Award-winning interior designer studio Taylor Howes unveils its latest masterpiece, a sophisticated three-bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Marylebone Village. Partnering with high-end contractors Verve Concepts, a design-led construction company specialising in high-end residential projects in prime central London, the penthouse design draws inspiration from Marylebone's elegant charm. Marylebone Village Penthouse is a perfect marriage between client and designer, delivering a space that reflects the clients warm and sociable character, a home away from home, where they can host family and friends during their London stays.

Jane Landino, Creative and Head of Studio at Taylor Howes, expertly integrated Marylebone's sophisticated allure into every detail of the home. This influence is reflected in the soft, neutral colour palette, textured material choices, and warm, luxe bronze and gold accents used throughout the scheme. High-quality finishes include statement marble and gold straw marquetry sourced from Simon Orrell.

In addition to feeling contemporary, the aesthetic was designed to invoke tranquillity and well-being, offering the client a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of Marylebone. Large floor-to-ceiling windows envelop the living space in natural light, accentuating the warm-toned furniture and bronze detailing. The large, limited-edition Barn-In-The-City dining table is a special bespoke design by Taylor Howes and perfectly complements the space. Its rectangular glass top reflects natural light around the space, making the delicate Rock&Soar installation sparkle above. In keeping with the overall design theme, the master bedroom features a soothing palette of cool neutrals and sandy hues.

Wanting to complement the client's love for hosting, Jane Landino saw an opportunity to elevate their open-plan living space designing a deep, bronze bespoke bar complete with exquisite Straw Marquetry doors crafted by Simon Orrell, with a luxurious marble interior. Given the client's love for richer tones, the bar's opulent appearance infuses the room with a moody, intimate ambience that seamlessly integrates into the overall design scheme of the living area.
