Sint-Anna, located in Kortrijk, Belgium, is a building that combines natural materials with a modern aesthetic. Its unique location gives the house a fascinating view of the landscape, reminiscent of those medieval modern homes tucked away in the hills of Los Angeles.

住宅的设计以水平线条的简洁与优雅为特征，延展的屋檐不仅增强视觉的流畅，还提供了实用的遮阳功能。木质外立面与白色砖墙之间的对比鲜明又和谐，既展现温暖的质感，又突出建筑的几何性。绿植景观、灰色石板步道与建筑协调一处，使建筑犹如从地面生长而出。

The design of the house is characterized by the simplicity and elegance of the horizontal lines, and the extended eaves not only enhance visual fluency, but also provide practical shading. The contrast between the wooden facade and the white brick walls is sharp and harmonious, showing both a warm texture and highlighting the geometry of the building. The greenery and the grey flagstone walkway harmonize with the building, making it seem as if it were growing out of the ground.

房屋的特殊结构决定了Decancq Vercruysse的设计构思：上层是主要的起居空间，包括客厅、餐厅和开放式厨房，使居住者如同置身于树冠之间，体验与自然为伴的乐趣；卧室位于地下，有着合理有效的功能分区，兼顾实用的同时，还能欣赏到室外景观。

Decancq Vercruysse's design concept is determined by the special structure of the house: the upper floor is the main living space, including the living room, dining room and open kitchen, so that the residents feel like they are in the canopy of trees and experience the pleasure of being with nature; The bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a reasonable and effective functional zoning, and at the same time, it can enjoy the outdoor view.

住宅的核心是客厅，悬挂式壁炉则是空间中的视觉焦点，它不仅是一件功能性家具，更如同雕塑般的存在，黑色金属的简约造型与玻璃窗外的绿意形成对比，构成一种现代的艺术氛围。中央的金属咖啡桌则以其冷静质感平衡着整体，使场域既充满自然气息又不失当代。

The core of the house is the living room, and the hanging fireplace is the visual focus of the space. It is not only a functional piece of furniture, but also a sculptural existence. The simple shape of the black metal contrasts with the green outside the glass window, forming a modern artistic atmosphere. The metal coffee table in the center balances the whole with its calm texture, making the scene both natural and contemporary.
