The design concept, “Space creates new realities,“ transforms the 360mÇ loft-style area into distinct functional zones using space-defining elements. The sanitary cube, designed as a room-in-room concept, serves to zone the space while also integrating infrastructural functions such as a kitchen, wardrobe, and built-in storage. This central element provides a clear structure to the open space and ensures efficient use of the area. A flexible acoustic curtain meanders through the room, allowing for adaptable zoning. It provides sound absorption and can also act as a visual divider, offering the option to separate various sections temporarily.

This combination of fixed and movable elements reshapes the space, supporting its multifunctional use in a dynamic, open setting. The delicate steel-and-glass partitions separate the office areas from the open workspace without breaking visual continuity. This transparent division creates a sense of openness while clearly distinguishing different work zones. A large central meeting table and additional high tables along the windows encourage interaction and offer versatile work and meeting areas. A generous sofa area serves as an informal gathering spot and supports agile working principles by providing space for spontaneous meetings and creative collaboration. The room’s colour scheme is intentionally minimalist, featuring French Grey and Off White on all surfaces, materials, and furniture.

This subdued palette enhances the space’s lightness and elegance, making it appear larger and fostering a tranquil, harmonious atmosphere. Bright yellow accents provide a striking contrast to the French Grey and Off White, adding a dynamic element and visual interest. These yellow highlights introduce a lively depth and serve as a unifying feature across the different areas of the room. The simple colour scheme is further enhanced by a mix of materials that add texture and interest without disrupting the overall clarity of the design. This material variety brings a tactile richness and subtle details that balance the space’s lightness with a deeper sensory experience.
