Xiahaoli, hidden in a corner of the mountain city of Chongqing, with its unique geographical characteristics and strong cultural atmosphere, has attracted countless travelers to stop and nostalgia.

设计起初和业主方决定在一定程度上保留这种状态。设计团队以发展建筑原本的特征作为此次改造的出发点,通过材料和构造,体现品牌核心价值为核心,为这个重生的复合功能空间创造出有别于传统的零售体验。
And the owner decided to retain this status to a certain extent. The design team took the original character of the building as the starting point for the renovation, and through materials and construction, the core values of the brand were the core, creating a retail experience that was different from the traditional rebirth of the mixed-use space.

下浩里曾被美国地理杂志称为“另一个世界”,这里地势起伏,街巷曲折,有着典型的山城特征:坡地上错落有致的楼房,山道小巷深邃蜿蜒。
Xiahaoli was once called “another world” by American geography magazine, with undulating terrain and winding streets, typical mountain cities: scattered buildings on the slopes, and deep and winding alleys.

MILINBABA 品牌空间设计层面上,秉持独特逻辑,强化设计输出、交流与创新。空间用到了大面积不锈钢作为空间材料基调,一是基于景区消防单位材料要求,二是及品牌基因的价值观、品牌理念等,从新定位出发。空间的呈现是 MILINBABA 品牌基因中的叛逆、年轻、前卫态度的克制诠释。
At the level of space design, MILINBABA adheres to a unique logic and strengthens design output, communication and innovation. The space uses a large area of stainless steel as the keynote of the space material, one is based on the material requirements of the fire unit in the scenic spot, and the other is the values and brand concept of the brand gene, starting from the new positioning. The presentation of the space is a restrained interpretation of the rebellious, youthful and avant-garde attitude in the DNA of the MILINBABA brand.

在项目设计阶段,品牌创始人、咖啡师、烘焙团队、平面设计师、结构工程师和制作施工团队与秩合予美团队密切协作,共同致力于打造一个兼具烘焙、咖啡、零售及活动功能的综合空间。
During the project design phase, the brand founder, barista, roasting team, graphic designer, structural engineer and production and construction team worked closely with the Zhihe Yumei team to create a comprehensive space with roasting, coffee, retail and event functions. The stainless steel shell is a major feature of the project.

这次是我们和米林爸爸可颂品牌的第二次合作,设计单位和品牌方思维逻辑也发生了一些变化,秩合予美设计主理人罗杨和米林爸爸可颂主理人罐头在商业逻辑的表达角度上达成一致再次出发。可颂专门店算是面包的一种小品类产品,但是覆盖面在消费市场来说受众群体蛮大。我们所做的事情仍然是一个非常传统的行业,在品牌基因层面只不过要用一个新的方式把它再次表达出来,视觉语言可能就是中间最为重要的环节之一。
This is our second collaboration with the Milin Papa Croissant brand. The brand’s thinking logic has also changed. Luo Yang, the design manager of Zhihe Yumei, and Mr. Cantou, the manager of Milin Papa Croissant, reached an agreement from a business perspective to start again. Croissant specialty stores are considered a small category of bread products, but they cover a large audience in the consumer market. What we do is still a very traditional industry, but we have to express it again in a new way. Design may be one of the most important environments in the middle.

在项目设计的表达层面,主理人罗杨认为“年轻人对于时尚、潮流文化的理解和审美是一直都在变化的。我们在设计最基本的同时又最核心的逻辑就是:对于不同时代的背景下的人所喜欢的东西,多去研究和学习,在项目中去创新输出,秉持挖掘商业独特的设计语言。”
In terms of the expression of the project design, the principal Luo Yang believes that “young people’s understanding and aesthetics of fashion and trend culture are constantly changing. The most basic and core logic of our design is to study and learn more about what people in different eras like.”

“克制”是此次设计过程当中提到最多的两个字。既要保留原有的建筑结构,又要在老建筑内进行一些现代化改造,所以在材料的选取上,采用了一些染色木皮制品来进行调和。设计师在设计中还融入了很多细节,地板上嵌的金属字体会成为你无意间发现的小惊喜。二楼区域更像是一个客厅,设计上延续了整体的视觉语言。
“Restraint” is the two most mentioned words in the design process. We should not only retain the original building structure, but also carry out some modernization in the old building. So in the selection of materials, some wood products are used to reconcile. The designer also incorporates a lot of details into the design, and the metal font on the floor will be a little surprise you find. The area on the second floor is more like a living room, continuing the overall visual language.

材料与材料之间的连接,品牌与建筑之间的连接,设计与人之间的连接都当以真实为基础。在这个空间内,亦是如此。
The connection between materials and materials, between brands and buildings, and between design and people should all be based on authenticity. In this space, too.
