARRYING OUT THE INNOVATIVE INTEGRATION OF MODERN AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY.

自宾客抵达入口落客区那一刻起，梦想家的故事便从此开启。

From the moment guests arrive at the entrance drop-off area, the story of the dreamer begins.

呼应项目建筑中的设计语言，我们将其特色纹样形状进一步简化与提炼，巧妙地融入项目中，进行现代审美与功能性的创新融合。

Echoing the design language in the project architecture, we further simplified and refined its characteristic patterns and shapes, cleverly integrated them into the project, and carried out an innovative integration of modern aesthetics and functionality.

业主乘车落客后直接步行进入社区内部，车辆便从左侧进入地下停车场，实现了人车分流，也为归家提供了仪式感、安全感，让归家人在月光下，树影斑驳间，抽离了城市的喧哗，沉浸在缓慢宁静的时光。

The owner walks directly into the community after dropping off the passengers by car, and the vehicle enters the underground parking lot from the left side, realizing the separation of people and vehicles, and providing a sense of ritual and security for the family to return home, so that the family can escape the noise of the city in the moonlight, and immerse themselves in the slow and quiet time.

< 万物自有节奏 >

"EVERYTHING HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM, THE WIND HAS THE FreEDOM OF THE WIND,THE TREE HAS THE ATTITUDE OF THE TREE" -"RELAXATION" IS THE MAIN VEIN OF THIS SPACE DESIGN

一切真正的美好都归源于生活，这里，是自在舒展的心灵栖所。“万物自有节奏，风有风的自由，树有树的姿态”——「松弛感」是这个空间设计的主脉络，我们希望这里能有更多的感知和直觉。

All the real good comes from life, here, is the ease of the mind. "Everything has its own rhythm, the wind has the freedom of the wind, the tree has the posture of the tree" —— "relaxation" is the main context of this space design, we hope to have more perception and intuition here.

空间里弥漫着静谧的光线，明与暗、远与近，动与静，人群流动的细腻变化，伴随着参观的步伐，空间节奏张弛结合、抑扬有度，形成步移景异的游园氛围。此时的“林栖会客厅”不仅是一处景观，更是居者安放灵魂的精神场域。

The space is filled with quiet light, bright and dark, far and near, moving and quiet, and the delicate changes of crowd flow. Along with the pace of visit, the spatial rhythm is combined and the rhythm is varied, forming a different garden atmosphere.

在此驻足，赏景品茶，漫步观景、亦或独自放空，不再是“行望自然”的隐逸超然，更是城市一隅“艺术居游”的沉潜意趣。

半封闭的廊架形成视线穿透，在“游”的邂逅里，将更多的美景收入眼底，便是灵魂与灵魂之间更深处的对话。一朝入画，情随景动步步相移，或隐于翠林之间，或现于碧波之畔，忘却尘嚣，与这方天地共呼吸。

THE REFLECTION OF PODOCARPUS IS REFLECTED IN THE RICH LAYERS OF WATER,HOTEL-STYLE HOMECOMING DESIGNTHE POETIC ATMOSPHERE OF NATURAL RELAXATION OPENS TO THE JANE MANSION.

作为归家的第一序章，这里是第一落客感受。轻柔妩媚的灯光肆意洒在水面上、枝丫上，漏下点点斑驳的光影。清风浮动，梳影摇曳，暗香浮动在身旁。

As the first prologue of returning home, here is the first drop-off guest experience. Gentle and charming light wanton sprinkled on the water, branches, leakage under a little mottled light and shadow. The breeze floating, comb the shadow swaying, the faint fragrance floating in the side.

情绪弥漫的同时营造自然放松的诗意氛围。造型别致的罗汉松倒影掩映在层次丰富的叠水面上，酒店式的归家设计提升到达体验，诗意东方的至简大宅由此开启。

Create a poetic atmosphere of natural relaxation while filling with emotions. The unique reflection of Podocarpus is reflected in the layered water surface, and the hotel-like homecoming design is enhanced to reach the experience, and the poetic Oriental minimalist mansion is thus opened.

CHAPTER-4 <植物主义美学 >POETRY ENTERS THE COUNTRY, HOME ENTERS THE SCENE, LIKE WANDERING THE MOUNTAINS AND EXPLORING THE WATER, MEDITATION AND PINE, FEEL THE ORIENTAL AESTHETIC CHARM OF BOTANISM.

“明月松间照，清泉石上流”仪式入户对景景观引用诗句入境，归家入景，如游山探水，静心品松，感受非凡的东方美学韵味。

Bright moon pine, clear spring stone upper ceremony to the scene of the poem into the country, home into the scene, such as visiting the mountains and the water, meditation pine, feel the extraordinary Oriental aesthetic charm.

置身于此，仿佛将喧嚣隔绝在尘世之外。此情此境，眼前的树不只是树，是展现高洁清雅的气质，更是对未来美好生活的期许。
