Dependent Origination

缘起

2023年，我们接到郭小姐的设计委托，着手为她位于泛海国际的住宅进行全案设计。我们的初次方案沟通是在三里屯的Ralphs Coffee，我们碰撞出了许多灵感，并且绝大多数创意都被郭小姐所采纳，是一次酣畅淋漓的设计沟通。

This project is located in the Wentley Center next to SKP, a famous high-end shopping landmark in Beijing. This is not only the core of commerce and fashion, but also the gathering point of urban fashion and artistic creativity. In the face of this spatial renovation, the designer conducted a deep analysis and meticulous design of the original space, aiming to break conventions and create a space structure that not only conforms to modern aesthetics but also has efficient utilization.

然而，设计的过程并非一帆风顺。交房后，我们的施工团队在施工初期便遭遇了房子被前房东破坏的“惨烈现场”：门锁被拆，结构受损，挑战接踵而至。在安抚郭小姐的情绪后，我们迅速展开修复和施工工作，历经小半年的努力，最终呈现出满意的设计效果。

However, the design process is not smooth sailing. After the handover, our construction team encountered a tragic scene of the house being destroyed by the former landlord in the early stages of construction: the door lock was removed, the structure was damaged, and challenges followed one after another. After calming Miss Guos emotions, we quickly began the repair and construction work. After six months of hard work, we finally achieved a satisfactory design effect.

Balanced Aesthetics

平衡美学

本案以郭小姐的审美与设计需求为主，同时考虑到家里男主人的接受程度以及需求，最终设计以法式风情为主，兼具传统元素和高级质感，强调空间的优雅感和高品质，确保每一个细节都能契合家庭成员的日常生活习惯和审美取向。

This case focuses on Miss Guos aesthetic and design needs, while considering the acceptance and needs of the male host in the home. The final design is mainly based on French style, combining traditional elements and high-end texture, emphasizing the elegance and high quality of the space, ensuring that every detail can fit the daily living habits and aesthetic orientation of the family members.

客厅的核心设计思路在于营造视觉焦点与氛围的和谐。优雅流畅的法式线条与沉稳的意大利沙发擦出迷人的火花，辅以客户喜爱的元宝椅，打造出和谐又富有层次感的空间。吊灯选择了FLOS钓鱼灯，简洁的造型不仅为空间增添现代感，也利用其柔和的光影为空间注入一种隐约的动态平衡。

The core design concept of the living room is to create a harmonious visual focus and atmosphere. The elegant and smooth French lines create a charming spark with the steady Italian sofa, complemented by the customers favorite ingot chair, creating a harmonious and layered space. The chandelier chose FLOS fishing light, which not only adds a modern feel to the space with its simple design, but also injects a subtle dynamic balance into the space through its soft light and shadow.

餐厨区域则是以暖白色和米色为主色调，辅以大理石地板的纹理，营造出温馨高级的氛围。现代简约的圆形白色餐桌，既简洁又实用。绿植点缀自然气息，与柔和的百叶窗光影相得益彰。华丽的水晶吊灯与圆形吊顶相呼应，成为空间焦点，同时提升了精致感。

The dining and kitchen area is dominated by warm white and beige colors, complemented by the texture of marble flooring, creating a warm and upscale atmosphere. A modern and minimalist circular white dining table that is both simple and practical. Green plants embellish the natural atmosphere, complementing the soft light and shadow of the blinds. The gorgeous crystal chandelier echoes the circular ceiling, becoming the focal point of the space while enhancing the sense of delicacy.

Reshaping Taste

品味重塑

主卧设计是整个项目的最大亮点。

原始户型中，主卧室的门后是一个狭窄的小走廊，走廊两侧各有一个小衣帽间，这样的设计让空间显得冗余且局促。

我们提出了结构性的改造方案，拆除走廊两侧墙体，将其整合为一个宽敞的步入式衣帽间。

这不仅优化了空间动线，更通过模块化收纳设计实现了实用与美观的统一。

ster bedroom design is the bigg

est highlight of the entire project. In the original layout, there was a narrow corridor behind the master bedroom door, with small dressing rooms on each side of the corridor, making the space appear redundant and cramped. We have proposed a structural renovation plan by demolishing the walls on both sides of the corridor and integrating it into a spacious walk-in closet. This not only optimizes the spatial flow, but also achieves the unity of practicality and aesthetics through modular storage design.
