Overlooking the serene Hangang River, this duplex house is a sanctuary of calm and sophistication, where nature, art, and family life come together effortlessly. Designed by TeoYang Studio, the home embraces a philosophy of harmony through simplicity, blending traditional Korean aesthetics with modern design to create a space that feels both timeless and deeply personal.

A Philosophy of Simplicity and Space

住宅的设计反映了空虚与意图之间的微妙平衡。空间避开了不必要的细节，专注于真正重要的东西：光线、材料和形式。室内摆放着 TeoYang Studio 东方版系列的家具和 Pierre Jeanneret 等收藏品，散发出一种安静的优雅。通过留出呼吸空间，设计放大了艺术和家具的存在感，让每个元素都为住宅独特的情感共鸣做出贡献。

Furnished with pieces from  TeoYang Studio’s Eastern Edition collection and collectible works like those of Pierre Jeanneret, the interiors exude a quiet elegance.
