致力生活 自由探索

洋一地下下叠，负二层部分外扩，让空间有了更多的可能性。9 米开间尺度，彰显空间的气度，却又不失时尚品味。流畅的线条，下跃挑高的结构，简洁的基底辅以黑色饰面的点缀，凝练出静奢的气质，奢而不庸，华而不浮。

The underground duplex in Yangyi, with the partial expansion of the second basement level, offers more possibilities for the space. The 9-meter wide space scale highlights the grandeur of the area while maintaining a fashionable taste. Smooth lines, the soaring structure of the lower level, and a simple base with black trim accents, all combine to create a quiet luxury temperament. Luxurious without being vulgar, gorgeous without being frivolous.

归家从地下开始，集品酒、观影、会客、休闲、娱乐等多功能于一体。丰富的多功能场景，使地下空间既可以是私人的专属空间，又可以成为亲朋好友聚会的理想之所。步入式的衣帽收纳，让空间更具有实用性。

Starting from the underground, the home integrates multi-functions such as wine tasting, movie watching, meeting guests, leisure, and entertainment. The rich multifunctional scenarios make the underground space not only a private exclusive area but also an ideal place for friends and family gatherings. The walk-in closet storage adds practicality to the space.▽地下入户玄关

打破常规 舒度开放

负一夹层空间与地上平层空间享有同等的户型格局，空间舒度开放。通过与负二层挑高互动的纵深关系，反射出空间内的灵动变化，阳光天井引入的自然柔和光线，让人停留在此处捕捉光影的涟漪，功能与美观兼得。

The mezzanine space on the first basement level shares the same layout as the ground floor, with an open and comfortable spatial arrangement. The depth interaction with the high ceiling of the second basement reflects the dynamic changes within the space. The natural soft light introduced by the skylight allows one to linger here, capturing the ripples of light and shadow, achieving a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

夹层空间同样配有宽奢尺度的卧室套房，寝居聚拢的布局给人以归属感，整体深色系调性搭配柔和的灯光氛围，让空间不失舒适与细腻。

The mezzanine space is also equipped with spacious bedroom suites. The clustered layout of the sleeping area gives a sense of belonging. The overall dark color scheme, combined with soft lighting, ensures that the space remains comfortable and delicate.

美感探索 时尚雅致

一楼保有客餐南北的联动关系，让空间更加通透且舒适。无主灯的设计让空间更显简约，镜面的拉伸弱化了梁位的压迫感，大理石墙面与木饰面的穿插搭配，增强视觉感官的同时且赋有秩序感。

The first floor maintains a north-south connection between the living and dining areas, making the space more open and comfortable. The design without a main light fixture makes the space more minimalist. The use of mirrors stretches and reduces the oppressive feeling of the beams, while the interplay of marble walls and decorative surfaces enhances the visual sense and adds a sense of order.▽1F 客厅区

动静分离并只保留两室的功能，将南向主人房空间充分释放，居室与衣帽收纳用半隔断的联动设计处理，不损失空间尺度的同时，让功能性更加兼容。同样深沉的配色为居者带来静谧与沉稳的雅致氛围。

Separating the dynamic and static areas and retaining only two rooms’ functionality fully liberates the south-facing master bedroom space. The bedroom and closet storage are connected by a semi-partition design, which does not sacrifice the spatial scale while making the functionality more compatible. The same deep color scheme brings a quiet and composed atmosphere of elegance to the residents.▽1F 主卧区

在繁忙的都市生活中寻找一片静谧与从容，无论是与家人共度温馨时光，还是独处静享一段时光，都能感受到那份生活的优雅与品质。

In the hustle and bustle of urban life, one seeks a tranquil and composed space. Whether spending warm moments with family or enjoying a period of solitude, one can experience the elegance and quality of life.▽1F 主卫生间
