The Regatta Apartment专为眼光敏锐的年轻都市人打造，体现了风格与功能的和谐平衡。鉴于其狭窄的分配面积和空间限制，设计面临的挑战是如何在紧凑的公寓内容纳日常生活的所有基本组件，同时提供开放感和灵活性。

Crafted to suit the refined tastes of discerning young urbanites, The Regatta Apartment embodies a harmonious balance of style and functionality. Given its narrow allotment and spatial limitations, the design challenge was to fit all the essential components of daily living while providing a sense of openness and flexibility within a compact apartment.

该公寓位于雅加达北部沿海地区，面积为 150 平方米，重点突出周边的全景风光。之前的分隔布局经过重新配置，实现了公共区域的无缝视觉连接，并扩展了厨房和用餐空间，以便更好地接待客人。这种开放式布局还能让自然光畅通无阻地洒满整个房间，提升公寓的空气清新度。

Located in the coastal area of North Jakarta, this150-square-meter apartment emphasizes the scenic panorama of its surrounding.The previously segmented layout was reconfigured to enable seamless visual connections across common areas,extending the kitchen and dining space to better acommodate guests. This open arrangement also allows natural light to flow unhindered throughout the room to enhance the apartment's airy ambiance.

曲线和有机形状被有意识地融入其中，为空间带来一种自然的动感。这种方法弱化了直线和锐角的僵硬感，形成了一种平衡的对比，为室内带来了温暖和亲和力。无论是巧妙地编织进装置和装饰中，还是作为突出的设计元素，这些曲线都打破了单调乏味的感觉，为设计增添了趣味性和艺术性。

Curves and organic shapes are intentionally incorporated to introduce a sense of natural movement within the space. This approach softens the rigidity of straight lines and sharp angles, creating a balanced contrast that brings warmth and approach ability to the interior. Whether subtly woven into fixtures and decor or used as a prominent design elements, these curves break the monotony, lending a playful, artistic quality that adds fluidity to the design.

爪哇柚木和宋胶主要用于木质元素，因其美观耐用而被选用。颜色保持自然，柔和的哑光处理突出了木材的纹理，营造出和谐优雅的整体效果。

To align with the context,a conscious effort was made to use as many local materials as possible.Javanese Teak and Sung kai were primarily used for the wooden elements, chosen for their beauty and durability. The colors were kept natural, and the soft matte finishes highlight the wood's grain,contributing to an overall effect of harmonious elegance.

整个公寓的色彩和材料都是经过精心挑选的色调，并融入了微妙的细节，以增强视觉趣味和深度。从改变木材的朝向到精确放置材料以形成低调的图案，该设计探索了一种精致的品质，既能吸引眼球，又不会压倒感官。

Throughout the apartment, colors and materials are tonal and carefully selected,with subtle details incorporated to enhance visual interest and depth.This deliberate approach allows the design to maintain a cohesive aesthetic while inviting exploration. From varying the orientation of wood to placing materials with precision to form understated patterns, the design explores a refined quality that catches the eye without overwhelming the senses.
