Costa Rican firm ICESA just completed Asouna Building, a mixed use project for the Universidad Nacional employees that includes a wellness center, offices and shops. The project is situated in the grid of Heredia city center. The project location, geometry and layout create a comfortable environment with passive means, which are at the same time the formal expresion of the architecture.
