Yummy集市,是一种生活方式,是一种生活的美好瞬间。
江北第一个华润万象系商业——南京桥北华润万象汇,已经在6月开业。桥北万象汇属于华润万象生活商业华东大区,项目位于长江大桥头部位置,作为南京首个华润万象系商业,倾注了万象系商业的优质资源,从项目设计、空间打造、场景营造、品牌引入等方面着手,为江北消费者带来城市级的商业体验。
本次由夏谷暑雨设计的南京桥北华润万象汇牙蜜集市的主题是味蕾实验室,针对当下Z世代消费观念和喜爱品类去做一个集合式的街区,它分为三个区域——“半糖区”、“微咸区”、“哆辣区”。
在这你可以体验到半糖的奶茶,微咸的小吃,哆辣的美食,满足多种需求和胃口。
在平面规划上我们把重餐集中在了主题区的中段,把轻食简餐、咖啡、奶茶集中在了入口处,把艺术,文创的业态集中在与垂直交通接入区域,两边非重餐的业态更好得对公区业态做衔接,过度,整体成为一个大的环形动线,在区域的定位上我们以半糖,哆辣,微咸区分三个区域的布局与业态,用装置去营造空间年轻、精致、烟火的氛围。
整场加了线性灯、软管灯、渐变色光晕灯箱,整体提升了主题区的分区,及实验室氛围。
现在年轻人的第一大爱好就是减肥,如何去实现就只能靠一杯半糖奶茶,佛系养生,随缘减肥,对精致未来的妥协......
对于方案本身来说,也在去寻找怎样实现味蕾实验室中的主题街区,探索味觉如何能够以视觉的方式传递到味觉神经,但这种效果的呈现与商业空间的需求不太相符,所以我们另辟蹊径以主题形式去呈现味蕾实验室中的实验。

In terms of regional positioning, we distinguish the layout and format of the three areas with half-sugar, hot and salty, and use the device To create a youthful, delicate and firework atmosphere in the space.
Linear lights, hose lights, and gradient halo light boxes were added to the entire field, which improved the division of the theme area and the laboratory atmosphere.

For the project itself, we are also looking for how to realize the theme block in the taste bud laboratory, and explore how the sense of taste can be transmitted to the taste nerves in a visual way, but the presentation of this effect is not in line with the needs of commercial space, so we Another way to present the experiments in the taste bud laboratory in the form of themes.
