The Atelier in Singapore is a luxury residential development located in District 9, near Newton, renowned for its sophisticated design and modern urban lifestyle. Blending contemporary elegance with thoughtful functionality, The Atelier is a testament to premium vertical living.

The Atelier’s sleek, minimalist architecture is defined by clean lines and an understated sensibility. Its high-rise structure maximises space while offering panoramic views of the city, providing a sense of exclusivity in the heart of Singapore. Within the apartments, prestigious materials such as marble, wood, and metal are used throughout, creating a refined yet comfortable living environment. Spacious layouts and large windows bathe the interiors with natural light, enhancing a sense of openness.

The Atelier's striking facade combines glass, steel, and concrete, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior while ensuring durability. The development is also equipped with a slew of amenities, including swimming pool, gym, and landscaped gardens, offering residents a peaceful retreat. Sustainable design elements, such as energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials, are integrated into the architecture, contributing to the building's responsible design.

Engaged to develop an environmental wayfinding strategy, IMMORTAL devised a system for an elegant and aesthetical experience. The design strategy was carefully curated to blend with the development’s sleek aesthetic. Earthy nutmeg tones featured in the architecture are mirrored in the wayfinding signage, evoking warmth and comfort. High-quality materials, such as brushed metal and glass, were used to maintain a consistent visual language across the property.

The strategic placement of signage at key decision points, including entrances, lift lobbies, and corridors, ensures intuitive navigation throughout the development. In addition to traditional signage, The Atelier uses subtle visual and spatial cues—distinctive lighting, material transitions, and architectural features—to guide residents and visitors seamlessly. Thoughtful lighting design enhances both visibility and safety, complementing the elegant ambiance.

The Atelier exemplifies contemporary luxury living, combining sleek design, high-end interiors, and functional wayfinding to create an urban sanctuary.
