杭州是山山水水里长出的城市，一向揽起富庶与兴荣，前有西湖灵隐、烟云流霞，后有钱塘观潮、奥体蓬勃……一幕幕，皆构成这千里江山图卷的唯美底色。

天生对美敏感的人，决不会错过杭州。落子于奥体板块的 T-ONE 潮博，便是后亚运时代，这座百年城市的聚焦点。约 45 万方当代微缩城市，囊括商业综合体、标杆写字楼和美学大平层，将是未来杭州崭新目的地。这无疑又是一次对杭城的致敬。

Those who are naturally sensitive to beauty will never miss Hangzhou. The T-ONE Chaobo in the Olympic sports plate is the focus of this century-old city in the post-Asian Games era. About 450,000 square meters of contemporary miniaturized city, including commercial complexes, benchmark office buildings and aesthetic floors, will be a new destination for Hangzhou in the future. 然而说杭州，又不可不提「宋韵」，那是“只此青绿”的东方生机，是“雨过天青云破处，这般颜色做将来”的魄力。现下“地标性”理想人居，看重审美力的引领，以美学介入未来生活，打造空间叙事叠加的人文艺术家宅，更以此道，立足于全球时代背景。

建筑，力求在立面上实现雅和奢之间的平衡，摒弃夸张的刻意装饰，于是轻盈、生辉，充分协调，平仄兼顾。

作为奥体天际线上的地标群落，T-ONE 潮博的建筑提取杭州山峦起伏的曲线形态，公建化立面上采用大面积玻璃、铝板，勾勒出对话时代的活力。

The building strives to achieve a balance between elegance and luxury on the facade, abandoning exaggerated deliberate decoration, so light, bright, fully coordinated, level and oblique.

As a landmark community on the Olympic Sports skyline, the architecture of T-ONE Chaobo extracts the curve shape of Hangzhou’s rolling mountains, and adopts large glass and aluminum panels on the public facade to outline the vitality of the dialogue era.

◉杭州奥体天际线

TROP 建筑事务所，作为全球最受青睐的豪宅景观设计师之一，以钱塘江潮为灵感，将首层大堂局部空间与景观串联起来，创造出自然且有温度的花园体验。

初入西区挑空大堂，整体米色系氛围下，大型艺术装置高悬，与地面的艺术山石呼应开来。中庭南侧的弧形艺术长廊在幕墙处用绢布屏风作为室内外的界面，朦胧质感将室外的一石一木虚化为一幅幅山水画作。

TROP Architects, one of the worlds most sought-after landscape architects for luxury homes, took the Qiantang River tide as inspiration to connect some of the ground floor lobby space with the landscape, creating a natural and warm garden experience. At the beginning of entering the West District, the lobby is empty. In the overall atmosphere of beige color, large art installations are suspended, echoing the art rocks on the ground. The curved art gallery on the south side of the atrium uses a silk cloth screen at the curtain wall as the interface between indoor and outdoor, and the hazy texture transforms the outdoor stone and wood into a landscape painting.

落座于茶室，欣赏园景，悠然自得。设计利用东方园林中障景与框景手法，通过屏风的隐约视觉，对空间的景观进行有序规避，营造独特的节奏韵律，身在其中，恰如画卷层层展开，引人入胜。

那不仅仅是一座房子，更是一湾避风港，是一处我们身处物质世界的精神归宿。

Sit in the tea room, enjoy the garden view, relax. The design uses the techniques of barrier and frame in Oriental gardens, and through the vague vision of the screen, orderly circumvent the landscape of space, creating a unique rhythm and rhythm. Being in it, just like a picture scroll unfolds layer upon layer, which is fascinating.

It is more than a house, it is a haven, a spiritual home where we live in the material world.

02 玉般温润 和气中出挑的气质 A temperament that stands out in good humour

“好设计成立的前提，是对那些细小末节的照顾和人文关怀。”

这间房子，借鉴西湖全景图中玄青、子染、云杉绿、百灵鸟灰等 11 种东方色，再以黑钢、藤编、障子纸等 18 种材质作为艺术灵感，融入空间，颇有宋代美学中“平淡天真、知微见著”的意蕴。

书写空间动线，寻笔外精神。

恽南田评画时说：“永恒的灵动空间，造境的构成会依于书法。”从电梯厅到玄关、再到通往房间空间各处的婉转路径，都结成一个个有筋骨的“生命单位”。动线如行笔，上下相望，左右相近，四隅相招，大小相副，长短阔狭，临时变适。

曲径与阔朗，从来相对并存。通透的会客厅，香槟色与木为底，其间贯穿一抹抹碧青调，如宋画之上的润笔点题。而更吸睛的，是沙发区一整面玉石背景，清影盈动，恰似以毫厘的薄片象征巅峰，以静止不动比拟河流，流经日月生息更迭。

Curved path and broad, have always been relative side by side. Transparent meeting room, champagne color and wood as the base, which runs through a touch of blue, such as the Song painting on the brush points. And more eye-catching, is the sofa area a whole side of the jade background, the clear shadow moving, just like to symbolize the peak of the thin slice to the static river, flowing through the sun and moon.

横向展开的窗，将城市、绿荫、花园景象揽入室内，山形卧榻、L 型沙发、高低相契的茶几，此等生活场面也随之逐一展开。与客厅相连的餐厅区域，促成家人们围坐至此，颇有人间小团圆的意味。而当模糊的边界和清晰的轮廓相呼应，才开始真正懂得品味生活的动与静。

The horizontally expanded window brings the city, green shade and garden scenes into the room, and the mountain bed, L-shaped sofa and coffee table with the same height also unfold one by one. The dining area connected to the living room promotes the family to sit around here, which has the meaning of small reunion on earth. And when the blurred boundary and the clear outline echo, we begin to truly understand the taste of life’s dynamic and quiet.

方寸间藏纳天地

客厅最隐秘的一侧设为茶室，弧形转角之内的方寸，确是禅蕴的草木自然，长案青苔、屏风舒展，其上的艺术装置如杯中茶，一叶叶，浓缩了天地灵秀。

The most secret side of the living room is set as the tea room, the square inch within the arc corner is indeed the natural grass and trees of Zen Yun, the long case moss and screen stretch, and the art installation on it is like tea in a cup, a leaf, concentrating the heaven and earth.

◉餐厅区

玉石面的吧台、皮革与金属编织的青绿色墙面、透明的宽椅，以及角落中金石与马的艺术品，透露着繁华之后的宁谧。每每开始耽恋于起居细节，才会开始懂得浪漫的言下之意。

Jade bar, leather and metal woven turquoise walls, transparent chairs, and stone and horse art in the corner, reveal the serenity after the bustling. Every time you begin to indulge in the details of life, you will begin to understand the meaning of romance.

所谓佳境，恰好而已。穿过一小段走廊，到主人的休憩区，先是舒怡的衣帽间，朦胧柜饰面，让休整充满优雅从容。

墙面温文尔雅的江南色系，让心沉静，地板的拼花取自传统园林中的地铺关系，提取剥离，并转译为当代手法，铺陈开来。

The gentle and elegant Jiangnan color system on the wall makes the heart calm, and the parquet on the floor is extracted from the floor paving relationship in the traditional garden, and translated into contemporary techniques.

◉主卧

卫生间以星雅灰大理石覆面，独立浴缸旁则用冷翡翠奢石点缀，一侧更设有整面玻璃，通透明亮。若沐浴间小酌，望见城市界面，于雅居，见繁华。

“情境的营造各有定义，但想表达并体现的都是人与境的共处艺术，一种在世间‘顺人而不失己’的心境。”

The bathroom is covered with star elegant gray marble, the independent bathtub is decorated with cold jade luxury stone, and one side is equipped with whole glass, transparent and bright. If the bath room drink, see the city interface, in Yaju, see prosperity.

整个房间的日常，如同一场场游园之乐，拥风雅入怀。正如琚宾所说的：“很多事物是相对着的，动静是、距离是、时间是……”当东方情境浸润到现代都市生活中，自我才有了归属。
