The use of herbal medicines and phytonutrients or nutraceuticals continues to expand rapidly across the world with many people now resorting to these products for treatment of various health challenges in different national healthcare settings.

This Nutritional resort aims to soothe the spirit, rejuvenate the body and enrich the mind through a complete mind journey composed of diverse relaxation activities and a personal food diet based on each person’s nutritional needs.

The project is not only a new icon for Siwa but also for Egypt, the Arab world and all of the Nile basin developing countries. It welcomes and targets a huge and different kinds of people to Re-brand Siwa as a wellness touristic corridor.

The healing techniques depends on the ancient Five Element Diet (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water), describes the foods and preparation methods best suited to each element, the parts of your body most affected, and the healing forces unleashed with each dish as the following:

Traditional architecture in Siwa:

The traditional architecture of Siwa is unique for its use of karshif which is a hardened mix of sodium and potassium chloride (75-85%) as well as quartz and calcite particles that occur at the shore of salt lakes as firm deposits as water Irregular-shaped karshif slabs and blocks are mined at lake-shores and taken to construction sites.

Site analysis:

Siwa oasis combines several potentials for tourism development which permit its conversion to a tourist destination offering a variety of the tourism product and encouraging tourism investments to the area, owing to its abundance of different tourism resources such as cultural/historic attractions, curative/therapeutic tourism.
