# 庭院 #

南庭院

South Courtyard

原本庭院的入户门正对客厅，缺乏私密性和良好的过渡关系，我们将入口调转方向，设置在东侧，极大的提升了入户体验。

The entrance door of the courtyard was originally facing the living room, lacking privacy and good transitional relationship. We turned the direction of the entrance and set it on the east side, greatly improving the entrance experience.

阳光透过斑驳的树叶，洒落在静谧的庭院中，宛如点点碎金跳跃于石板上。微风轻拂，树影婆娑，时间似乎放慢了脚步，让心灵得以沉淀，感受生活的本真与宁静。

The sunlight shines through the mottled leaves and falls on the quiet courtyard, like scattered gold jumping on the slate. The gentle breeze blows, the tree shadows sway, and time seems to slow down, allowing the soul to settle and feel the authenticity and tranquility of life.

# 一楼 #

客厅

Living room

本案是一套四层的下叠别墅，居住者在找到我们之前已经按照之前的方案施工到设备安装结束了。但空间阶段性状态呈现结果不尽如人意，存在很多问题，导致业主一度想要给房子卖掉，中间也找过好几波设计师试图沟通改造，但都没有过于突破性的改造想法。

在初次沟通以及看过我们部分项目案例后，最终还是决定推翻原有的施工成果，重新进行设计规划。

通过进一步的沟通和了解，我们从业主的居住需求和生活习惯出发，对空间进行重新梳理和布局，以法式的浪漫优雅构筑独具居住者气质的理想居所。

This case is a four-story stacked villa, and the occupants had already constructed it according to the previous plan until the equipment installation was completed before finding us. However, the results of the phased state of the space were not satisfactory, and there were many problems, which led to the owner wanting to sell the house at one point. In the meantime, several waves of designers tried to communicate and renovate the house, but there were no breakthrough renovation ideas. After initial communication and reviewing some of our project cases, we ultimately decided to overturn the original construction results and redesign the plan. Through further communication and understanding, we have reorganized and laid out the space based on the living needs and habits of the owners, and constructed an ideal residence with a unique resident temperament in a romantic and elegant French style.

客厅布局区别于传统的布局方式，更加自由化的表达。双面可坐的艺术沙发置于空间中心位，四周动线自由，搭配可移动电视，在喜欢的状态里松弛地生活，享受自在。

The layout of the living room is different from traditional layout methods, with a more free expression. A double-sided art sofa is placed in the center of the space, with free movement around it, paired with a movable TV, allowing you to relax and enjoy a comfortable life in your preferred state.

简约而浪漫的白色为底，搭配优雅的法式石膏线条，勾勒出优雅的空间格调，壁炉中跳跃的火光，点燃了古典的浪漫。精致的雕花与艺术吊灯相映成趣，柔和的光线洒落，温暖而宁静，法式的复古风情尽显于空间之中。

A simple and romantic white base, paired with elegant French plaster lines, outlines an elegant spatial style. The jumping firelight in the fireplace ignites classical romance. Exquisite carvings and artistic chandeliers complement each other, with soft light shining down, warm and peaceful, showcasing the retro French style in the space.

楼梯间—Staircase

受限于空间尺度，旋转楼梯通过地台的形式缩减踏步的数量，形成一个景观平台的同时，也能让旋转楼梯处在一个最佳的旋转角度。其优雅的姿态宛若空间中精致的艺术雕塑，成为空间中独特的点睛之笔。

Due to spatial limitations, the spiral staircase reduces the number of steps through the form of a platform, forming a landscape platform while also allowing the spiral staircase to rotate at an optimal angle. Its elegant posture is like a delicate artistic sculpture in the space, becoming a unique finishing touch in the space.

卫生间—Toilet

餐厅—Restaurant

原本北向的餐厨以及卫生间空间被分隔成一个又一个的小空间，空间利用率不高且缺乏足够的通透感。我们将北庭院的部分空间纳入到室内空间中来，且将部分非承重墙体拆除，对空间进行重新布局。改造后，餐桌置于洄游的中心，既做到了中西厨的分离，又增加了餐厅的活动空间，极大的提升了空间使用效率，人的动线也变得更加顺畅自如。

The originally northbound kitchen and bathroom spaces have been divided into one small space after another, with low space utilization and a lack of sufficient transparency. We have incorporated some of the space in the north courtyard into the indoor space and removed some non-load-bearing walls to rearrange the space. After the renovation, the dining table is placed at the center of the migration, which not only achieves the separation of Chinese and Western cuisine, but also increases the activity space of the restaurant, greatly improving the efficiency of space utilization, and making the flow of people more smooth and natural.

弧形吊顶与梁体穿插交错，弱化梁体的同时又串联空间，更显空间灵动柔和之感。大理石独特的纹理和色彩，精致浪漫，极尽展现自然造物之美。干净纯粹的暖白色，质感温润的木，配以艺术家具，饱满细腻，更凸显法式风情的优雅与浪漫，让每一次就餐，都成为一场视觉与味觉的盛宴。

The curved ceiling is interlaced with the beam body, weakening the beam body while connecting the space, enhancing the sense of flexibility and softness in the space. The unique texture and color of marble, exquisite and romantic, to fully showcase the beauty of natural creation. Clean and pure warm white, with a warm texture of wood and artistic furniture, full and delicate, highlighting the elegance and romance of French style, making every meal a visual and gustatory feast.

厨房—kitchen

U 型厨房布局，让厨房空间实现利用率最大化，黑色骨骼线造型橱柜，简洁优雅，法式与复古相融。The U-shaped kitchen layout maximizes the utilization of kitchen space, with black skeletal line shaped cabinets that are simple and elegant, blending French and retro styles.

电梯间— Elevator Room

原本的空间并没有设置电梯，考虑到日常生活的便利性，我们在空间中置入电梯，方便日常生活。客餐厅、楼梯间、电梯间通过巧妙的空间规划，各自独立又共通共融，展现出空间极强的通透感和层次感。

The original space did not have an elevator, but considering the convenience of daily life, we placed an elevator in the space to facilitate daily life. The dining room, staircase, and elevator are cleverly planned to be independent yet integrated, showcasing a strong sense of transparency and hierarchy in the space.

# 二楼 # 楼梯间 — Staircase

步入二楼，法式穹顶的结构和精美的细节构造出空间的优雅与庄重感，如同诗篇中的韵律，引导视线在空间中流动，营造出一种和谐而优雅的节奏。

Entering the second floor, the French dome structure and exquisite details create an elegant and solemn sense of space, like the rhythm in poetry, guiding the flow of gaze in the space and creating a harmonious and elegant rhythm.

卫生间—Toilet

卫生间干湿三分离，极大的提升了使用效率。自带氛围感的大理石点缀其中，每一处细节都蕴含着法式的优雅。

The separation of dry and wet areas in the bathroom greatly improves the efficiency of use. Marble embellishments with a sense of atmosphere, every detail embodies French elegance.

主卧—Master bedroom

二楼空间重新布局，集合休闲阳台、卧室、衣帽间、卫生间作为套房式主卧。柔和的色彩搭配淡雅的调性，不刻意追求繁华绮丽的细节，而是不经意的慵懒与随性，给居住者带来舒适安心的睡眠环境。

The second floor space has been redesigned to include a leisure balcony, bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom as a suite style master bedroom. The combination of soft colors and elegant tones does not deliberately pursue bustling and beautiful details, but rather casual laziness and casualness, bringing a comfortable and reassuring sleeping environment to residents.

衣帽间细腻的大理石纹理与温暖的木质地板交织，勾勒出法式的格调与浪漫。中央的复古浴缸，以其经典的黑白配色，成为空间的焦点。让每一次沐浴都成为一场身心的盛宴，尽享优雅与舒适。

The delicate marble texture and warm wooden floor interweave in the dressing room, outlining the French style and romance. The retro bathtub in the center, with its classic black and white color scheme, becomes the focal point of the space. Make every bath a feast for the body and mind, enjoying elegance and comfort.

主卫以米白色为主调，黑白小花砖为空间增添了几分复古格调。将精致浪漫融入每一处细节，为使用者带来极致的沐浴体验。

The main bathroom is dominated by beige color, with black and white small flower bricks adding a touch of retro style to the space. Integrating exquisite romance into every detail, bringing users the ultimate bathing and physical examination.

次卧—Second bedroom

蓝色软包，如同海洋中的岛屿，给人以宁静与庇护。布艺柔软的床铺如同云朵般柔软，邀请着疲惫的身躯沉入梦乡。白色的椅子与书架，构成了一个静谧的阅读角落。阳光透过轻盈的窗帘，洒下斑驳的光影，温馨童趣的氛围跃然而出。

The blue soft bag, like an island in the ocean, gives people peace and shelter. The soft fabric bed is as soft as clouds, inviting tired bodies to fall asleep. The white chair and bookshelf form a quiet reading corner. The sunlight shines through the light curtains, casting mottled light and shadow, creating a warm and playful atmosphere.

次卧—Third bedroom

子母床设计，一床多用，既可以拉出来作为两张床独立使用，也可以推进去，对空间尺度进行释放，为玩耍活动预留更大的空间。Mother child bed design, versatile, can be pulled out as two separate beds or pushed in to release spatial scale and reserve more space for play activities.
