儿童需要陪同丨儿童不等于儿童丨儿童需要日常生活

设计一所亲切的儿童医院，用清新的自然环境，明亮的阳光，高效的流程，灵活的设计为小朋友们建设一所充满活力生机盎然的治愈空间。To design a friendly children’s hospital with a fresh natural environment, bright sunlight, efficient processes and flexible design to build a vibrant and lively healing space for children.

设计在常规的高效流程布局下，通过削减体量减小建筑尺度，结合公共交通及城市日照通道形成西北东南双入口广场，在护理单元及诊疗单元中植入光厅，最终形成规划方案。Design under the conventional and efficient flow layout; reduce the building scale through cutting the volume; form a square with dual entrances in the direction from northwest to southeast based on public transport and city sunlight passageway; implant light hall in the nursing unit and diagnosis and treatment unit, and finally form a planning scheme.

01 亲切的尺度 | FRIENDLY DIMENSION

设计通过对场地土地的利用、护理单元的有效拆分，降低建筑高度，将裙房控制在 4 层，塔楼控制在 8 层，形成小尺度的建筑群落，从城市角度给予患者甚至是周边居民亲切宜人的整体形象。Through utilization of land of the place and effective split of the nursing unit in the design, reduce the building height, and control the podium on F4 and tower on F8, so as to form building community of small scale, and show an overall kind and delightful image to the patients and residents around from the perspective of the city.

02 明亮的阳光 | BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE

通过模块化就诊、治疗单元间隔设置，以及护理单元的巧妙设计，在建筑内部形成众多尺度宜人的阳光庭院，给门急诊到医技治疗，甚至到病房及手术室，都提供了充裕的阳光通风和绿景，让患者、医者都能在明亮亲切的环境里愉快地治疗、工作。A lot of delightful sunshine courtyards are formed in the building through modularized treatment, setting of interval between units of treatment, and ingenious design of the nursing unit, providing abundant sunlight, ventilation and green landscape for outpatient emergency care, medical treatment, ward and operating room. This hardware environment unable to be provided by domestic Chinese children’s hospital of the same scale makes it able for the patients and doctors to receive treatment and work pleasantly in a bright and warm environment.

03 清新的空气 | FRESH AIR

提供 5237.19 平方米的景观绿化空间，在 50%高覆盖率的限制下，创造性地改善整体就诊环境。Provide 5,237.19 square meters of landscaped green space to creatively improve the overall visit environment within the constraints of 50% high coverage.

04 灵活的模块 | FLEXIBLE MODULE

整个医院的所有医疗功能就如同医疗轴上的一个个插件，根据门诊、医技及住院的不同功能需求，模块有大小之别，用最合理的大小模块来应对将来的技术发展及管理变化。All medical functions of the whole hospital are just like the plug-ins in the medical axis. According to the requirements for different functions such as outpatient service, medical technology and hospitalization, the modules are in different sizes. The module in the most reasonable size shall be used to cope with technology development and management change in the future.

05 高效的流程 | HIGH EFFICIENCY FLOW

总体设计利用场地高差形成双首层的交通空间设计，从两个层面分导了就诊人群和车辆。In the overall design, form a dual first floor traffic space design by taking advantage of altitude difference of the south and north in the place, so as to separate the treatment groups and vehicles.

低标高西侧，建筑退让形成大尺度的入口广场，利用风雨廊引导城市公共交通的行人进入医院，并解决门诊车行及落客，西侧高标高处，解决急症及急救车辆。东侧低标高初解决物流车辆及行政流线，高标高处，建筑退让形成出入院入口广场，处理入院及探视流线，并为东北侧居住单元留出日照通道。At the low level in the west, the building is set back to form a large-scale entrance square. And the wind and rain corridor is used to lead the pedestrian from urban public transport into the hospital, and solve the problem of driving through the outpatient service and dropoff. At the high level in the west, solve the problem of emergencies and emergency ambulances. At the low level in the east, solve the problem of logistics vehicles and administrative streamline. At the high level, the building is set back to form an entrance square for admission and discharge, manage admission and visit streamline, and leave a sunshine passageway for the northeast residential unit.

立面设计 FACADE DESIGN

医院的立面通过间隔错位、色彩丰富、表面艺术化处理的通风箱形成亲切活泼的外观，并且给城市带来清新的色彩。The façade of the hospital is given a friendly and lively appearance by means of staggered, colorful, artistically finished ventilation boxes, and brings fresh color to the city.

大的通风箱表面种植绿植，由通风箱内侧给水，保持其生长，超过 25%的建筑立面被绿色覆盖，将近两个标准足球场的绿色又重新归还给城市。With greenery planted on the surface of the large ventilation boxes and water supplied from the inside of the boxes to keep them growing, more than 25% of the building façade is covered in green, giving back to the city the green of nearly two standard soccer fields.

的确，医院不能代替家，建筑师也不能影响所有的医疗程序，但是，我们可以改变建筑的情感和提供轻松的环境，增加轻松的等待空间，提供持续的关怀，日常生活，给儿童营造一个能给他们带来安全感的地方。这就是深圳市儿童医院龙华院区。It is true that a hospital cannot replace a home, and architects cannot influence all medical procedures, but we can change the emotion of the building and provide a relaxing environment, add relaxing waiting spaces, provide continuous care, daily life, and create a place for children that gives them a sense of security. This is the Longhua Campus of Shenzhen Children’s Hospital.
