建筑事务所heri&salli以现有建筑为基础，为奥地利Kirchham的SFK技术生产商设计了新办公室。

Using an existing building as a basis, the architecture studio heri&salli/Vienna developed a new office for SFK Technologie Manufaktur from Kirchham, Upper Austria.

在4年的施工后，项目于2024年完工。建筑事务所 heri&salli对空间的开放式理解与家族企业 SFK 的技术/工艺精确性完美融合，SFK 在过去35年中从传统的木工企业发展成为面向未来的材料加工领域的先驱。

It was completed in 2024 after 4 years of construction. The building is a symbiosis between an open understanding of space by the architecture studio heri&salli and the technical / technological precision of the family firm SFK, which has developed over the last 35 years from a traditional carpentry business into a pioneer in the processing of future-oriented materials.

该建筑需要满足不同的用途需求：工人们从邻近的生产设备中进进出出。还需要考虑技术人员，管理和行政人员的工作场所，接待顾客，举办会议的需求，还必须考虑到综合殡仪馆的需求。解决办法是采用开放的雕塑楼梯形式的垂直“环岛”。功能层的复杂性与空间结构的简化形成鲜明对比。

The building has to meet different usage requirements： Workers from the adjacent production facility go in, out and through. Workplaces for the technicians, management and administration have to be available, customers are received, meetings are held and the needs of the integrated funeral home also have to be taken into account. The solution was a kind of vertical “roundabout” in the form of an open, sculptural staircase. The complexity of the functional layers contrasts with a reduction in spatial formulation.

办公室交替使用了玻璃和木材。根据场所的不同，不仅要有开阔的空间，还要保护工作和会议的隐私和视野。建筑内的视野随着宽敞的玻璃立面延展进周围的草地和山脉景观。位于中央的流通区域和公共区域一起，促进人们的相遇和交流。外立面独特又简约的结构，采用专门开发的面板和纤维水泥构件，具有防晒和排水功能。

The offices are an interplay of glass and wood. Depending on the location, situations of wide-open spaces, but also privacy and visual protection for working and meetings come into play. Visual axes within the building expand through the generous glass facade into the surrounding meadow and hill landscape. The central circulation, combined with common areas, facilitates encounters and communication. The distinctive yet simple structure of the exterior facade, with specially developed panels and fibre cement elements, incorporates sun protection and drainage.

A building that is precise in its simplicity!

在可持续方面，该办公建筑是 SFK 已经实施并不断调整的一系列措施的一部分，影响到整个生产运营。公司自有的光伏系统每小时发电 90,000 千瓦，热能来自80%的生产废料和20%的当地木屑，以及油漆车间的额外热能回收。电动交通，无论是员工使用公司提供的木制自行车，还是公司内部车队使用，都是一个关键问题。公司的目标是到 2030 年将二氧化碳排放量降至零。

In terms of sustainability, the office building is part of a measures package already practised and constantly adapted by SFK, which affects the entire production operation. 90,000 kW/h electricity yield from the company’s own PV system, heat supply from 80% production waste and 20% regional wood chips as well as additional heat recovery from the paint shop. E- mobility, both for employees using provided wooden bicycles as well as for the company’s internal vehicle fleet, is a key concern. The aim is to reduce CO2 emissions to 0 by 2030.
