四季时鲜美，四海八方味。私享小灶是一家汇聚家常小炒与精致海鲜的融合式中餐厅。既有珍馐美馔，也可四季三餐，正如餐厅的命名，在这里可以容纳两种空间特质：私享——胜于普通餐酒小馆的雅致氛围；小灶——朴实的人间烟火气和包容的用餐体验。

Seasonal Delights, Global Flavors. Private Kitchen is a fusion-style Chinese restaurant that brings together homestyle stir-fries and exquisite seafood dishes. It offers both gourmet delicacies and casual, everyday meals throughout the year. As its name suggests, the restaurant embodies two distinct atmospheres: "Private" — a refined ambiance surpassing that of a typical bistro, and "Kitchen" — a down-to-earth dining experience with a warm, inclusive vibe.

餐厅位于商业街区，于闹市中取静，于纷繁中寻简。依托半圆格局，布置透景内外交互。向内，半窗篱影，境融自然；向外，美酒佳肴，盛宴可人。利用沿街的特点，将窗扇进一步打开，以开放包容的姿态迎接四海八方客。

Located in a bustling commercial district, the restaurant offers a tranquil escape amidst the city’s hustle and bustle, embracing simplicity in a busy environment. With its semicircular layout, the design invites a seamless interaction between the interior and exterior spaces. Inside, shadows from half-open windows blend with nature, while outside, fine wine and delicious food create a welcoming feast. Taking advantage of the street-facing location, the windows open wide, offering a warm, open invitation to guests from all around.

不到300平方的空间内聚齐了明档区、海鲜区、大厅卡座区、半开放包间及独立包间。既可让食客获得隐私之感，也不会将热闹过分疏离。环形的折叠落地窗将最好的光景分摊给3个半开放式包间，并通过材质的透光演绎，将光线洒落于室内各个角落。

In less than 300 square meters, the space efficiently accommodates an open kitchen area, seafood section, main dining booths, semi-private rooms, and private rooms. It provides diners with a sense of privacy without isolating them from the vibrant atmosphere. The curved folding floor-to-ceiling windows share the best views with the three semi-private rooms, allowing natural light to pour into every corner of the interior, enhanced by the materials that diffuse the light throughout the space.

Unlocking the Private Dining Realm

私享之境，是东方的温润隽永，是婉约的静美表达。

The private dining realm captures the graceful and enduring elegance of Eastern aesthetics, embodying a serene and subtle beauty.

餐厅入口绿篱摇曳，绿植端景将熙攘的街道与静美的餐厅做了动静分隔，吸引宾客一探究竟。入户区运用了烟熏木、玉砂玻璃、天然黄洞石、做旧金属，产生了别致的优雅和秩序感。

At the entrance, a lush green hedge sways gently, creating a tranquil transition from the bustling street to the serene ambiance of the restaurant. The feature wall of greenery sets the stage, enticing guests to step in and explore further. The entrance area uses a mix of materials—smoked wood, frosted jade glass, natural yellow travertine, and aged metal—to establish a refined sense of elegance and order.

步入室内即是明档台和海鲜区，这里是宾客点餐的中心舞台。江浙人就餐重海鲜，将明档台设置于显著区域，体现了餐厅对菜品质量的信心。

As guests step inside, they are greeted by the open kitchen and seafood section, the heart of the restaurant’s dining experience. In Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, seafood plays a pivotal role, and placing the open kitchen in a prominent position reflects the restaurant’s confidence in its dish quality.

温暖的氛围光点亮了浅色石材与金属，也将宾客注意力引至橱窗后的美食加工。空间设计不仅在传递东方优雅气质，也有意向人间烟火小灶回归。

The warm ambient lighting highlights the light-colored stone and metal surfaces, drawing guests' attention to the culinary craftsmanship happening behind the glass. The design not only reflects an air of Eastern elegance but also evokes the warmth and familiarity of a homestyle kitchen.

整个室内区域，横向展开的折叠落地窗引入绿景，成为室内场景的延伸。在有限的空间内，通过与外部环境的互动，实现了步移景异。内在空间化繁为简，拒绝浮华的材质和色彩，给人视觉上的“静”与“雅”。

Throughout the indoor space, folding floor-to-ceiling windows open up to greenery, extending the indoor scenery outward. This interaction with the external environment brings a dynamic flow to the compact space, offering new views as one moves through. The interior is intentionally simple, avoiding overly lavish materials and colors, offering a sense of tranquility and sophistication.

窗扇的上下端加入了海棠玻璃，复古精致中穿越风雅。在空间细节处传递朴实、安逸的氛围，让宾客身心愉悦地享受美食体验。

The top and bottom sections of the windows feature vintage-style begonia patterned glass, adding a touch of timeless elegance. These subtle design details create a down-to-earth, serene atmosphere that invites guests to relax and fully enjoy their dining experience.

透光的夹丝玻璃隔断将东方的温润与细腻意蕴揉入。夜色初显，灯火阑珊，结合用餐场景的可调光源漫散出温柔。

Light-transmitting wired glass partitions subtly blend the warmth and delicacy of Eastern aesthetics into the space. As evening falls, the soft, adjustable lighting gently illuminates the dining areas, complementing the dining experience with a cozy, inviting glow.

Harmony of Movement and Stillness

动静兼容，是如入云端的静谧，也是热烈的交流。

The blend of dynamic and serene elements creates an experience that is both cloud-like tranquility and vibrant interaction.

抬高的黑色木地板与大厅微水泥地面形成了有层次的弧形区分，并通过纱幔实现包间的半围合状态。金属、石材、肌理漆等材质在纱幔的映衬下产生了层次与质感的叠加。

The elevated black wooden flooring contrasts with the micro-cement floor of the main hall, forming a subtle, curved division. Sheer curtains provide a semi-enclosed feel to the private dining areas, while the combination of materials—metal, stone, and textured paint—adds layers of depth and tactile richness against the soft backdrop of the curtains.

通过自然柔和的色系搭配来实现如入云端的静谧和放松。在这里，温柔的空间元素与热情浓烈的菜品相互碰撞，视觉与味觉的交融就此展开。

A soothing palette of natural, muted tones evokes a sense of calm and relaxation, as if stepping into the clouds. Here, the gentle elements of the space blend seamlessly with the vibrant, bold flavors of the dishes, creating a fusion of visual and culinary experiences.

大厅区通过设计“T”型的中岛式卡座，在有限的空间内保证就餐舒适度，也为空间做了合理的动线区分。

The main hall features a T-shaped Nakajima booth design that maximizes dining comfort within a compact space, ensuring a smooth flow while subtly dividing the area.

自然光线经过纱幔的层层过滤，目光所及皆是温馨的光影交错。

Natural light filters through the layers of sheer curtains, casting a warm, gentle play of light and shadows throughout the space, creating a welcoming, intimate atmosphere.

Hidden in Nature

聚于清幽高雅，融于诗情画意。

Gathering in a serene, elegant space, immersed in poetic charm and picturesque scenery.

盥洗区的过道也进行了绿植堆坡，叶脉在光线下熠熠生辉。

Even the corridor leading to the washroom is adorned with a sloped arrangement of greenery, where the leaf veins shimmer under the light.

精心挑选的绿植或低头垂下，或昂首挺立，如同彬彬有礼的侍者，用其独特的方式装点餐厅的各个角落。

Carefully chosen plants, some gracefully drooping and others standing tall, decorate various corners of the restaurant like courteous attendants, each contributing its unique style to the overall ambiance.

尽管是封闭空间的独立包厢，但也巧妙地透过开窗透镜的形式，让宾客欣赏到绿景。

Although the private rooms are enclosed, cleverly positioned windows allow guests to enjoy views of the greenery outside, maintaining a connection with nature.
